Wonderful combination of history and romance. How can you not love all these men and women? No simpering women and the men are all our “knights of our dreams.” All the stories kept me captivated and up too late at knight. I really enjoy the endings as they give a glimpse of the grown children we’ve already come to know.
I’ve read a number of LeVeque’s books and loved them all, but this trilogy was exceptionally good! The three books featured memorable and closely related characters but each one had a unique and thrilling storyline. One story was so exciting I absolutely had to finish it before I could put my Kindle down. LeVeque puts you right in the middle of Medieval action! Highly recommend for entertaining reading!
This is the 2nd time I have read this boxed set, which tells you that it is good. (I have thousands of books to read and to take the time to reread something is a sacrifice of my limited time.) I absolutely enjoyed the 2nd reading as much as the first and I most highly recommend this trilogy.
All of the stories in this collection were great. Good story great characters. Love her Books
I l love all of Katherine Leveque books. I love the romance and
the historical aspects of her books.
This is one book I did not want to end!!
I loved the storyline, characters and journey I was on throughout each page!!
This author has great wit, making you feel each page! I highly recommend! Well done!!
Not what I expected.
Too sad and upsetting to read for pleasure. But she does write well
Easy reading and strong characters
LeVeque never disappoints. Just finishing this series. Wonderful characters. Great passion between the main characters. Women always strong. LeVeque is HIGHLY ADDICTIVE.
Loved the books!
Normally I love this authors books. I have read many many of her books and thoroughly enjoyed them and gave them great reviews. However this one is rather boring nothing like her previous books I’ve read. Normally I cannot put them down. This one I had a hard time finishing especially the last of the three. I highly recommend this author just not this book.
These were sweet, fun and romantic with just enough tragedy. Thank you.
I absolutely loved the characters and story line of this book. Marvelous.
I love this author. I could sit and read her all the time. I had read later books of Kathryn and it was great to know the beginning of the dynasty. I highly recommend any of her books. she is an amazing story teller.
If you like dashing knights with swords and chargers you will love this book of three stories!
It was well written, interesting and full of adventure.
Three wonderful tales of heroic knights finding love in the most unlikely places! Each is a gem!
Le Veque…. I will read and become completely engrossed in everything she writes. She has a way of making you fall in love with her heroes and wish you were her heroines. Tate de Lara, Kenneth St. Hever, and Stephen of Pembury are all that and more in this trilogy. Her ability to put her readers right into medieval history while falling in love with her amazing men and strong women makes every one of her books an incredible adventure.
I put this one down as the romance of book 1 was just too easy considering the total upheaval of the heroine’s life. Her parents and sister die, her home burns to the ground, the keep is under siege and in a few hours she is romping with our hero and happy forgetting all about the total devastation of her life. The hero and heroine start out not liking each other and then whamm O they are in lust. No thanks.
