I loved this book and I thought it was the best of the series so far. I received an ARC of this book from the author and this is my voluntary and honest review.
The Billionaire’s Cowboy Groom is a wonderful, lively, Christian romance from Lorana Hoopes. It was fun to have the female lead be the billionaire. All Ms. Hoopes’ stories have a lot of heart and interesting characters who struggle with personal issues. The book works well as a stand alone, but if you have read the previous ones you will be updated on those characters as well. Cal was a delight. His patience was extraordinary. Carrie’s design business was exploding, but was she happy? The story is told with much humor. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this fascinating book.
Such a sweet romance! I’ve read a few of the other books in this series and loved them all. This one turns the tables having the woman be the billionaire for a change. Wonderful story and characters.
I received a free copy of this book and voluntarily chose to review it.
This was a sweet, clean read. Predictable but fun. Cal and Carrie have 6 years of history to resolve before she can marry someone else. While it appears Carrie has moved on, Cal hasn’t. You’ll have to read to find out how this ends. Has a faith element to it, but not preachy.
The Billionaire’s Cowboy Groom was a great read by Lorana Hoopes. Carrie is a designer who’s business has exploded. She achieved billionaire status and is dating a man that she can see marrying. But she has a secret that could ruin everything when her boyfriend actually proposes. Cal is a cowboy who is picky about women because he has already lost the woman he wanted to be with. I really enjoyed reading Carrie and Cal’s story and can’t wait to read more by Lorana Hoopes.

The Billionaire’s Cowboy Groom
Sweet Billionaires, Book 4
By: Lorana Hoopes
Narrated by: Lorana Hoopes
Each time I listen to one of the books in this series, I find myself completely relaxed and taken away. The Billionaire’s Cowboy Groom is sweet and I found myself involved in the outcome of the story! Carrie is a successful designer and engaged to a man she thinks will make her happy. Cal is a rancher who has taken her into his heart, and now is asking for a weekend to hopefully change her mind. This is a story about love at first sight, faith and love. It’s warm, fun with a small town feel. I really enjoyed the story and found it grounding and full of hope. I love this series, and look forward to each installment. Lorana Hoopes continues her narration of episodes, and I love her voice. I also love that she is able to portray the story as she has written it! It’s refreshing and enjoyable.

I liked this story. Cal is to be commended for staying with the committment to Carrie for 6 yrs. & being willing to keep married when she comes back to get divorce papers signed. I didn’t like or trust Phillippe. He was not nice, didn’t treat Carrie like a lady & was too anxious to get married. This is a sweet, clean romance book. I think it’s worth the time to read.
This was a light, fun book to read! An enjoyable and quick read as a stand alone. I didn’t read book one and Still enjoyed book two.
Light, fun romance between two unlikely soil mates
A rather predictable story but good nonetheless. It was good to hear about and see characters from earlier stories here. I liked how the author highlighted the benefits and disadvantages of small town living. The solid Christian element was very natural.
The author did a good job narrating apart from some hesitations and small repeats. She is clear and there wasn’t any confusion as to who was talking or what was happening.
I recieved a free Audible copy, at my request, in exchange for a honest review.
An enjoyable fun sweet Christian romance. This humourous engaging storyline had me addicted from beginning to end. It includes some mishaps, love, spontaneity, dealing with the past and present, and romance. The characters are interesting and have amazing chemistry. I voluntarily listened and reviewed this ARC and was happy to see previous characters from the series in this fantastic standalone. I really enjoyed the narration it was well done and a beautiful treat.
This is the fourth book in Lorana Hoopes Sweet Billionaires Series and it seems as if she has saved the best for last [if this is the last]. I really liked the book. Who says what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas? Not Ms. Hoopes. The story takes up six years after a spontaneous marriage in Vegas. The bride comes to the groom’s hometown to obtain a divorce and the sparks fly. Needless to say things don’t go as planned. This is an enjoyable book with very determined characters. It’s funny and sad at the same time. Readers shouldn’t dismiss the book because “clean’ is in the title. This book contains everything a good romance needs, just not anything that is explicit. Anyone who reads romance should give this one a try.
When Carrie got proposed by her boyfriend she accepts but there’s a small problem. To solve this she has to confront Cal. But Cal isn’t very cooperative, he doesn’t want to lose her again. What will happen when they spend some time together? Can Cal convince Carrie that they belong together?
Great story of learning to never give up when you think something is it worth to fight for.
Sweet and Clean Christian Romance
This is a faith-filled, sweet and clean Christian romance. This is a cute story. The fun of the story is in the journey to the predictable end. Now I want to read the rest of the series. I received this ARC book for free and this is my honest review.
Such a great book! The characters are wonderful especially Cal. Cal is so romantic and a cowboy. Lorana does a great job pulling the heartstrings of the reader. You won’t want to put the book down. Your heart will race until the very last page!
A current Cinderella story. The ups and downs of these two coming together kept me reading to see when they be together. I love the way the other couples from the Billionaire series pop into the story, it like a visit from old friends. I really enjoyed seeing his faith and willingness to wait on God over many years. A great story to cozy up with. Enjoy!
Lorana Hopes wove a thoroughly enjoyable, romantic story when she wrote The Billionaire’s Cowboy Groom. It’s a sweet, clean romance with Christian values that delights the reader with its romance, characters, and hope. I received an advance copy of this book and I willingly chose to write an honest review.
I was actually rooting for the cowboy the whole way! I loved Cal….he was my favorite character and I wanted to keep telling him to hang in there and that Carrie would come around if he would just wait her out! In this story, it’s the woman who is the billionaire and the man who is the dirt poor cowboy but that doesn’t matter to Cal because he has actually been married to Carrie (the billionaire) for 6 years when they foolishly got married in Las Vegas on a whim after knowing each other for a couple hours and Carrie left him the next morning and he hasn’t seen her since! But Cal never forgot her and in his mind, he’s been married the whole time. However, Carrie has gone on to become this billionaire fashion designer and is now engaged….oops! She needs to find Cal to get divorced! Can she convince him to sign divorce papers so she can get married or what will happen if she doesn’t? A wonderful story that I thoroughly enjoyed and read in one sitting! I couldn’t put it down!
A wonderful story with a role reversal that made it a very enjoyable read. I received an ARC copy of the story, but that does not change my recommendation of this book to my friends. It was a wonderful story with well developed characters and a unique plot. Check it out.
