I liked the book, but felt there wasn’t an ending, just a preview for the next book in the series. At times the writing regarding the autistic heroine was a bit tedious. I would have preferred more action rather than constant explanations of her behaviors and thought processes. However the book gives a good overview of an autistic person working …
Great read with a truly innovative protagonist. Highly recommend.
These are fun reads with great characters.
This book is a look into the mind of a high functioning Autitic character. It was interesting and witty.
The suspense and intrigue keeps one’s attention focused to the book till the end
I have read all of the Genevieve Lenard mystery series and have found all of the books extremely entertaining.
Liked the way the one connection was slowly pieced together
One of the best series I have ever read.
Hard to identify with this lady. I just dodnt have the patience for it.
I have read the first three books in this series and have enjoyed them all.
Genevieve Lenard and her friends are wonderful characters. Her literalness due to her autism is refreshing and poignant at the same time. The look into the life of an autistic person who is very high functioning on her own gives us insights told in a witty, realistic way. The Gaugain Connection and The Dante Connection are so good that I can’t …
What to say about a series of books that one falls in love with. I haven’t enjoyed a series this much since the reading the Prendergast series. I love the characters/ the author brings them to life and makes them lovable flawed characters. They form a close knit friendship that they become family.
The series of books about Dr. Genevieve Lenard are hard to stop reading once you start. Estelle Ryan’s characters are captivating and you soon feel like you are part of their “team.” Highly recommend this series.
I love these characters
I had read the first book in this collection. When I went to read the second book some time had passed and I could not remember anything about the characters. Had to go back and read the first book again so I could understand what was going on. Little bit difficult to read. But very interesting.
The author uses an unconventional character with autism and makes her human and sympathetic. Aside from being well written and interesting, it demystifies an emotional condition and still makes for a satisfying mystery.
I didn’t want it to end. The main character is wonderful.
As the main character unfolds her life, the other characters fill up wonderfully
It kept me on my toes
Not bad, but the book is about 40% longer than it needs to be. I’m not much of a fan of authors that write to simply fill pages.
