One Old West Cinderella discovers Prince Charming is a. . . Cowboy? The death of her mother left Philamena Booth grieving and at the mercy of her drunken father. After spending more than a decade held captive on their run-down farm, she’s left speechless and dazed when her father strikes a bargain to settle a long overdue debt. In lieu of payment, a handsome cowboy agrees to take her. Mortified … a handsome cowboy agrees to take her. Mortified yet relieved to leave the farm, Philamena unexpectedly finds herself married to a charismatic, caring man.
Luke Granger might own Hardman’s bank and the fanciest house in this Eastern Oregon town, but he’d much rather be outside riding his horses or wrangling his herd of cattle than keeping his account books straight. In a strange, unsettling turn of events, he finds himself accepting a farmer’s daughter instead of money to cover a loan. If the man hadn’t threatened to sell her to the saloon owner, Luke might have refused. He has no idea what to do with beautiful Filly or their marriage of convenience, but he’s about to get far more than he bargained for.
Full of Victorian and western charm, The Christmas Bargain is a sweet holiday romance filled with the spirit of the season.

Great story. Want to finish series.
Enjoyed it from a man’s perspective.
If you are both reading and listening this book, don’t let the reader / performer cause you to not read this delightful Christmas story. Taking place in a frontier town, the town bank owner takes payment in lieu of a foreclosure. The payment was a marriage age young woman. This is how the fairy tale begins. Adversity brings love and mutual …
Old fashioned characters, loving story, good storyline, and authentic character development made this a great book to read. I loved it!
Beautiful love store
It was a nice clean romance.
I enjoyed it so much that I purchased the next one in the series. I am always looking for Christian romance books and this one was very sweet.
A delightful story with likeable characters
I loved the book! Filly was willing to be a committed wife to serve a man she came to trust, regardless of whether he ever met her desire for deeper love. That is inspiring in this “all-about-me” world.
Very enjoyable book. I didn’t think I would enjoy it so much but it was well written and easy to follow.
I loved the character building and relationships in this book. Overcoming a horrible situation and individuals out to slander and hurt leading to healing. It was lovely done.
It was ok.
I love to picture books in my mind as I read them, and it was easy to do with this book. Hoping that Filly will get to find her mother’s family some day.
It’s a Cinderella story. I loved it!
I enjoyed the book very much. A light, entertaining read. Lovely characters. A delightful holiday read.
The Christmas bargain was a good read. For the most part the characters were realistic, and the ending wasn’t 100% predictable.
