Kelli brings her son to the cove for another extended vacation after learning her husband has started another relationship in New Jersey. He’s asked her to consider an open relationship where they stay married, and he can still see and date this other woman.
With their different personalities and in their different states of mind, none of these best friends are prepared for the secret contained within the walls of The Cliffside Inn. They’ve survived tough situations before, but this might be the thing that tears them apart for good…

I felt there were gaps in the plots and sub-plots. Some events didn’t seem to fit, then there were times explanations were given that were superfluous. It was an enjoyable read, anyway.
I enjoyed this book, overall. The friendship these women shared and the real-life problems they encountered rang true. I wanted to find out what happened next. Two suggestions which would have improved the book: Introduce fewer characters at a time; don’t assume everyone has read the previous books. Perhaps include a list and brief description of each character in the foreword. Also, do more careful editing; grammar, punctuation and consistency. First the boy Parker was 8 years old, then he was 9, then he was 8 again; all within the space of a month.
Good story. Girl friends are a total necessity in life. Enjoyed the book, the characters are believable every woman can see a friend or two.
Unfortunately yet another book that has been chopped into multiple volumes instead of one book. It ended in the middle of the story.
I feel like I am one of the friends and have read three of the books so far. Great stories for each and love the way they intertwine with each other.
Five women friends each have own problems.i found it difficult to keep scenarios difficult.
Confusing.
easy read, the characters are likeable, the story is easy to follow.
Wonderful, feel good story
A touching story. Confusing at first until I’d become familiar with all the characters.
Loved this book and the characters in it. To be friends this long and stick by them is wonderful. Can’t wait for more.
Love this book and have gone and downloaded the prequel from her blob site. I have bought the rest of this series. I love the characters and watching the growth and changes through life’s ups and downs.
I started this book, but found that it contained values not consistent with my Christian faith, so I can’t finish reading it and would not recommend it to those I know.
I loved this series! Now patiently waiting for the new release to continue it in March! So hard to put down.
I like reading about women who support each other. This book was a great example of this.
This book is about a group of 5 high school friends and their families. This book focuses on a woman who decides to quit her job and buy an old inn in her hometown. When renovating the inn, she discovers information about the property and her late father.
Such a touching story. I related to all of the women.
Very good book. Enjoyed it tremendously
Very good book at a seaside resort. A place you would love to live and become a part of. Small town life with intrigue and love.
Truly enjoyed reading this book
Disappointing read. An abrupt quasi ending intended to want you to read the next book. It was SLOW in parts. I was tempted to not finish the book. When I finished it I wished I had let it be.
