Can Landon and Megan use prayer and faith to find their happily ever after?Landon Edmunds has been a cowboy since birth, even winning in the rodeo for several years before an injury ended his career. He returned to his hometown of Gold Valley, where he works at Horseshoe Home Ranch as a cowhand, but now he’s looking for something of his own. He’s thinking of buying a horse ranch and training … horse ranch and training horses for the rodeo, but when an old high school friend returns to Gold Valley, he turns to construction instead.
The preacher’s daughter, Megan Palmer needs a helping (cow)hand to get her father’s church in good repair so he can retire. Megan and Landon work well together, and as sparks fly, she’s sure God brought her back to Gold Valley so she could find her happily ever after–if only Landon wasn’t looking to leave town.
Through serious discussion and prayer, can Landon and Megan find their future together?

Just love this author. Always writes a good story.
I liked getting back to Horseshoe Ranch and some familiar characters. A lot went on in this book and I really enjoyed getting to know these people and watch them work through their pasts. I’m excited to read more!
I received a free copy of this book. I loved watching Landon and Megan grow through out the book. This clean romance was so fun to read.
I liked the way that they had to trust their faith; and even though she had been in love with him for a long time she still couldn’t figure it out. Loved the book and would recommend it to everyone.
This is a sweet, clean, christian romance. Megan is the local minister’s daughter. She has come back home to lick her wounds from a failed romance. While she does this, she helps her Dad get ready to retire and to fix up the church. Landon has also had a bad experience in the romance department. He is working on a ranch in his home town. The two are attracted to each other, but each is scared. The story is sweet and has a HEA. I did tire of Megan’s waffling on her feelings about Landon. He was ready to commit and even made the first overture, but she kept hesitating. The writing style is easy to read and the story moved along at a nice pace. The story kept me entertained and turning the pages.
Helps you see that you never know what plans God may have for you and sometimes you have to wait for His timing
love all of her books i have read so far. great writer
The characters are strong individuals, put together dynamic. An entertaining, fast read!
Excellent Author!!!
A book to read with all the fun you would like.
“Through the Mist” was very well written, and after the second book of this series- very refreshing! I absolutely loved everything about this novel. I loved the characters, the story-line, and the way everything was presented. I was very pleased with how the novel turned away from the way “After the Fall” was written and back to the typical writing style of Ms. Isaacson.
The story of Belle’s brother Landon leads us back to Gold Valley, and to the pastor’s daughter who just moved back into town to spruce up the church. Neither Megan nor Landon was looking for a relationship, and definitely not looking for love, but that doesn’t stop Belle and Jace from pushing them in that direction. With both of these two looking for something different, something to complete them, maybe they are what each other is looking for!
I would just like to say that there are over 6 books in this series (so far), and I am not normally a fan of series that run this long (unless they really hold your attention); however, Mrs. Isaacson grabs your attention with the multiple characters throughout the many novels and manages to keep them all tied together without having to repeat herself a multitude of times throughout each story. Wonderful job, if you enjoy one, you will enjoy all of them.
I liked the dialogue between the characters it was totally real,as was the interaction between them, easy to get into and entertaining ,all through well written
