Harkness brings the circle to an end in The Book of Life. Mixing in the world that was when they lived in the past with the world they left, with a few changes, gives you a little pause when you’re reading, but it adds to the fun.
Cozy readers will love the community being back together as well as the new additions to the life. And she gives us hope for a new book at the end.
Read the trilogy. I became so invested in the characters that I could not put the books down. Fans of Anne Rice or Stephanie Meyer will not be disappointed. Read all 3 books in 1.5 weeks. Didn’t want the story to end.
I have waited for this book to come out. I feared I would have to reread the first 2 books, but did not. All the characters came back to me, and there are many characters. I could not wait for my lunch hour everyday at work so I could read this book.
5 Stars. Amazing ending to an amazing trilogy.
A fabulous conclusion to the trilogy with a few surprises thrown in. I love this couple.
Loved the books and enjoy the television series.
Great storytelling and love story!
Book 3 of The All Souls Trilogy:
She’s a witch, he’s a vampire… Their species don’t mix, they in fact hate eachother, so what could go wrong if they fell in love and got married? A lot! They’re also searching for an old manuscript that everybody wants. It’s magic and mystery and time- traveling. Dare I call it an adult romantic Harry Potter ?
I loved it!
Enjoy this series and can’t wait for more
Great trilogy. Every book was a winner. Loved all the supernatural characters : witches, vampires, etc. It is a series I could easily read again and again and again.
I read this book and the two companion ones when a friend recommended them.
Loved them and couldn’t put them down.
I love all the books in this series. The characters stay with you after you have read them. I wish there was another book.
I absolutely loved this book and the others in the series!
Loved this book. Made me want to read the rest of the series.
A wonderfully written book with a great range of characters. A lot of series fall flat in their final publication but this final book wraps the story up so that there are no loose threads hanging. If you love science and you love magic you need to read this book.
Fantastic book, fantastic series. Original, creative, and what I like to refer to as “smart books” because it’s obvious it was written by someone who is intelligent, not just someone pretending. Well-researched as well.
i loved this trilogy
All the words above and more,GREAT!
Deborah Harkness made witches and vampires seem possible. I couldn’t wait for books 2 and 3 in the series.
The third book of this trilogy and it was everything you want it to be. The love story, the events that unfold, the secrets that are told, and the ending is just a nice cherry on top. Such a great story all around. You will enjoy
