Julianna Norrell’s dream of leaving Montana for big city life in NYC was wonderful—until it all went bust. She’d tempted fate by getting a fine arts degree in photography, and believing one brilliant show would make her career take off. But three years later she’s a borderline starving artist, making a living off of stock art photography. Plus, she’s just been on the wrong side of a copyright … infringement case and no gallery in New York will touch her. Se when her mother seriously breaks her leg at the same time Julianna gives up her lease, it seems fate is pulling her back to where she started: Cooper Ranch.
Wright Cooper has come home to lick his wounds. After being a major fundraiser in a failed political run, most of America has started to hate his guts, and Wright himself is beginning to wonder when he’d stopped vetting his politician’s ideas and simply started funding them. Now, he’s home to dust off his boots and find himself again in the beautiful land that had made him want to enact change for his country in the first place.
When the two childhood sweethearts suddenly find themselves living under the same roof, they’ll need to decide if they’re coming home for good, or simply stopping over before losing each other once again.

Third book in the series. Nice romance. I loved it.
Wright and Julianna have known each other since childhood. They were always friends, and for a while they were much more. But their dreams separated them. He wanted to stay in Montana, she wanted to go away. Now they have seen each other again, the two hurt after losing everything they were fighting for, and neither of them knows how to behave with the other.
I loved Julianna a lot better than Wright, at least initially. She’s the one who left, the one who refused his help out of pride. But she doesn’t want him to change. She understands him better than he understands her. She sees how people takes advantage of him and tells him so. She doesn’t hide anything from him. Wright won me over with his visits to New York just to support her. He misses her, he loves her, and he doesn’t dare tell her. He always listens to her. But that doesn’t mean that he follows her advice.
I loved their plan, to help each other. But it doesn’t work. Julianna does listen to Wright, she does accept his advice, but he doesn’t do the same with hers. I loved Wright because he’s sweet and shy with her, but he’s too stubborn and has a hard time recognizing his mistakes.
I loved seeing Maxwell again.
I recommend it.
I received an ARC from the author, and this is my honest review.
Billionaire Wright is disgraced by association when the candidate he’s been fundraising for is caught embezzling and he returns home to the family ranch. Julianna jumps to go home when her mother has an accident and breaks her leg. She has been cleared in a copyright suit, but she still seems to be a pariah among the galleries who display her photographs. They had a relationship when they were younger but ended to pursue dreams. They are both leaning on each other to heal and find some direction; bees. Nicely written and good story but the beginning drags a bit, but still worth reading.

Wright Cooper is a political fundraiser, unfortunately he backed the wrong horse and is now looking for a way to get back on the good side of the political party. Julianna has come home to help at Cooper Ranch after her mom seriously broke her leg, and she has come home to lick her wounds after being blackballed from the art scene after a copyright infringement claim. She was found in the right but that does not seem to matter. When Wright and Julianna reconnect, Julianna fights her attraction to her old beau, Wright , for as long as she can. But working at the ranch every day with Wright and each of them trying to help the other come back from the blows dealt them, the draw is hard to resist. Can they help each other or will their aid back fire and tear them apart? This is the 3rd book in this series and each is a stand alone story, but once you visit Cooper Ranch, you will want to visit with all 3 of the Cooper men.

Cooper ranch is where they both grew up. He was rich, she was the housekeepers daughter. Totally different worlds that made them to their separate ways after high school. Her world came crashing down in New York so she comes back to Cooper Ranch. Wright still loves her but with their past and both of their scandals, can they make love be enough? Check out two stubborn people who both need control. Who will win in the end?
The good storyline and the well rounded characters made this book a very enjoyable and entertaining read! I look forward to reading more from this author!
A cute ending.
But wowee what a chaotic relationship these two had.
It seemed Wright and Julianna were making up as much or more than they were arguing.
It most certainly made for an interesting read. I couldnt halp but the turn the page to see what would happened next.
Happy reading!

A well written story that was entertaining and has great characters. Wright and Juliana were childhood sweethearts but they went different ways. They go through ups and downs but the chemistry between them is powerful. This second chance romance does have a wonderful HEA ending.

Wright Cooper has been kicked off the political campaign through no fault of his own. Now they just want to use him for his money. Wright is lost without his ambitions. Julianna has returned home to Montana to hide from the hit she took in the art world in New York. She may have been found not guilty but her image still took the hit. Now she doesn’t know what to do with herself. Wright and Julianna one High School sweethearts how promised to help each other find the way back to their former lives. Will they find their way back to each other along the way?
This is book 3 in the series and can be read as a stand alone. There is mention of the brother from Book 2 briefly in this story. There is not really any crossover in the books. I wish that the books would have tied together. I do like the writing style it makes it easy to read and you do not want to put the book down .I find the books enjoyable and quick reads. I doubt there will be any more in the series. Overall I did like the series and would recommend giving them a try. Each book has a HEA and each with a sexy rich cowboy.

Julianna and Wright grew up together. He the son of billionaires, she the daughter of the housekeeper. But status never mattered and they had been happily in love as teenages.Life’s dreams and misunderstandings took them into different directions, but by chance they meet again at “the House” 10 years later, both at a low point in their lives.
This book is not only about romance, but also about finding ways to fulfill one’s dreams and to not be deterred by outside forces. A good book, entertaining and inspiring at the same time.

He was fundraising for a political campaign of sorts and things went wrong. They don’t like him but want his money anyway. She got a degree in arts and had a show but thinking that is going to make a person is wrong. Then she had a lawsuit against her but won it. They both have wounds to lick and heal. Her mother breaks her leg so she comes home. He has all that happen to him so he comes home. These two used to have a relationship. Can they heal and start again? THE COWBOY’S STUBBORN SWEETHEART (Brothers of Cooper Ranch Book 3) By Leslie North
The Cowboy’s Stubborn Sweetheart is the 3rd book in the Cooper Ranch Series. These 3 books can all be read as stand alone. This one is the story of Wright Cooper and Julianna Norrell, and 2nd chance romance as they were an item when they were young. She moved away to New York to further her photography career and ran into problems. Wright is in politics and has just had things fail. They both go back home to try to figure things out and end up reconnecting. This is a well written story with great characters and an HEA. I would have however liked some cross interaction of the Cooper brothers.

Wright’s career as a political fundraiser in Montana is ruined by no fault of his. He comes home to lick his wounds. Julianna left Montana to pursue her career in photography, but her career isn’t what she thought it would be. When her mother breaks her leg she comes back to Montana. Wright and Julianna went together in high school but wanted different things in life so they broke up. Can they rekindle what they had or is it to late? I really loved the story and the characters.
As Julianna returns to Montana to take over her mother’s housekeeping duties at Cooper Ranch she has to come face to face with Wright.
And Wright has to come face to face with her.
As they try to live in the present as well as dealing with feelings from the past. They butt heads, not often but usually in a big way since one or the other has strong feelings about. Whether it be personal or business.
At the final point in the book is when Wright realizes there is something he wants very much in his life, thus the perfect ending to the book was when he reaches into his jeans pocket. Oh what a swoon worthy ending that was! Absolutely the perfect ending.

This story is another from this author that is just really sweet cowboy romance. It has quite a good story line it has good characters and the always popular HEA. So it really has more or less everything a good story needs, it is not quite remarkable so four stars! Well done is the only thing that comes to mind after this one.

Wright’s got his hands full in this second-chance romance!
Wright and Julianna are both at a crossroads in their lives, and find themselves spending the summer together at the Cooper family’s ranch while they sort out their next move. The intense chemistry that drew them together years before is just as strong as ever, but so are the complications that drove them apart.
This story has both main characters examining what they really want out of life, and the author leaves no emotion unturned as we get right to the heart of the matter. Both Wright and Julianna are strong-willed people, so naturally their relationship is filled with highs and lows as they enjoy the fireworks they share and fight out their differences. It’s a captivating story, well-told, with a rewarding HEA. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.
This is an uplifting story about two people whose ambition for a desired career fails. Both Julianna Norrell and Wright Cooper did not succeed in the way they had envisioned their dreams, Julianna as an artist in New York and Wright in the tangled world of politics. So they came home to Montana where they can re-focus, recharge, and handle their disappointments. But it seems that Fate steps in and brings them both home at the same time. This is an opportunity for a second chance, both at finding another dream and at finding each other again. Will they take that opportunity? Will they have to choose one – or can they have both?
The book was well-written and enjoyable. The characters were likable and believable. And the story line moved along at a good pace. I think the reader will enjoy this story. Grab a copy and see whether they can straighten out their careers and find the dreams that really matter together.
Will Wright and Julianna reunite?
Leslie is one of my top 10 authors and I love an author who writes in dual point of view. This is the 3rd book in the Brothers of Cooper Ranch series. Julianna left Montana to make it big in NYC, yet returns 3 years later a starving artist when her Mom breaks her leg. Wright back home after funding a bad political campaign, always seems to be in the kitchen when Julianna returns from a date. They both seem to help each other find their new purpose in life, but will Wright’s passion for Julianna get in the way of the couple reuniting? You have to read to find out and will be rooting for the couple to work out their differences.
Book three of the Cooper Brothers Series was a good story. When Andrea Norrell, Wright Cooper’s housekeeper, has an accident and needs time off to heal, her daughter Julianna, comes back to Montana to help out while her mom is recuperating. Julianna and Wright have a history so sparks and a bit of anger fly when they come face to face after being a part for a while. While they come to a truce, Julianna and Wright try to help each other with some issues they are both facing. Getting beyond their past might mean hope for a second chance at love.
I did enjoy Wright’s story, as it is well-written, good plot line and lots of steam. The Wright Brother’s Series has been an enjoyable read.
The Cowboy’s Stubborn Sweetheart is a funny, intriguing, emotional, heartwarming, and sexy romance story with a great mix of drama, turmoil, a scandal, and sexy scenes.
