Dear Santa,Please bring me a new boss for Christmas. Mine is the worst. The worst, hidden in a six foot tall package of male perfection. It’d be easier if he looked like an old Scrooge, wouldn’t it? Nick Saint-Croix doesn’t look like an old scrooge. He’s hot as-Um, never mind. Just bring me a new boss. Please. Sincerely,Holly WinterWarning: Reindeer Falls is more naughty than nice. They’re …

Holly Winter works in Reindeer Falls. She might be a little bit of a Christmas fan. This story is a great way to get in the mood for Christmas. Everything about this book is Christmas themed. I just loved it. I am now itching to get my Christmas decorations out and up!!
This book is the perfect grouchy boss perky employee love story
The perfect steamy, Christmas read!
This was so fun and full of sweet Christmas spirit! Holly is the Christmas enthusiast you want to be around during the holidays and there is so much more to Nick under that stoic, grumpiness!
This is perfect for readers who want a festive Christmas theme and steamy scenes.
I love holiday novellas so when I saw Jana Aston was releasing a set, I knew I had to read it. The Boss Who Stole
Christmas did not disappoint! I love a good workplace romance and this was fantastic. I loved Holly and Nick and thought it was the perfect first book in the series.
This is such a cute story, and the author fills it with tons of adorable and natural humor. Right away I was drawn in my the way Holly, the main character, has such a bitchy attitude toward her “Grinch” boss. It becomes quickly apparent that she’s filled with tension because she’s attracted to him, and he’s subtly flirting with her in ways she’s too blind to see.
My only complaint at all about this story was that I felt we got more character development for her sisters than we did for Nick (the love interest). I mean, yeah he’s quiet, subtle, focused, and super patient with her ridiculousness (which essentially goes back to more of him being quiet, subtle and focused). Normally, Nick’s sort of flat feeling would’ve taken it down to a four star for me, but the sexy advent calendar earned it back 🙂
Definitely worth a read, and I may try reading the others in the series since this book contains the setup for her baking sister and the tv baking personality which is apparently in the next book.
It was little bit like a really steamy Hallmark Christmas movie
This was one hot story that got me in the mood for Christmas. Don’t let the size fool you of this book because it is still one hell of a story despite it being super short. I did not want the story to end. The Boss Who Stole Christmas has everything that I like in a romance an alpha male, sassy heroine, and lots of steamy moments. It was beautiful and made me smile a bunch while reading it. This is a new guilty pleasure read of mine and the first thing that I read by Jana Aston. I will for sure be checking out her other books after reading and liking this one so much. Honestly, probably one of my favorite Christmas themed romance stories that I have read so far.
Grumpy Grinch boss is making Christmas-loving Holly’s life a hell of early deadlines and pent-up sexual frustration. But when he demands she accompany him on a business trip to Nuremberg, Germany, home of Christmas Markets and the inspiration of Holly’s hometown of Reindeer Falls, Mi, his heart grows three times bigger. The Hating Game, but Christmas. Perfection!
Holly Winter loves her job at the Flying Reindeer Toy Company. The only problem is her extremely hot grinch of a boss, who loves to push her buttons.
“Kissing Nick is like finding out that Santa is coming twice this year. And he’s bringing things you didn’t even think about putting on your list.”
I really enjoyed this Christmas novella. I loved the other two books in this series so I figured it was time to read the first book. Holly was such a fun heroine. While I am not a Christmas fanatic, I quite enjoyed her enthusiasm for the holiday. Her homemade advent calendars were hilarious and it made me want to try and make my own.
Nick and Holly’s relationship was filled with intense looks and a lot of denial. Holly thinks he doesn’t like her but Nick has wanted her from the beginning. Their enemies to lovers office romance was fun and just what I was looking for.
This was a cute quick holiday novella! I am excited to read about the other sisters. I love a good office romance and this was super adorable. I love when he’s smitten at first sight!
This was a super cute story!! It’s about three sisters that live in a little town called Reindeer Falls in Michigan. This first book is about Holly and her Grinch of a boss Nick. He’s a thorn in her side and that just won’t do at all. She works for the toy company and is designing a project that will be a nice addition to Reindeer Falls and knows that Nick has a business trip coming up which will be a week of glorious days without his presence and she’s delighted and overjoyed he will be away. Unfortunately her plans for those days don’t go quite as planned during a morning meeting things head south for poor Holly.
Overall I absolutely adored this story it was a wonderful story that had me turning the pages to see what would happen for the heroine and the Grinch. It was the perfect read to make you smile and laugh. It was my first by the author and I enjoyed it greatly can’t wait to check out the next adventure in Reindeer Falls!!
Fun and steamy holiday read.
The description of this book doesn’t do it justice. This is a wonderful read.
Shorter book. First time reading anything by Jana Aston and i am hooked! Can’t wait to keep reading through her books!
A great short read at Christmas!
The Boss Who Stole Christmas is a cute Christmas story with a lot of Christmas metaphors (any time the author could replace an everyday word with one Christmas themed, she did). The story is a fun mini office romance and it was nice to hear about the Christmas market in Germany. I liked the town of Raindeer Falls and it’s many themed stores and can certainly see many stories being set in the place.
There was way too much internal dialogue with the main character (Holly) for me to enjoy this story fully. She rambles on and on and if I’m being honest is either too much of an airhead or too immature. I didn’t really care for her. Also for me this story lacked the author’s brilliant humor and pull. Still glad I read it and definitely a great read during the holiday season.
Oh what fun! This book is everything a holiday romance should be: light & fun, sweet & sexy with loads of Christmas cheer.
I so enjoyed Nick and Holly! This was a fun quick read.
Holly calls him the Grinch. But man is he easy on the eyes.
Nick is Holly’s boss. When he tells her that they are going in a business trip to Germany she can’t get out of it.
The sparks that fly! This was a sexy Christmas romance. And I can’t wait to read the next ones!
#KUread
The Boss Who Stole Christmas (Reindeer Falls #1) by Jana Aston is a contemporary, holiday, workplace, rom-com novella told in first person, single POV.
When Holly’s grinchy boss, Nick, schedules her to go on a business trip with him around the holidays, she does everything she can think of to get out of it, to no avail. She’s not thrilled about being forced to spend time with him outside of the office, because she can’t stand him and it irritates her that she can’t help feeling attracted to him. But Holly sees another side of Nick on their trip. Maybe she’s been wrong about him all along.
This story was so much fun! It was punny, steamy, hilarious, and naughty in the nicest way. It is the first book I’ve read by the author, and definitely not my last. A quick, enjoyable read. Highly recommended.
Damn Nick and Holly make you laugh and swoon…

Completely Charmed!
I was completely charmed by Christmas in both northern Michigan and Nuremberg, Germany! Reindeer Falls is a magical wonderland, but the Christmas Market in Nuremberg was amazing! And watching Holly and Nick snarl their way through a business trip was so much fun!
