Ms. Bombeck is as current today as when she was alive and writing (she passed away in 1996). Her approach to life and its problems is always humorous and enables the reader to view life’s events in a new light. These books are truly treasures.

I love everything Erma Bombeck wrote! She was hilarious and wise. Her book Motherhood The Worlds Second Oldest Profession was funny and tearjerking being the mom to a intellectually developmentally disabled daughter it hit home yet still inspired me. All her books are a must read for anyone!
