This is the first time in reading this author with a marvelous cover. This had a high level of suspense with the drama that these characters get involved especially Gabriel. Then tragedy strikes and puts this on a track that keeps the reader on the edge. Logan is the one that pulls you into this one while he gets the answers we want right along with him. This gets you racing and your blood flowing that when you get to the end of this you wonder will there be more like this one.
Logan has had a tough life. Abandoned as a baby, he went through the foster system for years. Eventually he just ran away. He lived in the streets for a couple of years. He stole stuff and broke into cars. Then one day a man rescued him. The man brought him to a place where Logan could be the hero. The boys club, a place to go to when you need something to happen that may not be legal. Sara unfortunately has a dad who is a bad man. She doesn’t know how bad he is though. Logan must save her from him while dealing with consequences of crossing such a evil man. On the run, can Logan save Sara or will this ended up in the death of both of them.
A really captivating story that I really enjoyed form the start to finish. I found that I really enjoyed this storyline because I haven’t read anything like ti before, making it that much more enjoyable because I did not know what to expect. the author did a fantastic job with this story and I cannot wait to read more from this author.
Most enjoyable reading! It got me hooked and I had to read the book in one go. There so many plots, betrayal, revenge, a little bit of love (they are human beings after all….) all mixed and dosed in the right amount to keep one´s attention to discover how the story ends. Sometimes laws and boundaries have to be pushed to make things right! Highly recommended reading!
I received a copy of this book from the author in exchange for an honest review.
I couldn’t put this book down! This action packed suspenseful book kept me on the edge of my seat until the very last page.
This was a great book with a very intriguing
plot. It starts off a little slow paced but picks up once the real action begins. Logan has not had the easiest life and has a very dark, mysterious life that draws you in quickly. You fall in love with his heroism and thoughtfulness. Sara does not have much say in her life and isn’t who she’s portraying as much as she’s trying to be. Sara is a bit naive but given her situation it fits and makes her very relatable. Logan and Sara have great chemistry and can’t resist the tension between them. They are precedent for each other and are very similar in more ways than not. All the characters were well developed and well written. I wish there was more of Sara and Mary’s friendship, I really enjoyed them and how they worried about each other. I did find the ending a little predictable but I still enjoyed it. Overall this was a great read and look forward to reading more from this author.
I was hooked from the start of the book. As a young juvenile delinquent Gabe Logan lives on the streets until he’s recruited into the boys club. There was a lot of violence and suspense sex and violence but the characters are engaging from beginning to end.
The author gives you a highly entertaining read that hooks you from the first page until the last. It is packed with action adventure, suspense, betrayal, double-dealing, mystery and twists and turns you won’t see coming. I believe in rules and law but I also believe, sometimes you need to push that line and go outside the box to find justice. The author gives you such thrilling read of danger, justices with an organization led by a former FBI agent who push the lines. They get the job done when others have to stay inside the lines. Logan has his own goals in life, he will find and kill the man who killed his wife. Logan’s mission is to save Sara, her life isn’t going very well, if her father isn’t controlling her than her soon to be husband is. I thought I forgot to say her father is the man he wants to take out and the man Sarah is the most in danger with.
Sarah doesn’t know it but today is her lucky day as Logan puts his plan into action and kidnaps her. He must convince her he is the good guy and make her trust him. I loved the romance, the characters, it really is exciting and thrilling ride, you have a little bit of everything The author gives vivid details that pulls you leaving you hanging on the edge, turning the pages having to know what is going to happen next. Lord what a ride and I loved every minute of it. I was so invested I read it at one setting and didn’t want it to end.
The Boys Club by Angie Martin is an adrenaline filled rollercoaster ride full of suspense, betrayal, and romance. From first page to last Martin entices the reader with enough twists and turns to keep everyone on the edge of their seat. You’re never really sure who the bad guy is and when you find out it will tear your heart out. The character development is phenomenal and you will connect with Logan and Sara and feel every terror and joy they go through. This is the first book of Martin’s I have read but it won’t be the last.
Suspense and thrilling! This fast paced book had my heart racing and blood pumping the whole way through. I thoroughly enjoyed the characters and their chemistry. I loved the high stakes and the danger!
A must read thriller for romantic suspense lovers!
Gabriel had a rough life growing up but then a man comes in and helps him join The Boys Club. This is a group of people that an handle things on the outside of the law. He is determined to take down Langston, he is an incredibly bad man that hurt him bad . In the process he has to save the man’s daughter Sara. She knows her dad is awful, but not just how awful.
This was very suspenseful, very thrilling. Definitely some blood and gore. Be read to sit on the edge of your seat waiting to see what happens.

Rated R for Violence
This is not the type of book I generally read. Blood, gore and violence at this level gives me nightmares. This is a tension filled story that would make a great action movie. The story moves quickly and is put together well. If you like this genre, you’ll love this book. I received this book for free and voluntarily chose to post my honest review.
I really got hooked with this book. Loved that it was a lot of suspense & not sex all in the Book! It’s well written & will keep you vet entertained. I’m giving it 4 stars bc of the ending. As great as the book is, it felt rushed to me & was missing something.
Other than the ending, this book was AWESOME!!
Logan meets Jim Schaffer, a former special agent when he gets him out of jail to create a team that does what others don’t want to do.
Years later when on a job, Logan is caught, although he’s team finds him he still can’t wonder about what one of the men said about him not being allowed to be hurt and wonders if they have a leak in The Boys Club.
Surprised when a job shows up quickly that involves Hugh Langston, who was involved in the murder of his wife, the job involves kidnapping his daughter who he has put a hit on for finding some information she shouldn’t have.
After kidnapping Sara, Logan earns her trust and they begin hiding till they can safely get Sara to the FBI agents, all the while Logan is worried about the leak they have.
While Logan and Sara are on the run a romance sparks between the two of them although with everything going on they know it can go no-where.
Your kept intrigued, with Sara’s father and her fiancé and the leak on the team and when you think you’ve worked it out there is something else put in to keep you involved in the story.
