Another Valentina, the matchmaker, story. Mark is busy and not looking for a girlfriend. But when Valentina is suggesting someone and arranges a date, he agrees to go, pushed also by his best friend. The surprise is huge, when he recognises his best friend’s sister Sabrina. They have a good time together and want to find out if there is more to the spark both felt.
Nothing new or exciting in the story, but entertaining and fun to read.

This story is about old family friends. They where friends when they where younger not feeling like something would ever come but friendship. A matchmaker/fairy god mother sees something more there and matches the 2 up not knowing that they are long lost friends for a better word.

It all starts with a matchmaker – extraordinaire, of course! Valentina Del Torre’s past “matched” couples are adorable and show up in the story. Valentina meets Mark Sloan, owner of Cali Kitchen and ten other “successful” restaurants, at a party. He is a People Magazine Top 100 Eligible bachelor and she gets “a feeling” about him and decides that she has a match he needs to meet.
She matches him with an up and coming Broadway actress, stage name: Celeste Russel, but her real name is Sabrina Ogilvey. Valentina doesn’t realize that Celeste is her stage name so that is what she tells Mark his date’s first name is. Comedy of errors leads to these two meeting…but they have known each other since they were young. Mark is friends with Sabrina’s brother David, and Mark and Sabrina have a good laugh.
This is a sweet romance, as the cover states, so the story is about how – or if they should – navigate their growing feelings for one another. It was a bit predictable for me but it was an enjoyable story. Mark is in his own head a bit much and Sabrina sometimes overthinks what is happening. But I enjoyed and would recommend for a quick read (at least it was for me).
I enjoyed this story of Valentina working her magic again to match another couple. She doesn’t realize her job is easier as these 2 already know each other but have lost contact. It’s fun to see how their relationship develops this second time around. Very well done book.

Valentina has worked her Matchmaking magic again, but who would have known this time the couple has known each other since they were kids.
Mark has spent his life building his career, Sabrina has be striving to make it to Broadway. Once they take the time to let other things and people in their life, their hearts open up.
I love Mark and Sabrina. They are both strong, determined, and caring characters. The journey they take to open their eyes and their hearts is so amazing and heart warming that once you start you won’t be able to put down the book.

This was a great story and very entertaining. This is another story with Valentina who is the billionaire matchmaker and she is always keeping an eye out for good matches to make. The characters are wonderful to read about and the story are so well put together. This was hard to put down and this is a great clean read.
Ms. Marlowe brings us another beautiful story, with the help of our favorite matchmaker, Valentina. Mark is set up with Celeste on a blind date who actually turns out to be his childhood friend, Sabrina. They discover that they have a real connection, but then there are some misunderstandings on both ends. The story shows how relationships aren’t always easy and how it’s really important to have good communication to avoid misunderstandings. This was such a charming and sweet story – I really enjoyed it and was sad to see it end! A great read that I strongly recommend!!

Unbeknown to the matchmaker, Valentina has matched the successful billionaire restauranteur, Mark with the upcoming actress stage name Celeste, real name Sabrina. The cute part and surprise is they know each other from childhood since Mark is her brother best friend. Can Mark date his best friend sister?

Valentina can match me up to a billionaire any day. With this match however, she doesn’t realize that she has matched friends. At first neither one is sure that a relationship between them is a good idea. He’s her brother’s best friend. However they can’t stop thinking about each other. I love Gigi’s books because they are so sweet! I can’t wait to see who Valentina matches up next.
Another fascinating matchmaking story by Gigi Marlowe!
Valentina Del Torre is entertaining previous clients at one of the restaurants that Mark Sloan owns, when she recognizes him. She begins thinking of someone she knows of, who would make a good choice for him. She calls a friend she knows, who could help her contact the woman she had met, to get her contact information. Once she got hold of the woman, she told her what they would be doing on the date, but she needed to let the man contact her, about when they would go. This is a lovely book, with some surprises, and even some confusion, as their lives are so busy. I thoroughly enjoyed the book, and am confident you will, as well!
once again Ms Marlowe delivers an excellent and entertaining read that keeps you turning the pages until the end

I just love these match maker books !! Valentino has a wonderful knack of matching people to their ‘soul mates’ and sometimes unbeknownst to her they have actually known each other. Just like with Mark and Sabrina. Mark is friends with her brother so the thing is so they go for it and possibly ruin their friendship in the process or say no thanks and just be friends. Could you take a lifelong friendship and go for it all ? Share this sweet and funny story of Mark and Sabrina.

Beautiful love story with a touch of drama.
This another great love story made through Valentina’s matchmaking business. Mark & Celeste’s blind date didn’t go quite as expected when Mark’s date was Sabrina who he’d been friends with her & David her brother who had been best friends since they were children but had not seen each other in a few years & Celeste was her stage name. The date was not awkward as they were friends so they agreed it wasn’t a date but just friends having dinner until they went their separate ways they both realised they felt something more than friendship. They met up again for an actual date & both agreed their feelings were more than just friends & became a couple but when she started to avoid him he decided she didn’t feel as strong about him as did her so ended what he thought was a relationship for them. She was hurt because she was busy with extra acting lessons preparing to audition for her next play but it was her friend who made he realise the reason why Mark ended things with her & she was determined to get him back but when she surprised him at his parents party he didn’t want to hear her excuse ot chance to explain she was so hurt & left straight away. Having seen how upset she was David wanted to know what was wrong with his sister as he had no idea that they had been seeing each other but when he told him everything David told him he was an idiot & that he needed to go find her & tell her he loved her before it was too late. Sabrina had gone straight to the airport desperate to get home away from everything I was so hoping Mark would get to her in time before they gave up & lost each other forever but he did find her & they both confessed their feelings leaving me finishing the book with a huge smile on my face. Definately recommend this book.

Who says long time friends don’t make the best love interest. I guess Sabrina and Mark doesn’t. Each successful in their own way. Having grew up together but never looking at the other that way. When he meets Valentina Del Torre matchmaker extraordinaire, at a party she gets a feeling about him. Mark is a People Magazine Top 100 Eligible Bachelor and she has the perfect match for him. When she matches him up with a Broadway actress named Celeste Russel which is her stage name, boy are they in for a surprise when they meet up. Longtime friends have a good laugh. This is a sweet story with a solid foundation. Friends becoming lovers who knows the ends and out of what it takes to make a relationship work.

In this sweet romance, the matchmaker Valentina is at it again. Mark is a billionaire restaurateur, too busy running his businesses to take time for a relationship. Celeste is an aspiring actress, trying to make it to Broadway. When the “Billionaire Matchmaker” meets Mark, she realizes she has the perfect match for him. She sets him up on a blind date with Celeste, unaware that that is a stage name and he already knows her…as Sabrina, someone he grew up with. This was such a refreshing read. Ms. Marlowe has once again managed to take a simple premise and make a remarkably good story of it. I always look forward to reading her books.

Matchmaker Valentina is at it again! When Valentina meets Mark, a restauranteur, too busy to find time for dating, she knows she has a perfect match for him. She arranges a meeting for Sabrina and Mark, but what she doesn’t know is that they are old childhood friends. I truly enjoyed reading Sabrina and Mark’s story, it’s sweet, fun, and an entertaining read.

Stage name.
Valentina the matchmaker is back at it again. Only, this time Sabrina “Celeste” and Mark already know each other. But will the struggling actress and wealthy restaurateur make it work?
Matchmaker Valentina wants to find the perfect match for Mark who owns a restaurant that takes up most of his time and does not have time for dating.
Sabrina’s stage name is Celeste and Valentina tells her she has found a match for her she agrees to go out on a date to met him but when she does she finds out that he is her brothers best friend Mark. They have a fun time on the date and agree to go out again which turns into more dates and before you know it they are perfect for each other. Wonderful romance with some fun along the way.
