My BFF Jessie talked me into signing up for the new dating service, Celestial Mates – Love Across Space and Time. Sure, I’ll bite. It’ll be a fun weekend getaway. A one off, a chance to do something I’ve never done before. One hot and wild weekend away from Earth then I’ll bail out and be home for work by Monday. You know what they say about the best laid plans? Yeah, it all went to hell. Meikal … went to hell. Meikal wasn’t supposed to be so over the top gorgeous. And he has wings! Honest to goodness white wings and the body of an angel sculpted by Michelangelo himself. He’s strong, controlled, and restrained. Almost too perfect.
But I barely meet Meikal, my ‘fated’ mate, when I’m kidnapped by his brother Lukien. He’s like the exact opposite in every way. Passionate, fiery, with barely controlled emotions. Even his wings are dark, like the oh so wrong fantasies I have right after we kiss.
Now I’m trapped between two brothers and their alien world. Celestial Mates ‘forgot’ to inform a girl that the whole planet is threatened by some mysterious, evil ‘She’. If these two opposites can’t come together, I’m in trouble.
It’s not easy having to take two for the team, but hey, someones got to do it and I’m the girl for the job.

Light and dark
Oh wow! These celestial mates books just keep getting better and better. This author blew me away with the contrast between light and dark. Are they good? Are they bad? Are they two sides of the same coin? The only way to know for sure is to read the book. I assure you that you won’t want to put it down until you reach the HEA at the end. I can’t wait to read the next book by this author.

Twhis is a different approach to an age old story. But it was entertaining and a good, fast read. I would definitely read other books by this author

A fun read for fans of human and alien fated mates. This story is about two alien brothers, Meikal and Lukien, who are leaders of their own factions and at war with each other over an important survival issue for their people. Each has their own take on how to ensure the survival of their home planet and each could not be more different than the other. Abby is a single woman who has had a bad experience with love. She doesn’t quiet believe in all the fated mates stories but gives it a try despite her skepticism. Little does she know what is installed for her. Not only does she match up with Meikal who is an Ahren, an angel-like alien, but he has a brother who is all kinds of wrong in all the right ways. She must find a balance between their dark and light natures or she will lose everything she has dreamed of finding in love. A non-stop action filled story with the right amount of steamy passion- filled scenes.

In this book we meet Abby, Meikal, and Lukien. Abby has been hurt in the past by love and hasn’t been willing to open her heart again. Her friend Jessie has had enough though she wants her friend happy, maybe a little wild but definitely open to love again. When she does go to Celestial Mates she doesn’t believe that they will have any real opportunities for her. She sees a pic of Meikal and feels something there that makes it so she can’t look away. Little did she know that would be her pic. Meikal knows to win the war on his planet he will have to look for women off world. They finally decided to join Celestial Mates and the woman coming is his mate. He didn’t think this would happen to him but one look at Abby and he knows he can’t let anything happen to her. Lukien is determined to make his brother listen to him. The war isn’t about each of their sides it is about something bigger. So he takes the one thing he knows will make his brother listen to him, Abby. One look at her though and he doesn’t want to give her back. Can these three find a HEA or will the thing Lukien is trying to make them listen to make sure there is no future for any of them?
This is another amazing story in this series. It does have its ups and downs I really want to tell you about. However I don’t want to ruin it for any other readers. I will say this book will have you on the edge of your seat from the first word to the very end. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.
The Double With Angels by Miranda Martin is a wonderful story that I have read. I highly recommend this wonderful story to everyone who loves reading about Sci-Fi and paranormal romances in their stories.

Abby, Meijal and Lukien are quite the fun human-alien team. The trouble on the alien planet is brought down by the mating of these three daring mates. Fun read.

Abby’s friend Jessie talks Abby into trying the Celestial Mates. Celestial Mates promises to find you the perfect mate. Abby agrees but wants to make sure that she can return to Earth if it doesn’t work out. Boy does it work out with Meikal and his brother Lukien. Meikal is the lighter of the two brothers. Lukien you can say is the bad boy. Meikal is the leader of the Ahren warriors who don’t show their emotions and they have white wings. Lukien, his brother, is the leader of the Bak’ahren who feels all their emotions. Imagine getting matched to both brothers. One cold as ice and the other hot as hell. Does Abby unthaw the one brother and they all live happy ever after? You know there are going to be fireworks ahead for these three.
You can never go wrong with a book written by Miranda Martin. I love all her stories. They are all different and very refreshing. Her characters bring you into the story and you feel as if you are helping fight their battles.

Another well written story in the Celestial Mates series. Two brothers Meikal and Lukien that have to come together from their different groups to fight an evil Spider Queen. Abby has come to their planet when she signed up with a new site called Celestial Mates – Love Across Space and Time. She decides to help the brothers get rid of the Queen. A good story with suspense, drama, danger, a world in trouble, twists, turns, and romance. I enjoyed reading and will be looking for the next book in this series. This is a very light fluffy read with no heavy lifting. In fact if you remove the more erotic aspect of this story and tame it down a little it would be a perfect YA book with a high school girl trying to decide which of the two hot guys she would like to be hers and oops they both like me what’s a girl supposed to do…wink wink.
We get a running narration by Abby which I think is supposed to come across as a bit sassy however it seems to vacillate between tween thoughts, vamp, goody two shoes, worldly wise and hormone overload.
Abby decides to try and find her one true mate using Celestial Mates dating service. She is told once a match is found she will have to leave earth forever and live with her new chosen mate. A mate is found for her immediately and she is sent directly to Mekial, who happens to look like an angel. There is a lot going on the planet that Abby is unaware of before she is whisked away by Lukien, Mekial’s brother to be used as a pawn. This is a very quick insta-lust, within an hour of meeting in the story she is lusting after both men.
There is a loose plot about a war and the two brothers becoming enemies. We get a lot of “he’s hot”, “shes hot and cute”, plus lots of vivid fantasy dreams by all parties involved before they physically get together in person. As we get each of the main characters POV we also get their backstories.
There is an almost saccharin sweetness to this story as the conflict is easily resolved and acceptance by the citizens is almost 100%. It’s not a bad story, the conflict is solved easily enough, low angst thankfully and there is somewhat of an erotic buildup to the actual consummation of their physical relationship.

Celestial Mates…
Light or Dark. Black or White. Good or Bad. Meikal or Lukien. Hmm… which to choose? This is Abby’s dilemma. What she thought would be a “long” date and then a return to Earth has shaped up to be so much more. Will she be the “glue” to bring the two brothers together or the wedge that finally drives them apart? Has the Celestial Mates finally made a wrong match? Love this author and this series.

Devastated and disillusioned with the idea of love, Abby closed herself off from dating, stuck in the daily monotony of just getting by. Jessie, her friend, tells her that she must not allow her cheating ex, Aaron, to have such power over her life. She needs to put herself “out there” again. So she urges her to try the services of Celestial Mates, where they promise success in finding that special fated mate for their clients. And when Abby takes that chance and meets Meikal, she starts to believe. And being kidnapped by his equally gorgeous bad boy brother, Lukien, pretty much has her convinced! Can she get the warring brothers to find peace with each other? Or will the evil that is waiting to pounce use their hostility and distraction to get the upper hand?
This book was well-written, with characters and story line that draw the reader in right from the start. It is easy to care about Abby and Jessie; and the guys will definitely impress the reader! Grab your copy and enjoy Abby’s adventure!
after a bad relationship Abby is convinced by her friend Jessie to try out Celestial mates, she is almost immediatly matched with an Ahren, what we humans would call an angel, a winged being, but when she arrives she find their planet in a civil war with their dark winged brothers. This story has tons of twists and turns and it keeps you intreigued, as well as it has plenty of steam and emotion.

Anything by Miranda Martin is a winner, and this one is no different. Meikal and Lukien are brothers separated by differences in their approach to life and emotions in a war that’s both physical and mental. Abby is just looking for a fun time for a few days and doesn’t expect to be caught between two hot men who want completely different things. Danger and excitement ensue as with all Miranda’s books, and it’s a roller coaster ride to the finish.
I loved the storyline for this book it has action, adventure, twists, and romance. This is a story worthy of spending your lazy day off with this book. Abby was a great character to get to know. I feel her apprehension going off world to find her soulmate. Discovering that you have explosive chemistry with not one but two soulmates, brothers Meikal and Lukien. The fact that they are the leaders of opposing factions, the light and dark just adds an exciting twist to this story. This is definitely a must read.

Love saves the planet
Celestial Mates strike again – in duplicate! Of course, Abby from Earth is a workaholic refugee from love. Catching your fiancee in flagrante delecto does that to a girl. Of course, her friend Jessie, wanting her happiness, talks Abby into the dating scene again – via Celestial Mates. Of course skeptical Abby only agrees to meet her match if she can go home to Earth when it doesn’t work out. And then…. it works out. Twice!! Two fated mates! Meikal and Lukien – and they’re brothers. Estranged. Opposites. One dark and passionate, the other bright and coolly logical. They, and their followers, are at war. How can Abby find the way to love them both? How can they be reconciled? Will the war between Reason and Emotion doom their planet? And how will they overcome the terror caused by the Goddess of Evil? No spoilers, but be advised that Celestial Mates boasts a 100% success rate…. Sexy, sweet, yummy, 4 stars. I’m reviewing an ARC of this book via Booksprout (thanks, guys) and am voluntarily leaving a review.
