Late at night, on an amateur ghost hunt, Sabrina and her best friend Q are caught trespassing by the gorgeous, blond Jude. The embers of attraction between them sizzle when they discover Jude’s kinks match their own. Jude is a Dom on his last summer of freedom before starting the prison sentence that is med school. Q is a badass bi switch who knows what she wants, and for years it’s been her … cute, doe-eyed straight friend Sabrina. But the only way to get into Sabrina’s heart and panties may be with Jude’s fist wrapped in her hair.
Domming the bratty Q and mischievous Sabrina isn’t going to be easy, but Jude relishes the challenge. At the end of the summer, will they find a way to stay together when everything is tearing them apart?

The first in the Badass Brats boxset is off to a very good start!
But what else did you expect from Cari?

And the house Sabrina picked happens to have a new resident.

Because he’s a Dom,Q is a switch,and Sabrina is a closet sub.
Not only that,Q is bi and she loves Sabrina.
But Sabrina was brought up with traditional values and even though she has feelings for Q,she’s afraid to do something with them.
She ís protective of Q,though…and acts upon it when her a**hole ex harasses her.
With Jude added to the mix, boundaries are crossed, and possibilities explored.
But Jude has to leave after the summer….he feels obligated to follow into his father’s footsteps and become a doctor.
Does he really have to?
Why can’t he find his own way in life?
With Sabrina and Q?
Loved it,and left me wanting to hear more of this delicious trio!
This is a fun story with Polyamory as a basic plot point. The whole point to the story is that Q is figuring that Sabrina will be more comfortable in some sort of relationship with her if that includes Jude. Jude for his part is happy to have two girlfriends and Sabrina is hesitant but is willing to give it a try. There is a lot oh three some sex and it was well written. They set out with the the intention of it being a temporary arrangement, but at the end there is a HEA.
I’m not usually a big fan of FF romances, but I found Sabrina, Q and Jude’s story engaging and enjoyable. There’s a little bit of paranormal in this book as well, and I really enjoyed this as a whole. All three characters are still young enough that their three-way BDSM romance was still exploratory, and with it the uncertainties, the newness, and excitement of discovering themselves was so realistic!
The Dom with the Safeword is the first book in the Badass Brats Series. Evidently, I have read this book before and only left a star review and not a written one. So, I decided to reread it so I can read more books in this series.
I loved The Dom with the Safeword for the second time. It was totally worthy of it!
This is Sabrina, Q’s & Jude’s story. Jude is a dom and he is getting ready to go off to medical school. So, this is a summer romance and is supposed to be short lived.
I love the seduction of Sabrina by Q. It was very hot and sexy. In fact, this whole book was off the charts hot and sexy as the three of them build their relationships. Sabrina is a perfect submissive with a dose of mischievous. Q is a switch (she will swing both to the domme side and the submissive side) and is a brat!
Jude feels he is up for the management of both Sabrina and Q and boy is he ever! When the three of them get together I thought my Kindle just might melt from the action.
If you love reading BDSM stories then The Dom with the Safeword is the book for you! Easily a 5 star read for me!
