I’ve loved every one of the Cat Who mysteries I’ve picked up. Braun has made her characters relatable, interesting and funny while presenting mysteries that are both mysterious and very real. I recommend as many of the series as you can get your hands on!
Have read her whole cat who series ,loved Koko and Quill
All of her books are aleasy to read and follow, witty, adventerous and will have laugh out loud moments
Another fun Quilleran novel.
I love the Cat Who… series. I have read and listened to all of them, from the beginning. I love cats and these two Siamese felines are the Cat’s meow!!! Their owner is a witty, well-read newspaper reporter who ends up moving North, where he finds a whole new life in a small town, with lots of intrigue, mystery, romance and death! The cats help him figure out “who done it”, in delightful, mischevious and unbelievable ways. With great supporting characters, you won’t be disappointed with any of the books.
5 stars to Lilian Jackson Braun’s The Cat Who Could Read Backwards. The cozy mystery is a major fan favorite, but who would think it could rate a full 5 stars! To me, I only compare books for ratings in their own genre, so among cozies, I think this is a top notch read.
I am very intrigued with this series. I loved the introduction of the cat. And the city backdrop was very fun. I was surprised to see the author had a 20 year span between the first few books and the remainder of the series, but I ultimately liked the jump to Moose County in the future. I almost adopted a Siamese cat due to these books!
Loved all the Cat Who series.
