London Prep–where the boys are as cute as their accents. It’s only my second week at Kensington School, and things are getting complicated.I thought my relationship with Harry was finished, but he came over late one night, apologized, and asked me to be his girlfriend. I swooned right there, in the middle of the street.
And we are definitely back together.
He calls me babe, brings me flowers, …
He calls me babe, brings me flowers, and is planning our first official date.
Our relationship is growing, and I’m starting to want him in ways I never expected.
I’m falling for him.
But then there’s Noah.
I live in his house and share a bathroom with him, and we’ve had a few intense moments.
But nothing compared to him sauntering into the room, declaring that I want him and that, at some point, he’s going to give in to me.
I know!
The nerve.
I’m not sure how I’m going to tell him that I’m dating his best friend again.
Or how I’m going to keep my eyes off his shirtless chest.
With tensions running high between Noah and me, Harry’s ongoing family issues, my new friendship with Naomi, and Mohammad’s party-planning skills, things are getting crazy.

I am so happy after reading this…. even though that cliffhanger has me going crazy.
I just love first loves and young romance and that’s what this story is. It’s about growing into an adult and making your own choices. These booooooyyyyssssss. I wish I had some of these when I was a teenager. All that flirting and subtle looks and touches that make me feel all warm inside when I’m reading. There is so much care given to developing the relationships between the characters and even though Mallory has only known them a short time, I can believe that she has genuine friendships with the boys. My mind is splintering with all of the possibilities of how this story will end and I just can’t wait to get that book into my hands.
I love reading how mallory’s relationships grow while in London and how she changes as a person. It a very fresh teenage perspective to care less about status and more about true relationships. I love all of Jillian’s series but London prep is definitely becoming my one of favorites fast.
I say that I can’t handle too much angst, but here I am devouring this YA/NA angst fest. I stayed up super late reading, and I would have finished it all in one sitting if my traitorous body didn’t demand that I sleep.
I loved the continuation of this story. The triangle between Mallory, Harry, and Noah is wound tighter than ever. There are so many misunderstood and undiscovered feelings happening. All three of them think they know what they want and I have inkling of a feeling that they have no idea.
I am still a solid team Noah, and once you read books one and two, I think you’ll understand why. I’m looking forward to the third book, which I kind of hope is the last one. Not because I don’t enjoy the story, but I think stretching this story out any further would start making it redundant and I’d start losing interest. I’m ready for some resolution. I’m ready for decisions to be made. I’m ready for Mal to realize where her true feelings lie. If this series continues beyond three books, I think it needs to focus on other characters. Maybe about Mohammad and his strange mating and dating rituals and the girl who finally makes him want to settle down a bit.
If you enjoy angsty, dramatic, YA romances — I highly recommend. You’ll get all the drama and page turning angst you can handle. All laced with the sweet feelings of first loves and new experiences.
London Prep: Book Two was a great read by Jillian Dodd. This book follows Mallory’s second week as an exchange student at a London Prep School. Mallory thought that her relationship was over until he came over and apologized. They are now back together and things seem to be going great but there’s Noah. She lives with him while in London, and they’ve shared a few intense moments. He doesn’t know that Harry and Mallory are back together, which complicates things. I really enjoyed this book and can’t wait to read more by Jillian Dodd.
Geez… I’m so torn over this book. I love the relationship that Mal and Harry have but, the connection for me lies with Mal and Noah.
So needless to say, this book has me all kind of messed up. I really, really want there to be more between Noah and Mallory however, the thought of Harry being hurt – again – tears me up. Obviously, I NEED the next book!
3-1/2 stars!!
This book was so frustrating to me, I just wanted to scream every time she picked Harry over Noah. I love Noah!! They are perfect together, they fit together like two perfect puzzle pieces. Mohammed is crazy & I still love him. I really like that Mallory is making friends with Naomi, even though I don’t trust Olivia at all. I just want to know what’s going to happen next haha I don’t feel patient about waiting to find out at all!
Stephannie’s 5 Star Review:
London Prep 2 is a amazing book. But really anything Jillian Dodd’s writes always gives me the feels. I am invested in the character’s story and I can’t get enough of these characters. I need more of this series. I can’t wait for more.
Mallory only been in London for a long time but it feels like where she should be. I don’t know what will will happen when she has to go home but I am going to enjoy the ride. Mallory is an amazing character who has different type of relationship of each of the main guys. I love this series and I just get so excited talking or thinking about this series. It is a must read. Jillian Dodd
I was waiting on pins and needles for the release of the 2nd book in this series, so when I got my hands on it I devoured it in two days! The angst!! Oh my god the angst!! That’s all I’m going to say. You really need to experience it yourself.
Even though I’ve long outgrown this age demographic, I love how I can still “see” things through these character’s eyes. Is it a bit outrageous? Yes. Is it the ultimate high school dream? Yes. Would this happen to me in real life? Hell no! But isn’t that was fiction is all about? To allow us to live in an alternate reality of only for a few short hours? This I feel is one of Jillian Dodd’s greatest strengths.
London Prep 2 is such a fun continuation in this new line of stories and I am eagerly anticipating book #3. If you’re looking for something fun and fresh, I high recommend this new series.
It’s week 2 of Mallory’s foreign exchange at Kensington School. The characters in this series have so much personality and depth. It’s evident Jillian put a lot of thought into creating these personalities. The love triangle book 1 has drastically intensified. I don’t typically enjoy reading love triangles, however- book 1 I couldn’t get enough. Book 2 really turned up the heat. At this point I’m ready for Mallory to make up her mind (#teamNoah) so we can read about their relationship. This series is giving me Gossip Girl vibes, would love to see this on my television screen some day!
This book took the story to a new level! The characters connections are continuing to grow and draw you into their world. Noah breaks my heart while making you root for him. These are fun loving characters dealing with the reality of love and life in high school. I am in love and cannot wait for that final book.
I started this book and finished it the same day. It’s a story that you just can’t put down. I love Mallory and the guys and really hope there is some way she can stay in London. We get to finally see a softer side to Harry and also Noah’s true feelings are finally revealed and it was amazing and heartbreaking all at the same time.
Another fabulous book by Jillian. I love the writing, characters and storyline. Really enjoyed reading this book. Loved every second.
After reading the first book in the London Prep series I couldn’t wait for book two. Jillian Dodd has pulled me into this world and I want more. I am loving all the drama and hot boys.
I can’t imagine being so fat from home at Mallory’s age, she handles it like a champ. She fits into her new world so well and has a great host family I would love to stay with. I cannot wait for book three after the ending of book two. I am addicted to the London Prep series, this is a must read!
When I started this book I was so excited because we got left in a cliff hanger! Of course Jillian didn’t disappoint picking up right where we left off and how she manages every time to make me fall for two different men and who would be better makes me laugh every time. I’m Team Noah right now but what will I be come the third book who knows. Another great read by Jillian and of course I’m itching for the third book.
I NEED more Jillian. That ending was… No spoilers but it is worth the wait. I’m excited to see what happens with everyone in book 3. Can I go ahead and ask for more than three books in this series? I think I am still Team Noah but Harry has his moments. And so does Mohammad My high school experience (10+ years ago) was never like this. Mallory is completely opposite of me. I would have been even more introverted if I had done a foreign exchange program.
I gave this a 4 out of 5 stars because I finished the Spy Girl series the night before I started this book. I was in a book hangover and now I’ve (more so Jillian) have made it worse. I have no idea what (or if I want to) read next.
What a confusing time for a teen!
So this is a YA/NA exchange student love triangle that just keeps getting more complicated as the weeks go by. It’s hard to believe she’s only in London for 3 weeks time.
You will surely be picking teams – either Team Harry or Team Noah – or waffling between the two. There definitely seems to be a tug in one direction.
This book has good characters, good drama, and will hold your interest.
I voluntarily requested and read an advance reader copy!
The second week Mallory is in london, She is falling for Harry but she also wants to be with Noah. Mallory, Noah and Harry are all in a love triangle but your just going to have to read the book 1 and book 2 to find out what happens. I can’t wait to find out what happens in her third week there in london.
After reaching the end of Book One I couldn’t wait to find out what was going to happen next! I had to pick up book two right after I finished the first and get right back into this world! I enjoyed it!
Mallory’s journey continues! I wasn’t sure what all was going to happen next with these characters. Once again, I really liked how they made me feel so many different things throughout.
Ms.Dodd has created another great read! I can’t wait for Book Three to be released!
*I volunteered to read and review a copy of this book from Wildfire Marketing Solutions / the author*
This book picks up right where book one left off and now I need the next one! Mallory is enjoying her time in London so much more then she thought but the only problem is in her her first few days there she’s now in a confusing triangle with Noah and Harry. Can’t wait to see what happens next with these three. I have my pick so I’m curious to see what happens with Mallory

I received and advanced copy of Jillian’s second book in her new YA series, London Prep. I read book 1 a month or so ago and loved it.
The series follows a young Mallory on her adventure in a student exchange in London. This is a HUGE change for Mallory coming from NYC. Book 1 is centered around her first week in London with her host family.
Book 2, as you can probably guess is based on her second week abroad. I really enjoy reading about these characters and all of their crazy adventures. Of course, it’s not all fun and games. There are love triangles, arguments, rivalries, etc.
Jillian, as always, did a wonderful job with this series. She has given all of the characters such wonderful depth and makes it seem as if we know them personally. She did a wonderful job mixing emotion, as well as humor, and of course some teenage angst. And we can’t forget, just like book 1, she leaves us with another cliff hanger! Jillian Dodd, I need more information! You can’t leave me hanging like that! Lol.
If you love YA, or just some cute London boys, I highly recommend this series! Just like every other book of Jillian’s that I’ve read, I thoroughly enjoyed this one, and can’t wait for book 3!
Now, for the QOTD:
If you’ve read London Prep, are you team Harry, Noah, or Mohammad?
AOTD: I’m 100% team Noah. Anyone who isn’t is crazy. (Unless you’re team Mohammad, then I forgive you. Lol.)
