Bella Whitmore is the heir to the Whitmore Shipping fortune. Refusing to be pigeon-holed into the socialite box, Bella has worked her entire life to show her father that she can be the son he never had and take over the Whitmore Shipping Empire. So when she wakes up, on a ranch in Montana, missing the memories of the last month of her life, you’d think that would be the worst case scenario. And … And it is…until she realizes the devil she’d worked so hard to avoid for the last year is now her husband.
Sawyer Cooper knows he’s a devil. Handsome, charismatic, and with an eye for feeding people’s vices, Sawyer’s reinvented himself as a shark in the business world, but very few realize that he’s actually a Cooper of the Country Coop fortune. But rather than resting on the laurels (and red-neck reputation) of Country Coop, Sawyer wants to show the world exactly how important farming can be. To do this, he needs Bella Whitmore’s help. Every bit as beautiful as her name suggests, and smarter than everyone else in the room, Sawyer knows that she could make his dreams come true, both inside and outside of the bedroom. And after a year of pursuing her, she’s finally said yes — to everything.
But after a horseback riding accident, Bella’s brain has reset back to the beginning, and Sawyer was never good at starting a game over. Especially not after he’d already won. Now, Sawyer needs to figure out how to woo her for a second time. Because this time around it’s not just his professional pride on the line: it’s his heart.

A new life, loss of memory, can you help your new spouse remember why she fell in love with you or was it all a business deal. Love the characters, the storyline and how two people find love again with so much more than they started with.

This entertaining romance is filled with emotional turmoil, drama, angst and heartache. The story pulls you in and you will find yourself really rooting for this couple. My heart bled for Sawyer and I could totally feel his frustration as he tried to regain what he had lost. Bella was likable and it was easy to sympathize with her confusion and struggle to regain her memory. A very good read.
A quick fast-paced and heartwarming romance story with a great storyline that is easy to read, well-developed characters, and so much more. A great start to a new series.
I volunteered to review an advance reader copy of this book.
What an exceptionally beautiful cowboy romance this is. It more or less has it all that is needed for a good story. The story line, the leading characters, the plots, the steaming scenes that are not that many – just fittingly accurate, and all the rest required for a good story. I really can recommend this one, that is for sure.

I have read quite a few of this author’s books and The Cowboy’s Forgetful Bride is one of her best. This one is so different from the usual Billionaire Sheikhs that she has used for quite a bit of her themes. The plot is well written and interesting, the story flows well, has a bit of a mystery because of an issue with the heroine and of course there is a hunky cowboy hero. The H&H are well balanced in their relationship, which is always a plus for me, as I don’t enjoy reading about women who are over bearing or too bossy and men who are wimps. I look forward to reading about the next two Cooper brothers and their stories.

Sawyer and Bella would be playing cat and mouse at these function which bore Sawyer to death but it feels better than in being in Montana.
Belle Whitmore heir to the Whitmore Shipping Company. Sawyer talked to her father about business when she heard him stick up for her at the art gallery. Bella somewhat wakes up she has no idea how she got there but her family doctor was in the room. She then sees Sawyer behind him
she asked what happened. She was told she took a bad fall off a horse. Bella couldn’t remember anything other than she was just in Boston at art gallery in Boston sawyer tells her that was a month ago. She then sees a ring on her hand and she asked who she was married to it and finds out it was Sawyer. Sawyer hoped Bella would be able to go to the meeting they were beginning on Skype. After the meeting Bella friend Shannon let it slip about how she would feel after her father cut her out of the business. Sawyer and Bella decide to fly to Chicago to work out the deal between the companies and show them they can have fresh food from farm to table. Bella started to realize she was his wife and she wanted to renew that feeling. Bella was so glad that Sawyer was one man not after her money. Sawyer started to feel guilty Bella doesn’t remember why they were married besides Sawyer always loved her. Sawyer and Bella were working on a proposal when Bella finds Sawyer talking to her friendabout the proposal. Sawyer finally tells Bella about how they got married and she said she knew it was always about the money. She started to remember about her marriage to Sawyer. Bella had it so she packed her
bags and went back to Boston. Bella called her father and she finally tells him to take a hike and she felt really free. Now she had to go see Sawyer to tell him what she wanted and he probably not be happy with her decision.
Will Bella’s lost memory end their marriage
Leslie is one of my top 10 authors! Sawyer and Bella had married so they can combine their monetary resources and name recognition to form a new farming company, Farm2U. When Bella has a horse accident and lost her short term memory, will the company’s future and their marriage be in jeopardy? You have to read to find out, and won’t want to put the book down as you hope
She is heir to her father’s fortune and wants to be the one to run it when he is gone of retired. Convincing him of that is another thing though. Along comes a guy who needs her to help him. He has nothing but praise and admiration for her and needs her in more ways than one. She has done a lot of hard work to stay away from him. But one day you wake up and a month of your life is gone and you find yourself attached to the one you wanted to avoid. What now? I received a review copy from booksprout and voluntarily review it.
A Boot Kicking, Grass Eating Good Romance.
The Cowboy’s Forgetful Bride by Leslie North is Book One of the Cooper Brothers Series. This story is an easy going read that I enjoyed immensely. The main characters, Sawyer and Bella were delightful especially Sawyer who I didn’t find as alpha as I was led to believe I should. And I was fine with that. He was a good mix of cowboy gentleman and businessman. Whereas Bella has had to prove herself to a misogynistic father from Boston. The meat of the story is for Bella to work thru her amnesia she suffered a month after they were married. Pre amnesia she always worried that men would want to marry her for her money. She didn’t think about that post amnesia until a fateful day. Know she once again wonders…Did he marry her for love or money? What does Sawyer feel deep down?
This is a good introduction to this three book series and am looking forward to the next book.

Sawyer and Bella are kindred spirits looking for something to call their own. What they get is a battle as rugged as the terrain they seek to conquer and a love as raw as an undressed wound. Love has the power to break hearts, heal souls and bridge divides. The Cowboy’s Forgetful Bride puts that theory to the test. Can newfound romance survive an unforseen obstacle? Guess we’ll just have to wait and see. North deals readers another winning hand.
THE COWBOY’S FORGETFUL BRIDE BY Leslie North
This is the 1st story of the Brothers of the Cooper Ranch Series. This is a quick easy to read story with Bella Whitmore and Sawyer Cooper as the leads. Bella is the daughter of the Whitmore Shipping Empire. Sawyer is one of the three sons of the Country Coop Fortune.
They start out antagonizing each other in spite of an attraction. Then the story sort of jumped into Bella’s amnesia from being thrown from a horse when they had been married a month. I didn’t get real clarification on whether it was for love, or money or even the co-op they were putting together to start with. Sawyer was determined to help her get her memory back, hoping she would realize that they were in love. It didn’t take long for them to start the sparks exploding between them.
Leslie North can always be counted on to deliver a solid story line with well developed characters that you care about. I am looking forward to the other books in this series.
Bella and Sawyer danced arond each other for over a year, but finally come together when her father publicly declares women unfit for business. It is a whirlwind romance and they get married. A month later Bella has an accident and loses her memory of anything that happend in that last month.
It is up to Sawyer to conquer her again and show her again why she trusted him.
An interesting story, as it is an unusual storyline. Insecurities and frustration on both parts play a large role as well as well-meaning friends and axquaintances.

A battle of sophisticated wits as Bella Whitmore, beautiful and accomplished, evaded Sawyer for a year.
She caves, but wakes up with her memory erased, well, the part that she married Sawyer.
Sawyer blames himself.
Bella needs answers.
Can he man up and be the man for Bella, again?

Bella and Sawyer certainly had many obstacles to over come in their original marriage and even more in their attempt at a HEA the second time around. Characters were very vibrant and consuming. Good short, steamy read.

Bella Whitmore, heir to the Whitmore Shipping fortune, purposely ignored Sawyer at the art gallery, pretending she didn’t know he was there. For Sawyer Cooper, The Country Coop chain of farm stores was his family’s business; but he preferred to make his own way in the world and staying far away from there. Tonight he was at the wild horse exhibit at the art gallery and had dressed in his authentic Western gear. He walked over to Bella’s father to talk about a business plan that would improve Whitmore’s damaged image with the younger generation and provide an opportunity to get farm fresh food delivered to either coast in a short amount of time through his shipping expertise. But within Bella’s hearing, Mr. Whitmore instead made insulting remarks about his own daughter for thinking she would ever be CEO of his company, and Sawyer publicly reprimanded him about his comments that women had no place in the boardroom or in business. Bella had heard Sawyer defend her against her father. But Sawyer had enough of Boston. It was time to return home to Montana.
After a fall from a horse, Bella woke up with no idea what happened to her, her last memory being her attendance at the art gallery – a month ago! Even more surprising, she saw a wedding band on her finger and was told she was married to Sawyer! But when she discovers why they married, she was angry that it was apparently all about money and she returned to Boston. Now what will she do? With the undeniable chemistry between them, can Bella and Sawyer get back together again? Can Sawyer make her love him again? Can they make a future together? Or will they really go their separate ways?
This was a fast-paced, well-written story that kept the reader’s attention. The characters were complex and interesting, and the reader cared about the outcome of their story. Grab a copy and follow along to see how this complicated situation gets sorted out.
The Cowboy’s Forgetful Bride by Leslie North. I liked the blurb and thought this story had a lot of potential but as I kept reading, I was unable to find it. I have read other books by this author and they have been good. I liked the plot and characters, but I had a hard time keeping engaged until the end of the story. I will give this author another shot with a different story, I think she has a lot of talent.

She’s the daughter of a shipping empire who is trying to prove to her father that she is just as good as any son would be and Sawyer is part of the Country Coop fortune. He has a vision and he sees Bella as being a part of that fulfillment. Everything is going along fine until a fall off a horse brings things to a halt. Sawyer doesn’t know how he is going to redo this relationship. Will Bella remember their time together or will this be the beginning of the end for Sawyer and Bella?

Absolutely amazing! I loved it! This story is emotionally deep and beautiful, well written and flows smoothly. The plot is consistent, relatable, and well-developed. Drama, ups and downs, surprises, witty banter, laughter, and intrigue are some of what you can expect in this amazing book! Loveable characters – they show strength and depth as they deal with the sudden changes and uncertainties resulting from amnesia. The chemistry between them is intense; and the sex scenes are very descriptive and explosive. This is one enjoyable, exciting read!
