The author teaches the reader the basics of prep, dry and wet ingredients. How to measure and what equipment to use.
There are a couple of pages that tell you about essential ingredients such as baking soda and baking powder, butter and oil, chocolate, cocoa powder, dairy, eggs, flour, sugar etc.

Neat book about donuts. Have tried 3 or 4 recipes. Loved it
Waiting for the time to make some of these recipes. They make your mouth water reading about them. Prefer baked donuts to fried. Not quite the same taste but so much better.
Love it
Baking donuts instead of frying. I have made some up and wanted more of a variety.
