The Denton Hotels Christmas gala has always been a big deal, but this Christmas must be the most extravagant ever. Billionaire Mitch Denton’s CEO father is set to make a major announcement at this year’s gala, and Mitch hopes it’s what he’s been waiting for: his promotion to head of the company. Mitch is more than a little surprised when Jules Cardwell, assistant to the now-AWOL event planner, … walks into his office, ready to oversee the gala’s planning. With so much on the line, he doesn’t need the distraction of a beautiful woman like her. When they find a real baby in the manger just as a major snowstorm rolls in, the two have little choice but to rely on each other. In Mitch’s luxury penthouse.
Jules tells herself she’s staying for the good of baby Noelle. It’s not because Mitch is gorgeous, rich, charming, and everything Jules has tried to avoid in a man. It’s difficult for her to breathe whenever he’s near. Worse, he’s sweet and kind and makes her heart ache in a way that’s not at all welcome. With Christmas drawing closer, the two work frantically during the day to make the gala perfect, but the nights are completely different. They’re hot and swoon-worthy, and Jules never wants them to end.
But just as Jules thinks they might actually become a real family, she gets a cold splash of reality: this is just a holiday romance. She could never fit into Mitch’s world, and even the magic of Christmas can’t change that.
When Mitch is given everything he’s ever strived for professionally, he realizes the one thing he truly wants might soon be gone forever.
This novel contains sexual content and profanity.

This being the second in the series, I knew it was going to be good. Mitch is waiting for his father to turn over the reins of the Denton Hotels empire to him and believes it will happen in a special announcement his father has planned for the holidays as long as he doesn’t ruffle any feathers. This is fine until the new events planner, Jules, and him discover a live baby that has been left at the front of the hotel with snow falling. They take the baby back to his penthouse and they decide to give the baby a good Christmas. They will stay there and take turns taking care of the baby until after Christmas and then call social services. During this time they fall in lust and love with each other. They do not have the best in communication skills and when things start to spiral they realize how they really feel. It is truly a real feel good read for the holidays. I would expect nothing less from Leslie North.

The Billionaire’s Sudden Christmas Baby is the second book in Leslie North’s Christmas with the Denton Billionaires and Mitch and Jules are just lovely! The story is beautifully written and showcases the growth of this once reserved and guarded couple and their emotionally journey to find themselves and each other. Naturally, there’s some drama and angst along the way, but there is also humour, heartfelt moments and a whole lot of sexual chemistry. A wonderful holiday read to keep you in the Christmas spirit.

Mitch was waiting for the big announcement of him running his fathers company. The big Denton gala was always over the top but this year the coordinator quit due to a family emergency. Mitch was beside himself but found out she had sent her assistant. His assistant was gorgeous and Mitch knew he would look at her though he could be in Time Square on New Years. She stole his breathe away when she walked in the office. As they started to set up the nativity scene they realized someone had put a live baby in the manger with a note pinned to its diaper. Jules and Mitch were beside themselves. A horrible snowstorm took over so Jules and mitch had to stay at his penthouse at the hotel that had a separate suite so she could sleep there with the baby. Things progress and the thought of dropping Baby Noelle at the social service office made them sick so it was back to the hotel. They could give her as good holiday and then decide what to do. Jules couldn’t believe how well Mitch took to caring of Noelle. Mitch decided he wanted to take Jules on a real date so he hired a nanny from the hotel. Jules was falling for Mitch but she heard her mother’s voice warning her about rich men. While Noelle was sick she tried to get a hold of Mitch but no answer she knew he would be in the bar with the investor. When she saw him sitting with this women having drinks she knew what she had to do. She waited until the night of the Gala where she met his father. Mitchs father told him he should go over to see Sara and had he sealed the deal. Jules had it went up to the penthouse and pulled as much stuff she needed for her and Noelle and left the hotel. Interesting story not one that hasn’t been done before
This book was a delightful read. I thought that there was a lot of emotional sweetness and holiday charm in this enjoyable romance. I loved Mitch and Jules. These were great characters that I found easy to like and root for as a couple. It was wonderful to see them open themselves up to love as their story unfolded. This book was cute and a very fun read. The story held my attention well with a blend of emotions, drama, humor, heat and heart. I’m really looking forward to reading the next book in this series.
Loved it and loved it and loved it some more! This romance, number two in this series is simply romance at it´s finest. It is sweet, romantic, heartfelt, can almost make the tears come out – just almost…, and is overall a lovely sweet cute fine Christmas romance. Absolute feel good story. No spoilers here, just read the story for yourself, that is always best anyway as this here is only my opinion. But this one gets the very very rare five stars from me, so exceptional is I believe the correct word to use for this story.

This is a sweet holiday romance between Mitch and Jules. Their characters are strong and well developed and the author does a beautiful job building their relationship. She brings tons of emotions, laughter and love and brings it to life with her descriptive writing and detailed scenes. I loved reading their story and would recommend this book.

I loved this pair even though they frustrated the living daylights out of me. Mitch and Jules remind me a bit of the old joke about ‘how do porcupines mate?’ They both start out so guarded, but we get to witness them chip through the defenses for one another and learn to be a little vulnerable. Their story has a beautiful underlying message of hope for the holiday season and being true to your own heart rather than other peoples’ expectations. I’m looking forward to seeing what the next book in this series brings us.

Mitch is a billionaire that runs his families hotel. He hired an event planner to plan a party for his father. As he was waiting for her his secretary informed him that she quit her job because of a family emergency. As another planner arrived with this information, Mitch was skeptical because he was use to working with the original one.
Jules was an assistant to the event planner. She had experience as she worked right along side her in many events. When she walked into Mitch’s office she could not believe what she saw. He was the most good looking man she had ever set her eyes on.
As they were walking around the hotel to find out what needed to be done, they found something outside in the manager that changed their lives forever.
An abandoned baby left in the Nativity is an interesting start to Mitch and Jules’s relationship. It’s all business until they share the care of little Noelle. This is such a sweet and beautiful story and Christmas is the perfect backdrop. It is definitely a feel good romance even if Mitch takes a few minutes to figure out what is the most important aspect of his privileged life.

This story is set just before and during the Christmas holiday season. The story line is a unique one where the main characters are thrust together when they find an orphaned baby. Sudden Christmas Baby is an easy reading, sweet tale, with lots of steamy scenes, and an HEA.

This is the second book in the Christmas with the Denton Billionaires series, it is a standalone romance, no cliffhangers.
Mitch is the older Denton brother and this Christmas Daddy Denton has a huge announcement, so when the assistant event planner shows up he knows nothing can go wrong. Jules and Mitch have great chemistry and when they find a live baby in the nativity play they know they have to keep the precious little treasure. Can this couple figure out all the dramas this festive season to have a wonderful HEA with their new little family?
I really enjoyed this story, fast-paced story that is quick to read, the storyline is well-written and well thought out. I really liked the characters and the fun banter between them.
