I stayed up late reading this book. It grabbed my attention and I had to know what happened. The romance and relationship between the main characters developed quickly, but I loved every second of it. I was rooting for them and didn’t want anything to stand in the way of their happily ever after.
I recommend this book for anyone who wants a sweet, clean romance that leaves you happy and satisfied.
I received a complimentary copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
I could imagine the view from the office as the driven Sophia watches both sunrises and sunsets from her office. Through the story Sophia learns at the end there is a time for everything and living life was precious.
Loved this book!!! I especially loved the way both Sophia and Cole both prayed about their relationship, were both concerned about the other’s standing with Christ, and that they were prepared to listen to each other and not others who they knew didn’t care about either of them. I love the way that Cole wanted to be with Sophia when she decided she had to tell her father about the way she and Cole fell in love. Both of them put the other first, and both respected each other enough to listen, and not to jump to conclusions. Can’t wait for more books from Mandi!
I received a complimentary copy of this book, was not required to leave a review, and the opinion expressed is my own.
I love seeing billionaires being portrayed as having the same feelings, concerns and faith as non-billionaires just with more assets to enjoy and/or share. Sophia and Cole manage to turn what starts as a smart business proposal into a true love match. They manage to do what I seem to find myself yelling at other characters to do, communicate. This was an enjoyable story.
Enjoyed this sweet clean romance with Sophie and Cole. Sophie works tirelessly for her family’s company hoping to take over when her father retires so she has no personal life. Billionaire Cole has been in a very public relationship until the breakup and now he just wants to get out of the public eye. When they join forces with a marriage of convenience they never expected it to turn into a real love. It’s a lovely well written story with exceptional characters.
Wow, I absolutely loved this book! It was amazing to watch the relationship between Sophia and Cole develop. They are both strong, wonderfully written characters. Their faith in God and his plans is great to read. I couldn’t put this one down.
I received a free copy of this book and this is my voluntary, honest review.
I adored this book. I’m not a fan of romances that have a lot of angst and drama, and this was not that. It was a sweet progression from business acquaintances to a couple in love, and their “obstacles” didn’t drive them apart. That always bugs me, when an author breaks a couple up just to create tension and drama. If I’m reading romance, I want it to feel good. This book felt good.
At first, I was a little put off by the formality of the way the characters spoke, but since they were both very wealthy, I could forgive it, and I soon got past it. I will definitely be picking up more of Mandi Blake’s books!
Really predicatable and poorly written.
An interesting premise that the author just didn’t deliver. I found this book slow moving and poorly written.
