Enjoyed this story as I too am an animal lover. It is hard to walk away from being involved in the tending of animals needing on-going help. It is easy to become too involved.
I found it realistic that the animals had a close relationship with the woman.
Very healing for her and then affected her family positively too.
when you care about 4 legged animals that can not judge how they live, and a two legged one that lives how he chooses, it isn’t difficult to have a caring heart. The book hit home pretty much
i thoroughly enjoyed this book!
Loved this book, couldn’t put it down
Fair but not great.
Wonderful story. Sometime s you find a book that you wish would never end. This is one of those.
Beautifully written, heartwarming story.
Fun read
Great love of animals, but very confusing love story
This author shows a good compassion for horses and animals, and has done her homework to write an entertaining book
There was everything to like about this book for me. The main character handles her life and a painful loss well, aided by the rescued animals she cares for. She is a vet, well respected in a community of other interesting characters. I don’t think most readers would be disappointed in this book.
What a wonderful book. I wish it could have gone into many more chapters. A must read if you love animals at all and if not you will learn to love them by reading this book.
