I thoroughly enjoyed this book. There was a lot of fun and humor but a lot of real-life situations. It was inspiring for me personally. I thoroughly enjoy reading Susan Hatler’s stories.

4.5 stars
This book was quite different from what I expected and I enjoyed it! The main characters are both good and complement each other beautifully. It’s nice to have the female lead be the one to overcome fears in such a positive way. If I have any criticism it’s that I would have like a bit more – length and detail about Dylan’s history, however I think that’s a sign how the book appealed to me. I’m hoping there will be books about the two friends Hannah and Missy – I’ll be ready to read them!

This is a touching, humorous, and delightful read. Its well written and a good storyline. I truly enjoyed the characters Jennifer and Dylan. Its an easy to read and a page turner. It kept my interest through out the story.
I read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book All thoughts and opinions are of my own.
Jennifer, well put together and guided by rom-coms and gossip, falls for outdoor lover Dylan.
It looks like falling in love makes her rely even more on gossip and said rom-coms as a guide through her life.
I am not brainy – but Jennifer was just too stupid and naive for me. I could not relate at all to her behavior, and as the book is written in the first person, her constant chatter drove me half-crazy.

This is an enjoyable read. I enjoyed reading Jennifer’s journey, from standing strong about her business and becoming flexible in love. Dylan seemed likeable.
There are some grammatical errors that were difficult to overlook and it felt as though there could have been a little more content to the story.
I was pleasantly surprised by this. It’s a clean romance but so fun and entertaining that I wasn’t able to put it down. There are some moments where I felt the internal dialogue just kept going but I got invested in Jen and Dylan. They are total opposites but that’s what’s so fun. As they spend more time together in the disaster of a blind date, Dylan turns out to be exactly what Jennifer needed.
I absolutely enjoyed this clean rom-com about two very different people that have nothing in common….the saying opposites attract is so true when it comes to over worked city girl Jennifer and adventurist Dylan..a blind date that started of disastrous but humorous aswell brings out the adventurous side of Jennifer and Dylan realises that settling down with someone wont be that bad….
This was a well written entertaining story that was easy to read with wonderful characters.

There’s a reason why I love Susan Hatler as an author. She does a fantastic job with her stories that at times will have you laughing out loud. When life gets busy and you just need to escape in a book and have a distraction from the everyday life. This book hits all that and more. The story was entertaining, fun, enjoyable and had those laugh out loud moments. An enjoyable romantic comedy you don’t want to miss out on.

I absolutely loved this humorous and touching read! Susan Hatler has written another realistic and entertaining novel. The plot of the story starts with Jennifer Paige, a busy true city girl with a carefully planned out life goes on a blind double date with her best friend, and Dylan Douglas , an outdoor enthusiast and adventurer who lives for the moment. The date starts out with Jennifer arriving in heels for a white water rafting trip in the wilderness. Dylan and Jennifer are diametrically opposite personalities but some how they mesh together. I strongly recommend this wonderful book which has a great plot, flawed but endearing and realistic characters, lots of humor, and a perfect romantic story.

Jennifer is really busy. She has so much going on that she has trouble stepping back to unwind. Her best friend Hannah convinces her to go on a blind date/double date. Dylan could not be more different. Everything that could go wrong, does. She’s dressed up for dinner at a sushi restaurant in the middle of nowhere; they’re going whitewater rafting. He convinces her that she’ll have a great time. She answers her phone on the rapids, and the phone goes flying. She nearly falls out of the raft. They are complete opposites. And yet they’re so perfect for each other. Their best qualities complement them as a couple, and balance out the relationship. This was a really funny story, and a great addition to this series. I laughed so much in this book, and really enjoyed seeing Jennifer and Dylan fall in love.

Well written humorous love story. This book has great characters that are more than one dimensional with a story that has characters as busy in life as the rest of us. The are so real and believable they could be someone you know.

Loved the book it was great, the story was well written and the characters are interesting. Jennifer is a workaholic she does about sixteen hours a day, goes on double date. Dylan is man she has a date with. They go white water rafting it is a different blind date. Dylan is totally the opposite which it is a good mix, so they see each other again. There is humor, wit and romance.
