Forged masterpieces. Hidden messages. A desperate swan song. When world-renowned nonverbal communication expert Doctor Genevieve Lenard wakes up in an unknown location, drugged and kidnapped, it pushes the limits of her autism coping skills. For the last year, Russian philanthropist and psychopath Tomasz Kubanov has been studying Genevieve just as she and her team have been studying him. Now forged … been studying him. Now forged paintings and mysterious murders are surfacing around her team, with evidence pointing to one of them as the killer.
Genevieve knows Kubanov is behind these senseless acts of violence. What she doesn’t understand are the inconsistencies between his actions and the cryptic messages he sends. Something has triggered his unpredictable behaviour, something that might result in many more deaths, including those she cares for.
Because this time, Kubanov has nothing to lose.

I love the fact that the main character is not a cookie cutter personality. The different traits of Genievive are well presented and how they help and hinder.
very different kind of mystery — engaging due to scientific aspects
I love this series by Estelle Ryan. Once started, I can’t stop reading.
Enjoyed. I have never read a story that involved autism. It was quite fascinating and a learning experince. I would recommend.
Interesting autistic heroine but a little light
Who creates a main character with autism who becomes so fascinating!
The author does a superb job of developing the characters while having a unique central figure who is a high functioning autistic non-verbal communications specialist. Truly enjoyed it!
Love the heroine and the motley crew working with her!! A great read!
This is my 3rd Genevieve Lenard novel … all are quite compelling with fascinating cast of characters. Looking forward to #4 in the series …
Very interesting and engaging. Good character development.
I love the story and the main character. I have read others in the series, as well. The characters are real and flawed.
Good read
This was a fun book that gives a small glimpse into the world of art forgery and elite insurers with a good premise. I also read another in the series & liked it too.
Excellent series
enjoyed this book in this continuing story. Characters keep evolving. An Interesting new character has been introduced.
I love the main character. She is autistic, but works at being somewhat normal.
She is loved for who she is. All the characters are wonderful and intelligent. Very
real situations. Love the twists & turns. Read all of this series!
Not up to the earlier books in the series love the characters but not this time
Very interesting characters. The plot line kept you interested.
Implasible and repititious. Tenuous thread claiming heroine with severe autism is part of a gang who solves art thefts. Tiresome and annoying.
The best series I’ve read in decades – perhaps ever!
