Terry is rich, attractive and all Dom.When he sees something he likes, or more accurately, something his d**k likes, he gets it. His women are hot, successful and experienced in BDSM.Until, he meets Maggie. She’s not at all his usual type. She’s round, lush and a hot-mess of a woman. It’s obvious she doesn’t belong at La Petite Mort Club and he can’t help following her. She needs someone to look … Petite Mort Club and he can’t help following her. She needs someone to look out for her. She’s a little rabbit in a club full of predators.
When she gets herself into a situation, he has no choice but to rescue her.
When he realizes that she’s a natural submissive and innocent of the kinkier side of sex, he’ll stop at nothing to have. He can’t wait to show her how good it’ll feel when she surrenders to his desires.
Maggie had no idea that the club she was going to was a “sex” club.
She tries not to look, but there are people doing it everywhere. She is not getting turned on by it. Not at all. Really, she isn’t.
All she has to do, is find her friend and get out of there.
Of course, that’s easier said than done. Not only has she bumped into just about every person in the club, but one of the men—a very handsome and extremely rude stranger—not only follows her, but suggests that they “do it” in the hallway. As if she’d ever do something like that. She’s a recently divorced, mother of three, not some wild, young woman.
She tells him, in no uncertain terms, what she thinks of his suggestion but then, she finds herself in a dangerous situation.
Will the rude stranger save her, or will he turn out to be even more dangerous than the others?

Maggie was the victim in this second chance romance with BDSM undertones. A very different heroine as a newly divorced mother of three, Maggie had been left behind as her husband moved on with a younger thinner wife leaving his family almost destitute while he lived in luxury with his new wife.
The disillusioned Terry was a player and user of willing women who knew the score. His attraction to Maggie was an anomaly that he was sure would pass.
I didn’t like his on again off again attitude when it came to Maggie.
His tactless dominant personality was abrasive and hurt Maggie again and again. I liked their intense chemistry and attraction to each other as they grow closer in spite of themselves.

I’m a huge fan of BDSM tropes, so this book was right up my alley.
The sex and bdsm scenes were SO amazingly hot.
The characters were likeable and relatable as well.
will definitely be reading more by this author.

Will Terry and Maggie find their happily ever after?
I love Ellis’ books in La Petite Mort Club series and this box set was phenomenal! Terry is a divorce lawyer who is bored with the wannabe members at the Valentine event, until Maggie bumped into him spilling his drink. In an instant Terry is smitten with his little rabbit sub, but Maggie leaves to wander the club looking for her girlfriend. That is until Maggie gets in over her head and Terry steps in to save her. Terry wants Maggie as his sub, until he discovers that Maggie is a divorced mother of 3 children. Yet Terry can’t get Maggie out of his mind. So Terry is stunned when Maggie refuses his money because she wants to make it on her own. Will Maggie and Terry be able to work through all their issues from past relationships? You have to read to find out and will want to head slap Terry a few times for his male stupidity.
I was delighted to return to the world of Le Petit Mort, and the Dom’s Submission does not disappoint!
I enjoyed these books I had read them separately and just love having them in one set. This is Maggie and Terry’s story I really enjoyed getting to know them this is a good well-written series and I would definitely recommend it.
Maggie and Terry meet at the club. He’s instantly attracted to her, and helps her out throughout the book set. They have both been hurt in the past. This is an amazingly beautiful book set, well written!

This is a review of all 3 books in The Dom’s Submission series, His Sub, His Mission and His Submission. I read the other books of the La Petite Mort Club series, Nic’s and Patric’s stories and this one was just as brilliant as the others were. Is she his little rabbit? Maggie isn’t your tall, leggy supermodel type, in fact she is petite, lush, curvy, well into her 30s, divorced mother of 3. Enough to send any guy running. What she most certainly isn’t, is a one night fling. Yet, Terry a dominant, handsome, rich, experienced alpha male in his 40s can’t seem to stay away. Maggie is financially destitute, while Terry thinks all problems can be solved by throwing money at it. Money however can be a touchy subject in any relationship, let alone in one involving a proud, wronged woman with a lot of insecurities and responsibilities. Add to that a way too ‘ honest’ – some might very well call it opinionated, determined, brash, tactless – alpha dom and the situation between Maggie and Terry, not surprisingly time and time again comes to a volatile head. Their characters, as well as those of the supporting cast were very well developed and described by the author and I have to commend this book, like I did with the others for the excellent editorial and proof-reading achievements. The book is in no way levitating on the reals of the millions that some of the characters possess but Maggie’s circumstances bring this book to a realism that many readers can, if not identify, but at least appreciate and sympathise with. Neither of our lovers want to fall in love, but love has a way of creeping up on you whether you like it or not. Both our main characters are likeable and I was on the edge of my seat rooting for them to put aside their insecurities, take a chance and give in to the love and sense of belonging they feel for each other. We do get the HEA we the readers love. The book also gives us an example of friendship that the group has for one another and having their backs in times of need. I would most highly recommend this scorchingly steamy sexy book with a human approach.
