A man struggling to leave the battlefield behind, a woman powerful enough to help him all the way home.
Logan Stone should be happy. More than happy, in fact. He’s Sutton Capital’s newest executive, no longer a Navy SEAL in the line of fire, fighting for his country and his brothers-in-arms. Now he spends his days working side-by-side with Samantha Page, the sexy, brilliant woman of his dreams.… of his dreams.
But Logan is fighting a different kind of battle; one no one realizes he’s in. While he’s focused on managing his PTSI, something much more sinister enters his world and he must battle to save Samantha’s life and their growing love.
When her life is threatened, he spirals downward. If he succumbs to the PTSI clawing at him, she’ll be left to fend for herself against threats neither of them could see coming.
Steamy romance meets heart-stopping suspense in the Sutton Billionaires Series. This is the fifth book in the series but it can be read as a standalone story with no cliffhangers. If you’d rather start at book one, grab The Billionaire Deal by Lori Ryan. A shorter version of this book was previously released as part of the Sutton Capital Series.

Another entertaining story by this author.
I enjoyed this character, his ideal woman could be no shy wall flower. She is totally opposite, can they have a future or just survive in the moment.
I don’t want to give much away, there is suspense, romance and great characters. Great book, I loved it.
I loved this story and the way Lori Ryan handled the issue of the veteran’s PTSI with respect and dignity. Logan Stone came back from overseas battling anxiety and nightmares. He is working with Samantha Page, who he has been attracted to since the first day he saw her. She felt the same way. She has a way of helping him with his troubles. When she came into the crosshair of a killer, Logan doesn’t hesitate to step in and protect. The plot was well-developed and flowed effortlessly. Logan and Sam have great chemistry. All the wonderful characters from the growing Sutton family were present. I highly recommend this book and the series.
The Billionaire’s Navy SEAL (Sutton Billionaires Book 5) by Lori Ryan is a wonderful story to read. This is book number five out of six in this wonderful series. I highly recommend this story to everyone who loves reading about romance.
I voluntarily read and reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book
This is the fifth in the Sutton Capital series and I have read all of them. There are recurring characters from previous books, but they are sufficiently explained so there is no reader confusion. It is written in third person and can be read as a stand-alone since it does not have a cliff hanger ending. However, for maximum enjoyment, I recommend reading ALL of the books in the series, and in order, because each couple’s story is worth knowing!
Samantha (aka Sam) Page has always been the Brainiac geek in the room. Her mad computer hacking skills have led her to consult with the FBI, write a best-selling video game and to her current job at Sutton Capital. Interpersonal skills have been hard for her and she has no filter with her thoughts and frequently does, and says, things that embarrass her and others. She feels worthwhile and secure with her Sutton colleagues and friends.
Logan Stone was a Navy SEAL, with a distinguished military career, and is now the new executive hire at Sutton Capital. He struggles to maintain the cool, calm, collected image he cultivated to survive in wartime conflicts when battling PTSI in everyday “threats”—like nightmares, traffic, crowds and sitting in restaurants. The lives of men he lost in his unit haunt him and he has survivors’ guilt.
Sam and Logan work together at Sutton Capital and are attracted to each other. Sam is hilarious at times with her no-filter personality and she makes Logan laugh. Even though she has a brilliant mind, she also has a kind, compassionate heart that recognizes Logan’s pain and adapts her life to give him solace. He acknowledges he needs help to deal with his PTSI and seeks counseling.
Strange things begin happening to Sam. When Sam’s safety is compromised by something in Logan’s past SEAL days, he is determined to keep her safe, and somehow fight his demons to protect her.
The character development of Logan and Sam is superb, and their painful growth was sensitively written. Their love story evolved at a steady pace and I found myself rooting for this couple to overcome all of their differences and struggles. Ms. Ryan writes with such care and compassion for the wounded warriors with battle scars not seen. Sam’s supportive words that show genuine understanding of Logan’s fight were spot-on. These two deserve every bit of happiness they can grab and I loved them both!
If you only can read one of the Sutton Billionaire’s books, make it this one. It’s a perfect balance of courage, love, heart and suspense.
The Billionaire and the Navy Seal: I love all the characters and how they make up such a great team and how they keep finding the right people that fit in the company. Sam and Logan work well together in the office and outside of the office. I liked the suspense and surprises throughout the story. I love how protective Logan is of Sam. I like how she helped him through is obstacles after leaving the Navy. She was the right person to connect with him in many ways. I love the sparks between them. Great heat! Wonderful story and a great addition to the series.
This author has done it again, written an absolutely fantastic book and completely hooks you in, this book is a real must read,I loved it.
This book is part of a book series and this book intrigued me right from the start. I’ve read books by this author before and this book is another awesome edition to the series.
This book is part of The Sutton Billionaire’s Series and this is book #5 in the series.
BOOK #1 The Billionaire Deal
BOOK #2 Reuniting with the Billionaire
BOOK #3 The Billionaire Op
BOOK #4 The Billionaire Rocks
BOOK #5 The Billionaire’s Navy Seal
This is Logan and Samantha’s story and you will definitely want to read on.
Logan has medically retired from the military three months earlier and is now working at Sutton Capital.
Logan has had things very tough but since Sam caught his eye his nightmares have lessened a tad, he thinks she has a totally rocking body and is amazing. He notices everything around him always and Sam is no different he notices everything about her and all her quirks too.
Sam is a woman that knows what she wants, she is strong, brave and confident and loves her job.
Samantha is a beautiful, stunning woman with a gorgeous figure but she is not body confident one bit and she doesn’t see what everyone else does.
Sam and Logan are teaming up to lead the new team and after only briefly seeing each other at the wedding a few months back this is their first proper meeting. Sam can’t believe that she is going to be head of all these model looking guys, but things get very rough for a while and the question is will there connection survive what fate has in store for them both?
Will they hit it off?
(NO SPOILERS).
This author has written the characters great and Logan and Sam are my favourite out of the series. They have a great connection and great chemistry and I really liked them both. I loved that this book also has past characters in too.
This book has twists that you won’t see coming that were awesome and will keep you totally hooked, I couldn’t put this book down and read page after page because I was desperate to see what was going to happen.
This book is my all time favourite book in the series and the way this author writes and the issues that it deals with are written beautifully.
I loved the epilogue as I always feel like this adds something extra special to the story.
Thank you to the author and publishers for allowing me to read an early copy of this book.
ARC provided in exchange for an honest review.
This book is expected to be released 28th April 2020
I was lucky enough to get a copy of this book through BookFunnel and I voluntarily chose to review it. This is a well written book and the characters are wonderful. I will encourage everyone to get a copy of this book. This does have some suspense but since I don’t do spoilers you will have to get the book to see what I mean. Get this one you will enjoy it.
I just loved Logan and Sam’s story. I was so drawn in to the Billionaire’s Navy Seal that I kept turning pages until I was done! Lori Ryan did an awesome job of tackling PTSI and coping with life after coming back from the service. Logan and Sam were given a beautiful, sexy, suspenseful love story, and I could put the book down! The other great characters from the series showed up to lend support. I can’t wait to see what happens next!! I’m still grinning from the happily ever after!
Sam and Logan’s story.
They both feel attraction from the moment they have seen each other for first time.
Now they going to work together.
Logan’s past is catching up with him and he is afraid that he is going to loose Sam.
Loved this story. Samantha and Logan are amazing together.
Logan Stone is the newest addition to Sutton Capitol, even though he still has some PTSI issues he’s come a long way since the nightmares have stopped.
He was really early his first day and Jack questions him on it. He covers with he wanted an early start. Jack takes him to his office to give him some files he would later be reviewing with Samantha. Now as they are leaving the office they overhear a conversation between Samantha, Jennie and Tanya.
Jack and Samantha have been attracted to each other since his friend Zach’s wedding. They had never been introduced until today and I have to say a lot of there interactions had me giggling. Samantha has no filter at all and sometimes she actually says what she thinks is only a silent thought.
Logan doesn’t mind this at all and is trying to be professional when he really doesn’t want to be at all.
A phone call from a former teammate, has him on guard but it doesn’t concern his employment.
Samantha discovers some of Logan’s PTSI problems on the way to lunch one day and then starts bringing him lunch when she gets her own.
Then things start happening with Samantha, that don’t seem to be coincidences.
Plenty laughter and tears in this page-turning, suspenseful, steamy, romantic, action-packed book.
I really can’t wait to read the next book in this series.
The Billionaire’s Navy SEAL by Lori Ryan is book 5 in the Sutton Billionaires Series. This is the story of Samantha ‘Sam’ Page and Logan Stone. I did feel this could be a standalone book if you wish to do so.
Logan is a ex Navy Seal that like so many out of the military have issues due to their service and because they survived where others didn’t. Logan has take a job at Sutton Capital where he meets the very smart Samantha who of course he is attracted to but feels he doesn’t deserve someone like her. But when her life become in jeopardy, he can no longer fight those feelings. Enjoyed this exciting read.
Great book!
I loved every word on every page.
It’s a captivating, sexy, moving &
romantic thriller.
Logan, a former SEAL, is working at
Sutton Capital. He had been injured
& medically retired. Three months ago
he noticed Sam from across the room.
Now they work together.
Sam, is their computer expert. She has also been thinking about Logan the past three months. But she can tell there is something going on with him, that’s holding him back.
Logan Sam, are perfect together.
Another fabulous book in the series.
I adored everything about this story
ONE PHENOMENAL EXPERIENCE!!!
Crap on toast! Lori never ceases to amaze me dropping this thrilling piece of perfection, rocking this gem to the core imparting this brilliantly composed approach, wrapping this jewel up sleek, shiny and tight. A raging whirlwind of unsettling mishaps and baffling circumstances full of formidable trials and challenging tribulations, noting the compelling twists and wicked turns, putting our characters through their paces, testing them in ways they could have never envisioned. One non-stop, action packed, hard hitting, pulse racing, heart pounding, adrenaline pumping, nailbiting, nerve racking, page flipping bombshell, hooks you from the start and reels you in for the duration. The attraction and chemistry sizzles through the pages, alluring and mesmerizing, pulling you deeper until you feel the electrifying hum running rampant through your veins. The characters, banter, dialogue, interactions and charged atmosphere along with relatable qualities and individual traits, blend and flow, transforming into genuinely charismatic personalities. The scenes are written with such realism, impressive talent and unique insight, blasts this sparkling jewel to life, making the storyline pop. Awesome job Lori, thanks for sharing this little treasure with us.
Logan Stone, former SEAL, is trying to deal with his PTSI. He is working a new job at Sutton Capital and wants to appear “normal,” especially to Samantha Page a well-known computer tech and hacker. Samantha is having sensual thoughts about Logan, but she must remember to keep them her in her head…not speak them out loud. When Samantha is attacked, Logan takes out the men the only way he knows. The possibility of him being arrested for saving her has her doing what she does best – with her computer. When an unexpected event from Logan’s past surfaces, will he be able to save her? A thrilling story as Samantha uses her computer to serve up her brand of justice. Each addition to this series adds to the excitement as the friends in Sutton Capital get their own stories and more wonderful updates on these beloved characters. I received an advance review copy at no cost and without obligation from the author. (by paytonpuppy)
LOVED!! Lori Ryan is a favorite of mine! I adored Logan and Sam’s story! Emotional, captivating, suspenseful, and beautiful – I could not put this book down! I love everything about this series and The Billionaire’s Navy SEAL as a perfect addition! FIVE STARS!
I really liked this book. My heart went out to Logan who was suffering from PTSI. I could not imagine the level of difficulty endured in having to come home and be expected to live a “normal” life. I loved that in some level Sam just got him. She may not have understood exactly what he needed, but she recognized that he needed. Period.
I think that’s what made Logan and Sam such a great couple. It seemed to me as if their connection was more intense, more romantic. They were very supportive of one another.
When Sam was in danger, I just held my breath. There actually was a good amount of suspense in this book, a bit of intrigue too.
I am also always glad to catch up with the characters from the previous Sutton Capital books and see what new things are going on in their lives.
I really wish we could have read more about Peter, the twins, his reaction to the email, his boss’s reaction to him, and what happened to Yoshi. I think those additional details would have made it give stars for me.
I read this book when it was Her SEALed Fate, but it was years ago, so I can’t tell what the differences are between its publication and the previous one.
I voluntarily read and reviewed the Advanced Reader Copy of this book.
Bought the series because I enjoyed the book so much. Strong characters. Easy to read and fall in love with them.
This is the first book I’ve read by this author and I will be reading more. I am a female Navy Veteran who served during the Vietnam Era. I had a dear friend who came back and couldn’t cope and committed suicide. Our H suffers from PTSI (aka PTSD), and help is available more now if you can get them to go for treatment. This story really touched me.
I felt the struggle the H was going through. He was lucky because he had a therapist who understood him and could relate. This tugged at my heart strings. Add to this an h who is just perfect for the H and knows what he needs before he does.
This was like reading two stories. It was a story of the h and the villain who could be after her and then the H in a villain who seeks revenge for a mission when he was a Seal.
There is romance that built at the perfect pace. They became friends first and love blossomed. The secondary character’s were amazing too and I hope to read their stories. The first one in this series is free as of now and I just downloaded it. This story is number 5 and I wasn’t lost in not reading in order.
There is passionate lovemaking, outside of marriage, and described only a few times. Heat level 3.5 out of 5.
There is suspense, many villains, twists, fast paced story that kept me captivated from the first page to the last.
No cheating, no cliffhanger, HEA, romance and a tad of spice. (ljb)
This is my favourite entry in the Sutton Billionaire series thus far. Logan and Samantha were great together. Individually their characters has depth, strength and heart. I felt for Logan and the feelings he contended with as a former military member. The book had it all drama, danger, heat, emotion and romance.
Here’s one more Navy Seal to woo us and his lady…right out of one of my top favorite series, The Sutton Series, from Lori Ryan.
Former Navy Seal turned corporate executive Logan Stone is slowly getting into the business of living a civilian life, and where better than the Sutton Corp of all our favorite characters had their lives fated. But for Logan, he’s still got demons that shadow him and some more in physical form. And who can better protect the love of his life Samantha Page from the monsters of his past.
You know the thing about writing reviews, when you come across brilliant writing, captivating plot and a narration that keeps you biting your nails in anticipation, no review would do justice, and there’s just no sneaky way of giving away the secrets of the story.
Another great story that has been and will be revisited….this series is one of my comfort readings!
