Love the books in this series. I wish more were $1 each
All this series is great.
I have loved this series
Ok not as good as previous books by same author.
The least satifying of the series. Lots of build up and then abruptly ends.
It starts well.
Not up to her usual standards. Very little mystery here and just average situations.
She always is good at characterization and whimsical happenings but this is not really much of a mystery.
Love the cat who books! Easy quick reads that just let you relax.
Subtle humor and cats.
I’ve read The Cat Who … books years ago, and own most of them. This ebook was a re-read for me, so it was like getting reacquainted with my old neighborhood – familiar, friendly characters in a setting I enjoy. This particular story line, however, wasn’t as gripping as most in the series. In fact, parts felt like they were skimmed over, or perhaps Ms. Jackson Braun didn’t devote quite enough time to flesh out some of the scenes and characters as she had with earlier stories. It is still a fun light read for The Cat Who fans.
Love these stories
Ailuro49,
I’ve read all the “50 Shades..” books and truly enjoyed each one. Kept looking for the Mommy Porn and never found it…. I read these after I heard they were taking place in my old hometown, however the descriptions were all wrong! Good enough read anyway and the movie sucked!
I have been a fan of the cat series for years and was very disappointed with this book. There are a number of character and storyline disconnects especially the ending. I felt like the author got bored part way through writing it and just put down anything to finish it. I won’t be buying any future books in this series.
I loved all the Cat Who books I could get my hands on. But I don’t really like books were the animals are portrayed as talking to each other.
I love Lilian Jackson Braun and her “the Cat who…” books
Love all the Car Who books I have read.
The books in this series are fabulous. Have enjoyed them for years
Maybe not quite as interesting as some of the others, but still a good read!
I loved the book especially as the setting reminded me of Michigan’s UP.
