It would take a Christmas miracle to get these two together Veterinarian Janice Sullivan has been horse-crazy all her life and only wanted to work on her family’s cattle farm, the Three Sisters Ranch, but her father’s constant criticisms drove her away, forcing her to choose a new career in dressage and leaving her secret crush behind. With the ranch facing possible bankruptcy, Janice has an idea … Janice has an idea to save it – a woman’s retreat. With Christmas around the corner, Janice is not only hoping for a chance under the mistletoe with the one man she’s been unable to forget, but also to give a few cowgirl wannabes a chance in the saddle.
Bah humbug! The last thing ranch foreman Nate Pierson needs is a bunch of weepy or giggly eggnog-swilling city chicks getting in his way and distracting his men while they’re busting their tails wrangling long horns. His short temper and lack of patience often push people away except the one woman he needs to leave alone. As tempting as she is, Janice, the boss’ daughter, can never be anything more than a fantasy. The only Christmas spirit he wants is 100 proof, especially when he has to matchmake Janice with the ranch’s vet.
Nate knows from experience that Christmas miracles are for suckers, but it doesn’t stop his heart from wishing Janice could wind up under his tree instead of with the man her Daddy wants her to marry.

This was an awesome read that I enjoyed reading. The story line and characters drew me in form the beginning and I couldn’t stop reading. I loved Nate and Janice and their chemistry together they were well written and were hot and steamy together. Will they finally have a chance together now that she’s back at the ranch or will her fathers plan to pair her with a rich vet come to pass. Grab your copy today to see if they get their HEA!!! This slow burning romance is filled with tension and emotional turmoil. Janice and Nate’s story easy captured my attention and kept it with a enticing combination of drama, heartache, strong emotions, poignancy, desire, duty, angst, family and steam. A very enjoyable read.
Frank Sullivan ran his family the way he ran his ranch–with little sentiment and with a fiery, stubborn outlook. He drove his three daughters away, but when times got too tough, and the future of the ranch was in peril, he turned to his three daughters for help. Janice, the oldest sister, and a trained veterinary tech, loved the ranch along with her two sisters, and each of them had their own ideas for a progressive, secure future for the ranch–but how to convince their mulish father? Nate Pierson, the ranch foreman, had come to the ranch as a young man without a place to live and without much hope. He was given a home and a job, and he worked just as hard as Frank to keep the ranch going. There had been a special spark between Nate and Janice from the beginning, but Frank had forbidden them to be anything more than friends–he wanted Janice to “marry well” and bring prosperity to the ranch. Nate and Janice had never acted on their mutual attraction–except for a stolen kiss here and there. However, seeing each other again years apart fans that flame of desire to roaring life, and they also realize that love has been there all along. There are many obstacles in their way, most of all her father’s failing health along with his unyielding concepts of what should be and what would never be. The heart will have its way, though, and just maybe, two people who have waited so long for each other will finally have a chance for a bright and happy future.

This is the third book in the Three Sisters Ranch series and another excellent addition. From the very first page could not put this book down, I was hooked. The three sisters return home to the family ranch in order to save it from bankruptcy. Janice has always had a thing for the foreman, Nate, and he for her, but her father has warned Nate away. Janice’s father wants her to marry the rich Vet to save the ranch. This story flows effortlessly and moves along at a comfortable pace. It has entertaining storyline and excellent interaction between characters. An excellent read!

Whaddya do when the boss wants your help setting his daughter up with the local vet, but you want her for yourself? Nate is doing all he can to abide by Frank’s decree to stay away from his daughter, but his dilemma is complicated by the not-so-subtle hints Janice keeps sending his way.
Janice has teamed up with her sisters to find new revenue streams to pull the family ranch from the brink of bankruptcy, only her women’s retreat is getting off to a slow start. The third book in this series, this romance is both poignant with years of longing and explosive once the waiting is over. Nate has all sorts of reasons to continue to keep his distance, but he just doesn’t have the strength to keep fighting his desire anymore. I love Trent, and I love Donovan, but Nate is hands-down my favorite of the three. Gruff and bull-headed, he’s absolutely perfect for Janice even in the ways he’s totally wrong for her.
I absolutely loved the way Janice knew him right down to his inner soul, and the author did a fabulous job of showing us his gentle, caring side as well as his grumpy, controlling public persona. This book was the perfect conclusion to the story of the Sullivan family, brilliantly involving all the characters we’ve met in the earlier books and giving us an authentic, realistic solution to the ranch’s financial problems as well as swoon-worthy love-drenched solutions to everyone’s relationship situations. I highly recommend this book, as well as the entire series. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.
I loved this book. The 3rd in the series. Janice Sullivan and Nate Pierson have been fighting their attraction since they were 16. Eleven years later Janice is back at the Three Sisters Ranch to help her family save the ranch after her father called the sisters home. Janice a vet tech has opened a retreat center for women. At her first retreat she wants to take the women on a cattle round up and Nate doesn’t want to take the risk. Janice is off limits because of his respect he has for her father. Nate worked his way up from ranch hand to foreman and Frank has been his mentor. Nate had an abusive father and is fearful of loosing his job and place in this family if he goes against Frank. Nate is the foreman now and is under extra pressure since Franks heart attacks. Janice is determined to see where this relationship goes. Now or never. As they get closer. Frank is determined to play matchmaker, and get Janice involved with Pete, rich veterinarian, and he wants Nate to help him. Janice uses her love of horses and Dressage to help her retreat. When Donavan’s estrange father shows up and a angry husband shows up threatens the retreat, the three sisters pull together to support each other. Will Janice and Nate take a chance on love? Will Frank stop interfering with them? Will the ideas the sisters have, wind farm, photo studio, wild life safari’s help save the ranch? Will Janice and Nate have their HEA? I enjoyed this book and this whole series.

The third book in this excellent series. Janice and Nate’s story. Janice’s not so secret crush meets Nate’s very stern resolve. Lots of drama and emotions involved along with a very opinionated father to get this couple to their HEA. I love this series and hope there will be many more stories along this line .

I liked yet at the same time resented some of the rough, gruff characters in this one , really a dad wanting his daughter to marry money to save his ranch?
This one has some scary exciting action, and yet some sweet tender moments to.
Warning this one might be to steamy for some. But all in all a great story line.
Three sisters return to the family ranch in order to try to save it from financial ruin. Janice comes up with the idea of a woman’s retreat. Coming home was a blessing but also a curse of a kind. A blessing because she could be with her family, on the ranch and see Nate-the ranch foreman-the guy who secretly stole her heart. But a curse because of the normal criticisms from her very opinionated father who keeps throwing her at a wealthy vet. Dear Lord I so wanted to smack some sense into that harsh old man. Nate seemed to run cold and hot when it came to Janice. But reading his history and as the story unfolds you understand where he was coming from. Together their chemistry is steamy. Family drama, secrets, a meddling parent, complex characters, a struggling ranch- has the makings of an entertaining storyline. I voluntarily read and reviewed an ARC from Tule Publishing.
I love the strong and courageous spirit of Janice. She is determined to help her family’s The Three Sisters Ranch with the financial troubles as well as get her cowboy, Nate, the foreman of the ranch. Their chemistry is apparent as is their deep feelings for each other but, Nate has some issues and goes hot and cold on her. In regards to the ranch, Nate always has Janice’s interests and safety at heart so, he supports her woman’s retreat endeavor until trouble bubbles up.
I like the characters because they all have the mentality of hard work is good for the soul. Even the weathly vet, Doc Pete enjoys working with the ranch animals even though it is financially unnecessary. Now, as for Janice’s dad, I found him to be a complete ass even if he thinks it’s in the name of love for his family. He is unsupportive, demanding, uncompromising and harsh. Please no one needs that kind of constant condescenion espcially when everyone is trying to save the Three Sisters Ranch from bankruptcy.
This is a good solid cowboy romance set at Christmas time when miracles happen.

Emotional story for several reasons including family manipulation. I was cheering for them though even though the odds were against them. She is very independent and determined that regardless of anyone else’s expectations, you knew who her heart belongs to. Nate has relevance and acceptance issues and has to decide what’s more important to him. When danger unexpected shows up at the ranch, tension rise and everything hits the fan. Plot has depth and is captivating, great strong-willed couple. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Another well written perfectly paced story pulling you in from the start. This one about Janice and her sisters coming back home to save the ranch after their father gets sick. Nate has been the foreman on the ranch and both him and Janice have issues to work through. All three books are standalone reads but each brings characters all together.
Cowboy romances are some of my all-time favorites and this one is right up there.
Nate & Janice have a history. They’ve always known that the other was the only one for them, but they also have plenty of personal baggage to deal with. But for that one perfect match, everything else is secondary.
This is my favorite story of this series. A series about three daughters who return home when their father lets them know he will be selling the ranch or it will go bankrupt. The same father that caused them all to leave home because of his actions , stubbornness and harsh treatment.
But the sisters are determined to make a go at the ranch, each bringing their talent and expertise.
Janice, the oldest, has plans for a retreat for women and while we experience her distress in the start up business , we also meet Nate, the ranch’s foreman . He is the man who has loved her since he arrived at the ranch at a young age.
As the relationship develops, it’s kept secret. Her father has other plans for Janice.
The story has an engaging plot and complex characters . But it’s more than that. It’s really a story about family dynamics, a demanding father, a man that doesn’t think he’s good enough to be loved, and the struggles of a family business.
Can obstacles be overcome, or will the past and a failing ranch keep Janice and Nate from finding their HEA?
I was entrusted a copy of this book by Tule Publishing. The opinions expressed are solely my own.
Janice is back home with her sisters to help save the ranch. She thought doing retreats for women will bring money, so far, she has loan to pay.
She have been in love with Nate for so long, too bad he is not doing anything to act on his attraction to Janice.
What would take Janice to do for Nate to finally let her know that she is the one for him?
Great story.
This is book three in the Sisters Ranch series and is Janice and Nate’s story. The Sullivan sisters were called home by their father to help save the family ranch. Janice left home when she young and has been working in another state. She couldn’t take her father’s constant criticisms, so she left home.
She’s back now and looking for ways to help save the ranch despite her stubborn father’s criticisms. Nate is a ranch hand and has been in love with Janice since they were teenagers. He doesn’t know it, but Janice has been in love with him for just as long, but her father has other plans for her. He wants her to marry a rich man because he believes it’s the best way to save the farm and he’s expecting Nate to help set up Janice with the guy he has in mind.
I really loved this book. It’s hot and well written. The emotions run high and I was really submersed into the story and couldn’t put it down. I enjoyed the whole series. I think it’s definitely better if you read the first two books in the series to get the full enjoyment of the series. There are a lot of spoilers if you don’t read the other books first, but I don’t think you would be lost or not understand the storyline and what’s going on.

This book is such a great read! Nate and Janice seem to have a lot of push-pull going on along with meddling family trying to keep them apart. Will they or won’t they?

Janice is back home with an idea to save her family’s beloved ranch by turning it into a retreat. The financial woes of the ranch are causing both physical and mental disabilities to her father and Nate who has to pick up the slack. When a wealthy vet comes to the ranch, her father sees him as a way to ease the financial difficulties by marrying him to Janice something that Nate is having a hard time coming to terms with because of his feelings. This story draws you in and captures your heart having you on the sidelines with baited breath to see what the outcome of this story will be.
