The only book you need to make bread
As I love the art of making bread, I read this straight through! I’ve made several loaves of bread right out of the gate and they were so easy to make and tasted wonderful with a beautiful soft crumb and golden crust! This has to be one of my favorite bread making books!

I love Rose’s books, she is so clear in her instructions, I never have a problem following her directions and bread, cakes, etc come out amazingly perfect. My daughter had given me the Hardcover version some years ago, I still have it but when I found the Kindle version I had to get it, if I travel I have it with me.
