A beautiful story….
I just love Julianne’s Color of Heaven series, and The Color of Hope was no different. The story of identical twins separated at birth had me hooked from the start. The nice thing about this series is you can start with any book and work your way forward pr backward, or jump around. Secondary characters from one book might star as the hero or …
Another amazing story from Julianne MacLean in The Color of Heaven series. I thoroughly enjoy Julianne’s writing style and her ability to weave a story around any topic. This story captivated me with its changes of pace from a seemingly loving relationship between Diana and her boyfriend, Rick to the insecurity raised by the unexpected …
Excellent! Best book I’ve read in a long time!
This story is about identical twins,Nadia and Diane each adopted into separate families. Diane adopted after birth into a affluent home and Nadia at age 4 years into a home that ended up with loss and poverty. After many years the twins do meet. A very emotional and thought provoking time as each twin faces challenges and conflict. A …
These books remind me of Jodi Picoult. In that, you are presented with something lifelike that you think could never happen and it makes you think. This book was fabulous and while I sensed some of what was going to happen, there was still surprises and a lot of thinking what I would do if it was me in either shoes.
Didn’t want it to end! Love this whole series
A well written story which you will not want to put down. I thought I had the ending figured out half way through but found out I was wrong.
I enjoyed this well written novel. It was heart warming & a different take on family. It gave me insight on how jealousy might hurt even close relationships & how love can make a difference in your life.
Color of hope was mesmerizing a no put me down book as I eagerly wanted to find out what would transpire next. A good read….
This is the second book I’ve read by this author. I was totally entertained and want to read more of her books!
I loved reading this story. I couldn’t tell where it was going and couldn’t wait to find out. It surprised me more than once, which made it all the more intriguing. It was a unique story line and very, very interesting.
The book was good. I read before I go to sleep and found myself reading until midnight. I really enjoyed the story.
It’s one of very short novels in a series of 13 it’s good to read happy things right now as the world is filled with fear.
This is one of the first books I’ve really, really liked in a long time. Just enough heartache and triumph set in beautiful Maine and NYC. I want more by this author.
Somewhat unrealistic story of twins separated by birth which shows how much nurture controls a person’s fate. Shows the redeeming power of family.
This is definitely a book that was an easy enjoyable read.
Nice hopeful meanings
Kept my attention enjoyed reading it
I enjoyed this book. Took me places I never went before. Teaches about doing what is right even without forgiveness.
