Far-fetched supernatural plot; I quit a third of the way in.
Good, interesting; different book
For me, at this time, I had to read it in bits, it was very realistic
I wasn’t crazy about this book. I enjoyed it in the beginning. It was very easy to get.into but it went downhill from there for me. It was much too.violent and I didn’t care for the vodoo scenarios. I wouldn’t recommend it.
Little slow through the first two thirds of the book, lots of repetitive self-doubt with no resolution. Then a flurry of action during the final chapters. Ok for a Saturday afternoon read.
Predictable but kept me interested til the end.
Predictable.
I HATED THIS BOOK, BUT I COULD NOT PUT IT DOWN!
Okay for an evenings mikdly entertaining read
It’s not that good – a bit too dramatic
Not a bad book, just not quite my thing…hence the 3 stars.
I skipped a lot of this book just to get it over with.
