I loved reading this book that I won in a contest. The course of love in this story was great, and a surprise to the couple! Looking forward to sharing this story with my husband.
I always love reading stories by Jill Kemerer. This heartwarming story is beautiful and inspirational. From mourning the death of her husband to the chance of finding love again, the main character is trying to continue life while raising triplets and finding her own path. Add a handsome cowboy to the mix and things just might change. A great story. I received a complimentary copy of the book. No review was required.
The Cowboy’s Christmas Blessings by Jill Kemerer is the third book in her Wyoming Sweethearts series. When a quiet cowboy opens his ranch to a widow and her triplets he wonders whether the life he’s always lived isn’t the one he still wants.
Judd Wilson has always been uncomfortable around women, uncomfortable around small talk, and uncomfortable around crowds. But he has always believed in taking care of people. So when Nicole Taylor asks if a cabin on his property is available for rent, he gives it to her rent-free without a second thought.
Nicole is facing her first year as a widow and now she also needs a home for herself and her triplets. It’ll be her first time fully on her own, but she’s determined to make it. To stand on her own two feet. To take steps toward healing. But Judd’s stalwart kindness opens her heart in a way she doesn’t expect.
Jill Kemerer did a fantastic job writing Judd and Nicole. The kind, silent type and the healing widow. Tough characters to put onto a page, but they leapt off it! It’s so easy to see how Judd and Nicole are meant to be together. Whether the insecurities from their past and the questions about their future will leave space for each other to actually be together is a question you’ll have to answer by reading the whole story.

This was such a fun, sweet book to read! I really loved it! Judd and Nicole were great characters and I loved reading how they worked together to help each other with the triplets and with baking. The cover of the book only shows 1 baby which I think is the baby girl who seemed to bond with Judd the quickest. Isn’t it such a cute cover? I highly recommend this sweet holiday story about love and second chances.
I received a copy of this book complimentary for blog and social media review. All opinions are my own.
It was a treat to travel back to Rendezvous, Wyoming for book 3 in Jill Kemerer’s Wyoming Sweethearts series, The Cowboy’s Christmas Blessings. It was so easy to love the main characters, Judd Wilson and Nicole Taylor. They’re both endearing and relatable with some baggage from the past that they need to resolve. Judd is such a compassionate, giving, humble hero, and I immediately was drawn to him. Nicole is a sweet, loving mom of triplets who is trying to become more independent and make her own way after her husband died. Of course, the triplets are adorable and steal everyone’s heart. I enjoyed seeing the people around the town rallying around Nicole to help her, and it was even more fun to see Judd’s heart get stolen by the triplets and the pretty widow.
Although this is part of a series, it can easily be read alone. It’s a sweet, charming story of healing, forgiveness, and second chances. Put this one on your list for a delightful Christmas tale.
I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy from the author. All opinions are my own.
Triplets for Christmas are the best blessings ever. Christmas and unexpected adventure is the best type of Christmas!! Judd welcomes Nicole and her triplets into his home and then it’s fun fun fun after that. Christmas trees, stockings, gingerbread houses
A family for Christmas.
Rancher Judd Wilson sees that widowed single mother, Nicole Taylor and her young triplets need a place to stay, so he offers the cabin on his property. Judd has been alone for a long time, and is surprised by how much he is enjoying having the babies and Nicole around. Nicole does what she can to help out, offering to cook, and working to find a way to support herself. I loved how their friends were so supportive of Nicole and wanted to help her feel at home in Wyoming again.
Judd is a good man, hardworking and generous. I liked how he and Nicole were comfortable with each other right away, their friendship grows naturally and Judd is wonderful with the children. Judd is stable and reliable, even though he isn’t one for dramatic gestures, I like that he isn’t a smooth talker, but is steady and sincere. I admired his faith, and generosity.
Nicole has been through a lot in the last year, she is hard-working and industrious, and being on the receiving end of so many people’s kindness is difficult for her. I admired her strength, and honesty with herself, as she finds her faith tested and strengthened.
A heartwarming holiday romance about family, faith, community, and second chances. I loved the character interaction and relationship building in this book, as well as the kindness of friends and community members. A sweet and enjoyable read, just in time for Christmas time.
I received a complimentary copy of this book. Opinions expressed in this review are completely my own.
I loved this heartwarming Christmas story by author Jill Kemerer. I read it in one sitting because I couldn’t put it down. (While it’s book 3 in the Wyoming Sweethearts series, it can be read as a stand alone.)
The characters are so real to life. Judd is kind and caring of others. Nicole has gone through a hard time yet is doing her best as a single mom. And those triplets. Oh my. How lovable! Judd and Nicole grew during this story, making it a hopeful and promising story.
Clean and sweet, it makes the perfect Christmas read. I highly recommend it!
I received a complimentary copy of this book but was not required to leave a review.
The Cowboy’s Christmas Blessings is the latest novel penned by Ms. Kemerer. I loved everything about this beautifully written story of widowed, Nicolle Taylor, her infant triplets and the kind, gentle, Judd Wilson. Judd is someone who you would want in your corner if you faced any hardships because he definitely would help you out in a difficult situation.
My heart went out to Nicolle as she set out to find a home for herself and her babies and the author made you feel her joy at finding the perfect place for her family. I could easily imagine her excitement when she saw the cabin that Judd offered her and I could picture her caring for her babies, while cooking and baking.
Overall, I thought this sweet, clean read was so good that I have already read it twice which is why I recommend it to other readers of inspirational romance novels. As far as I’m concerned it is never too early to read Christmas stories, especially is they are as wonderful as this one.
The Cowboy’s Christmas Blessings
By: Jill Kemerer
This is a good clean cowboy romance that will have you turning the pages to see what is going to happen next. I did not want to put it down. A woman who lost her husband and trying to raise her triplets alone and find her way. A handsome cowboy in the picture might just change things. I caught myself laughing and other times tears in my eyes. Do you believe in second chances?
I was given a complimentary copy of this book, but was not told that I had to give a positive review. All opinions are my own.
“Maybe getting through this Christmas wasn’t about avoiding the past, but making peace with it.”
As with all of Jill Kemerer’s books I’ve read, this was a sweet love story and healing journey for her characters. It brought both laughter and tears at times, especially when the author unfolded Judd & Nicole’s background stories. Nicole struggles to overcome the loss of her husband & raise her triplet babies alone. She finds the strength of community and a new purpose for her life. Meanwhile Judd opens the cabin at the back of his ranch to the pretty widow and her adorable babes but keeps his heart closed. He fears he’s much too old for marriage, much too serious & set in his ways. Hopeless romantics like myself know that love has its own agenda, though don’t we? Watching the walls fall down around both Nicole and Judd’s heart was wonderful, sweetly perfect, and just in time for Christmas!
Just a side note: I haven’t read any of the other books in the Wyoming Sweethearts series but I don’t feel like I missed anything. With Love Inspired stories, they can be read by themselves. However, I will be scouring out the other books so I can get to know the rest of the side characters I met in this one!
Kemerer brings so many things into play with “The Cowboy’s Christmas Blessing”; faith, love, hope, forgiveness, second chances, healing, the strength of friends & community, and a tender story to stir your heart!

The Cowboy’s Christmas Blessings is Jill Kemerer’s latest Love Inspired story from the Wyoming Sweethearts series. Kemerer always writes such sweet romances and this one is no different. A Christmas setting with a set of cute triplets, a single, widowed mom and a stand-up hero make this a story waiting to be read. Judd Wilson is such an admirable and kind hero and Nicole Taylor is a wonderful match for him. Characters from previous books in this series also appear in the story, but it can be read as a stand-alone.
I definitely recommend this book as a fun, romantic read.
I was given a copy of this book by the author. All opinions stated are my own.
‘He wasn’t going to risk everything with the one woman he couldn’t afford to lose.’
A widowed mother of triplet infants and an older than her rancher. She is mourning her husband who died a year ago and needs her independence. Judd offers her a cabin to live in for free. The town thins they are an item. He thinks he is much too old for her and doesn’t have anything to offer her. Such a gentle , unassuming, and courageous hero Judd is. This was the most precious story. I loved every minute.
*My thanks to the publisher for a copy of this book via Net Galley. The opinion here is my own.
