Willow Rose never fails to deliver.
I love delving into Eva Rae’s world. If you’re looking for an easy, page-turner, this is the book for you.
Can’t get enough Eva Rae
An outstanding series.
I liked this book and all the other books but this author. They are page-turners, and light and easy to read. There is also some action and intrigue in these books, including this one.
I love willow Rose’s books 1,2,awesome read,will read book 3 now
Wonderful series!
Excellent reads. Kept me interested and on the edge of my seat! Some great unexpected twists.
I thoroughly enjoyed both Volume 1 and 2 of this series. The characters are very realistic and you really feel like you know everyone in the community.
First two books were good. The third one was sick and sadistic.
enjoyed the twists and turns, and the human factor
Her entire series is riveting. I couldn’t put it down. Characters are well developed, plot is twisty and I so enjoyed her writing style!
Great stories.LOVE THIS AUTHOR!!!!
Blah. Not much substance. Juvenile. I won’t be reading any more Eva Rae Thomas books.
I had to choose at least one star and some word to be able to write this review. This book goes into completely revolting situations and behaviors that I don’t understand how anyone could enjoy reading it. There are sections that are straight forward and reasonable but the bad guys and their bloody, useless and revolting crimes will turn any normal persons stomach – and it just goes on and on for three books. I tried to finish all three books to be able to describe the action but I’m unable to do either. It’s just too disturbing.
Read the first one and then immediately ordered the next two !
I have read several of the Willow Rose books, but this series, grounded in true, horrific stories from the news, was well-written and quite the page turner! I could not do anything else for two days because I could not put this book down. Since it was a three-pack, I didn’t even want to take a break between novels; they were that compelling! Do not begin this book if you don’t have some time on your hands. The main character is not perfect, which makes her quite interesting. I love that she doesn’t pretend to be the perfect mom, the perfect cop/retired FBI agent, or well, the perfect anything. I look forward to reading the rest of this series but plan to take a brain break before immersing myself in the next one. If you like action-packed, mystery with a horrific/serial killer touch, read this series of threee books. You won’t be sorry – until it ends and you want more of Willow Rose’s writing!
I thoroughly enjoy Willow Rose. I started reading her Rebecca Franck books and have never stopped. This trilogy is some of her best work, in my opinion. Yes, as other reviewers have noted, these books can be emotionally disturbing and parts of them are hard to read; that’s why she’s described as a horror/mystery writer. Ms. Rose never pulls her punches. These stories are hard-hitting, suspenseful, and have non-stop action. However, with all the tough things going on in Ms. Rose’s books, one thing that always stands out for me is her heroines’ love of family. That holds true with the Eva Rae books. Eva Rae may be having difficulty dealing with suddenly becoming responsible for her family on a daily basis (her husband has unexpectedly walked out) but she’s trying hard to balance her love for her family with her training as an FBI profiler. No one can do it all, as she’s finding out on a daily basis, but she won’t give up.
Anyone who enjoys Stephen King or Dean Koontz will love Willow Rose. Just make sure that there isn’t anything critical on your to-do list when you start reading these books because they will grab you by the throat and not let go until you turn the last page.
I enjoy the series but am tired of missing kids. I am glad I read one of the more recent ones so I know she got her daughter.
I really enjoyed the story plot and it held my interest from beginning to end. I will definitely read more of this author’s work.
