A little too racy for total enjoyment–really enjoyed the book other than that.
The family builded trust
THE COPPERSMITH FARM HOUSE is a standalone read with a happy ending. A nurse in a small hospital befriends an older man with no family and a rather grumpy attitude. Her heart goes out to him so she makes friends and she becomes his family until he passes. She then discovers he has left her a home in a small town. So she and her child decides to start a new life and they move there.
She has no idea that the local sheriff has been taking care of the farm house for over 20 years and it feels like home to him. The old man was his mentor in high school and they became good friends. He started taking care of the farm house and as the years went by he started remodeling and updating with his own money. He felt sure the house would one day be his since his mentor had no other family.
When he discovers a woman and child are living in the farm house after he returns to town after a business trip his anger is understood by all the town people. Of course, she had no idea why he was so angry with her.
This is a really good read and I definitely recommend it.
I was not paid for this review. I am not a writer nor do I know one. I am not kin to this author. I am a reader and this is my opinion, nothing more, nothing less. 3/2/2021
Great read
This book kept my interest though out. A great rainy day read.
Enjoyed the story of Jess and Gigi’s plight of finding love through difficult circumstances surrounding the farmhouse left to Gigi by an elderly gentleman. The home had been maintained by Jess for over 20 years. As the story continues to unfold it made me think the elderly gentleman was hoping to play matchmaker between the young couple. A sweet story involving kindness, caring for others and a young couple finding each other.
Great story
too steamy
I would very much recommend this book
I could not put this down. Author kept my attention. Went on to read 4 more books and preordered the 5th, Dotted Lines due out March 1st. I can’t wait.
Beautiful book.
Story was very enjoyable, easy to read and very entertaining. I liked the ending of
the story
This was a great read and now almost through with the series! You can not go wrong, read just this one or go on and learn about other characters in the book, great stories, characters and situations…
Great characters and a fast pacing make this a great read.
Good character development
The story was good, the language was not.
Easy to read. Interesting characters and situations.
Jess and Gigi’s story starts off with both having misperceptions of each other. However after running into each other a few times and a little help from a letter left by the farmhouse owner, these two find their way to each other and happily ever after. Great characters, good story and well developed characters.
I absolutely loved this book by an author I have never read before. It was a wonderful romantic story with a little crime drama included.
TERRIBLE!
