Excellent and keeps you guessing right up til the rather shocking conclusion.
Interesting read.
Suspensful
I read 2-3 books a week and I really liked this one. As a matter of fact, I just finished this last week, and have already read another by this writer. I plan on reading all of her books. I have worked in psychology and enjoyed this psychological thriller.
The main character is in a terrible predicament. The mysterious events eventually come to a head. It was okay, overall.
You feel so sorry for the leading lady in this novel. Her life seems to go from bad to worse. What an awful mother. There is a surprise ending.
A very timely topic, caregivers’ hardships with a twist
Delightfully creepy.
Kept my interest all the way through! Characters were good and the story was Great!
Story took an unexpected twist. Smart writing had me guessing.
The plot was original and it was a page-turner. I read quite a few British novels and I’m pretty sure the grammar was often a bit wanky, but it’s still a good read.
Couldn’t quit reading!
Outstanding. had many twists and turns
Good for light reading. A little predictable.
This is the first book by this author that I’ve read. I enjoyed it. There were parts of it that dragged a little and the characters didn’t act believably all the time. I didn’t see the end coming so that was good. I’d recommend. I listened to the audio book and thought that it was very well narrated.
unexpected twists and turns!
Interesting. Good read.
Hard to put down..Hope that there is a sequel as I felt the story was not finished.
Even though I know there are moms like this- it hurts me to see their narcissistic plots carried out against the most vulnerable – children
