I’ve read all the books in this series and as I read each I thought it was my favorite. Now this is my favorite.
Reading about Ainsley and Logan in the other series I wasn’t too impressed with them. I thought Ainsley was self absorbed, bossy and shallow. I came to love this girl as I got to know her and adored Logan.
These group of friends have been so sweet and who wouldn’t want to have friends like this!
So much fun to “watch” these character “grow up”. So much to learn from them.
I think this is a great series for everyone to read!
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
I’ve read all the books in this series, and I have to say, “The Dreams We Share” was my absolute favorite. The story brought in all the main characters from the previous books and tied up the threads that ran through all the stories. I had expected Ainsley to be my least favorite of the series’ protagonists, but she ended up being one of the best. The story was sweet, had plenty of angst but wasn’t too painfully drawn out. Logan is lovely. Well, all the guys in the series are cool, and even Felix, who I connected with the least of the guys in his story, rose to the occasion and turned into a really wonderful supporting character. I highly recommend this whole series to anyone who loves to read about a tight-knit group of BFFs, their families and their first loves.
An incredible YA romance.
This is another wonderful book in this series. It’s such an encouraging message. Ainsley wanted to be a dancer. She knows it takes a lot of hard work to be one of the best. Her future has been discussed and planned out for years. However, the closer she gets to the end of her senior year, she realizes she doesn’t want this plan and she makes a new one.
Also, throughout the book is the very sweet romance between Ainsley and Logan. They are in love and they show how much they care for each other by listening and helping the other out.
These are all fantastic characters in this series and it’s bittersweet to see them go.
I’ll be honest. I wasn’t really looking forward to this book as Ainz has kind of gotten stuck up. However, I really enjoyed it. Things really fell into place getting the behind the scenes story. I could feel her anxiety vibrating in my body and didn’t put the book down! I am super pumped (and bittersweetly sad) for the next and last book.
Rating:
This was an amazing story. It really concluded the love stories of all five girls. Ainsley’s story was a bit different from the rest of them. She already has a boyfriend and they have a few bumps in their relationship. This story was more on Ainsley then Logan and Ainsley’s relationship. Ainsley was an amazing character. I didn’t expect to like her because she always seemed a bit snobbish. In her reality, she wasn’t what I expected. While she was flawed and insecure, she was an amazing character. She followed her mother’s dreams because her mother had to give them up. She wasn’t the best friend but wanted to make up for it. Logan was also an amazing character. She always wanted the best for his girl. I loved the involvement of friendship nad how Ainsley’s friends supported her. I’m excited to read “The Choices We Make” which includes Damon and Malachi. It will tie up any loose strings.
This story follows Ainsley. She’s a dancer, the same as her mother. Her mother had to give up her dreams to take care of her mother when her father passed away. She pushes Ainsley to be the best dancer she can be. Ainsley’s boyfriend is Logan. They’ve been dating from the starting of the year. They are in love. One of their major setbacks is that they don’t want the same things. Ainsley wants to go to Broadway and Logan wants to stay in Cali. Ainsley gets the chance to dance with teen heartthrob Jonah. On their first meet, Jonah sexually assaults her by kissing her without consent. Ainsley blames herself her leading him on or not stopping him. She doesn’t tell anyone. At the same time, she is lying to her friends because of a confidentiality contract. She skips out on marathon practices that her friends have organized. On the day of the marathon, she has to decide whether to go to the marathon or stay home and rest before another recording.
I wrote this voluntary review in exchange for an ARC copy.
This series follows a bunch of teenagers as they navigate through high school, friendships, and relationships. They are clean romances, suitable for all ages. This story is about Ainsley and her boyfriend, whom she adores, Logan.
