Witty
Big fan of author but this was a bit different. A touch paranormal, which I don’t usually read, but not in an off-putting way. Amusing but not lol. And while the plot is tied up, there is still a decent cliffhanger so be aware.
hard to put down; enjoyed it
Well written story and good plot. Held your attention from beginning to end.
Fun read. Great characters with witty dialogue. I thoroughly enjoyed this book. Especially loved the ending.
Like all of her books
Not my type of book.
Full of surprises!
Took me a bit to get into the story but I ended up enjoying it. I will definitely read more in the series, haunting twist at the end!
I like all of Elise Sax books. I recommend all of them.
There is an undercurrent of humor in all of Elise Saxe’s more recent works. They are different and fun and full of life. And, although I do enjoy long storylines, these are perfect for a night or two to just unwind. She is a fountain of fun and perspectives that make you sit up and take notice. Thank you for sharing your wonderful talents with the rest of us!
Elise Sax has created another town of wacky, lovable characters. Agatha Bright is a woman used to staying out of the public eye. Now she’s thrust into running a soup/book shop and detectiving! A couple of eccentric Aunts and a hot cop kept me glued to the pages. I can’t wait to see what else Ms. Sax has in store for Agatha!
