Megan Donovan’s days of freedom as a ski bum are numbered. Spending time on the slopes in Colorado was her last ditch effort to sow her wild oats before becoming the next CEO of her family’s lucrative and high-profile business in New York. But Megan never planned on falling in love, and she knows the adventurous and sexy Nick Merrill was cut out for the fun and carefree ways of Colorado–not the … the suffocating life of boardrooms and business meetings.
Nick Merill has the woman he wants, forever. The trouble is every time he suggests they take their relationship a step further Megan balks at the idea of commitment. But after three years, Nick isn’t willing to wait any longer. When he discovers the real reason she won’t say yes, Nick must convince her they’re worth the ride…

Always wanted to read a book that didn’t have a true bad guy/gal as a main character. Well, here is that book. Good read!
This author is still learning.
it was ok
Unusual story
I didn’t finish it, felt like it was going nowhere for me
great read although a little less back story from one book to the next would be nice
You will want to see if they can stay together and work out the difficulties they face.
Hard to read, could not hold my attention.
Megan had to take over her mother’s company at the age of 26, however she neglected to tell her boyfriend of 3 years of the agreement and that time has come. It’s another if you would have had a conversation this all could have been avoided scenario, but it all worked out in the end.
Too much narration by principle character Megan and adult sex scenes otherwise the back ground was interesting.
Almost stopped reading when they said they went over the GW Bridge and then the Varanzzaro getting from NJ to Long Island. But it got better!
A short book with a happy ending.
Boring!
Written in first person which I don’t prefer.
Different, it is usually the male who is filthy rich. Liked it for the most part, but she went from ski bum to total workaholic. And her mother insisted she had to do this, not very believable. Be prepared to suspend disbeief.
I consider this book bad because I couldn’t even finish it and I generally finish all the books I get even if they are not great. Megan is just an insufferable character and really I could find no redeemable qualities in her. I tried so hard to like this and got just over half way and then I decided there are plenty of books out there I don’t need to suffer through ones that I do not like.
