A good book to read and find out if Brian finally owns up to fatherhood.

A Sweet and endearing story about almost Billionaire Brian O’Leary. He was about to make the deal of a lifetime when one of his developers Constance Bonner caused it to fall apart. After she was dismissed from the Company she found herself in his bed and then found herself pregnant. Brian and put together the deal of a lifetime since the other one fell by the wayside – he would merge with Felicia another business owner and become a Billionaire and all would be right with the world. Until he found out that Connie was pregnant.
You will really enjoy the book.
A Delicious Romcom Storyline.
Superb Romcom storyline about a CEO, Brian, who has a one night stand with an employee, Connie, who he just fired after she cost him a huge deal. That night resulted in a pregnancy. Initially Brian is cold and calculating about it. Will his views remain the same?
The author really wrote these two characters exceptionally well. It was believable how they couldn’t keep their hands off each other. The other woman in Brian’s life, Felicia was just the opposite of Connie and that was a great way to show that other side of of Brian.
Definitely recommending this book for your reading enjoyment and pleasure.
I am leaving this review for your consideration. Peace.
I’m conflicted by my feelings about this book. Overall, I enjoyed the book. I especially liked the family connections portrayed in it. I’m really squicky about the other-woman drama and the way it plays out, though. I also wanted to like the lead characters more. They’re charmingly bumbling, I just thought they fell a little flat. The villain of the piece was cartoon evil. I was almost waiting for her to twirl a mustache. As well, there were several plot threads that I would have preferred to see tied off rather than simply dropped. Unfortunately, one of those included the villain’s evil deeds. I liked the characters enough that I’m intrigued to see what the rest of the series is going to bring us.

Brian O’Leary has only one thing on his mind and that is to become a billionaire. He has worked very hard toward this goal and nothing will stop him except for Constance Bonner. After a night together she causes his life to totally derail and they have a big decision to make.
I enjoyed this story, as there was a lot of humor, a hot and sexy hero and a quirky heroine. The only thing is I’m not sure I believed this guy would so easily forgive the BIG problem she caused for him and hook up with her that very night. But all in all it was a cute story and I enjoyed this book.
Connie causes her boss Brian to lose a contact that would have made him a billionaire. He fires her. After she leaves HR she goes to the nearest bar and starts drinking margaritas. Brian walk in and before you know it they are at his pen house. Connie leaves in the middle of the night. Brian doesn’t hear from her for two months. By then he is planning to marry someone else that would bring in another BIG contract. Marrying Felicia and merging their companies. He hasn’t been able to stop thinking of Connie. He makes the offer to Felicia to merge both business and romance. Felicia walks out of his office and in walks Connie to let him know she is pregnant. She wants to keep the baby so Brian is going to help her. So he can keep a close watch on her he gets her to come back to work for him. You won’t regret getting this book.

This book was cute, funny, quirky, and sexy. Brian and Connie would be the perfect couple if only Brian stopped worrying about becoming a billionaire. The story was good and the characters were portrayed vividly. Excellent read!

She worked for him and fell for him, he did not give her the time of day until the day he fired her and then saw her at the bar. He took he to his place and they went to bed. Things did not go the way she wanted them too because all he wanted to do was to be over the billion dollar mark. The see each other time to time and finally get together .

The main characters in this book have a wonderful chemistry together. She is a woman full of humor who immediately falls for him, but fate has other plans. He who wants to make his dreams come true, but they get a different direction after a wild night. Reads wonderfully well, story is well structured and the rest of the characters really come into their own. Mine therefore 4 stars .. I enjoyed, laughed and sighed.

I was intrigued with this book from the get go, having a man just focused on making sure he reached a goal of being a billionaire is something when you come from nothing. This story is about Brian and Connie, he is determined to reach that goal and she is just someone that daydreams about him. Connie is funny through this book, down to earth, not a care in the world kind of woman. She ends up screwing up his shot of acquiring an account that would have him reach his goal, so he has her fired. They both end up at the same bar to drink their bad day away only to end up in bed together.
Time passes and he is working on a new plan with his existing girlfriend to reach that billion goal as she is going to merger her company with his, even though he keeps thinking of that one nightstand he had with Connie. Surprise, surprise Connie comes back in the picture and she is pregnant with his child. Well guess where it all ends up as Brian’s new girlfriend comes up with a plan to make sure that her issues does not play part in their big merger plan, as it is not only the company joining but also their marriage on the line. Read the book – it is great and it has a lot of funny banter between Connie and Brian.

Brian is obsessed with money and never having to be poor again. After a botched deal, he fired Constance “Connie”
They overindulge and spend one night together.
Two months later, he’s moved on, dating and hooking up with Felicia a successful blonde that will enhance his company.
He proposes a merger of their lives and companies. It’s a terrible proposal.
And just as he proposes to Felicia, Connie tells him she’s pregnant. Cuz he didn’t use protecti0n.
Connie is a delveloper and happy but slow with social cues.
And Brian wants her and Felicia to chat about the situation.
It goes down hill from there and Brian consistently makes the worst decisions and is with Felicia throughout the book.
Why would Connie want him?
3.5 stars
Another Leslie North book that I’ve fallen in love with. I loved the characters, except when Brian was busy being a self-absorbed idiot. When he finally let his heart lead, he realized what was really important in life. Connie’s mouth got her in trouble all the time, but I like that she wasn’t afraid to say just what she thinks, except when it comes to admitting her true feelings for Brian. This has a very happy ending.

This was a good read but it certainly will not make my favorite pile. Connie and Brian just did not appeal to me. Connie was so clueless she came across as an extremely unflattering caricature. Brian was all about money and success. I found it very to connect with them. As far as the story for me it was just ok. I think the biggest stumbling blocks for me was I found it a bit farfetched that after the day they had they slept together and I really hated that that he didn’t man up right away.
This was a very cute story. Connie worked as a developer at Brian’s company. He was determined to be a billionaire. When an off color joke cost him his dreams, she got fired, they both got drunk and slept together. Of course, she get pregnant. Now the fun starts. Brian is involved with another woman whose company he wants and she is part of the deal. Lots of ridiculous compromising and contracts happen between the three of them. Little by little, Brian strts seeing things differently and a change is coming. I really enjoyed reading this story and especially the outcome

Romance at it´s best. Rather short, but really sweet and easy to read. Despite it being as short as it is, it is remarkable how much the author manages to put in there!!! It always amazes me this talent of writing stories on the shorter side, that seem not to be missing anything much. This story is just such a story! So well done to the author. I at least really enjoyed reading it and that is the only thing I can go by, besides grammar and stuff like that. Of which – grammatical errors, they were really few but still I woould recommend a one over from a criticl editor. All in all, this story is so deserving of four beautiful stars.

I enjoyed reading this book, it is the first in the Billionaire’s and Babies series. This book was about Connie and Brian. Brian is focused on becoming a self made billionaire and that is his only goal currently. Connie works for O Developments as a developer when her quirky sense of humor is ill timed and costs Brian his billion dollar deal. After a rough day at the office, both Connie and Brian go to the bar to forget the day. They end up sharing a few drinks and end up in bed together. This is not a bad thing as they both seem content to go on their own way, at least until Connie finds out she is pregnant. She goes to tell Brian as she believes it is the right thing to do. This story is about how these two characters can get passed their expectations and current obligations and if they are ready to try to be their own family.

Brian owns a development company on the verge of becoming a billion. Connie is one of his best programmers, but gets herself fired when she acts too hyper happy inappropriate in front of a foreign investor. He runs into her at a local bar where she is in the process of becoming stinkin’ drunk. Well, one things leads to another and she has a souvenir of the evening. Brian has arranged a merger with another company and a marriage to the owner who is a bit on the sterile side. But Connie is always positive and fun. What is he missing here? He is kind of a ditz. But he starts falling as he spends more time with her getting ready for the baby. Very enjoyable book.

Oh, Connie and Bryan’s story was so much fun and hotness. Connie was just a breath of fresh air and so funny and her banter with Bryan was amazing. She brought something out in him and it took him long enough to realize. I am so glad he finally came to his senses. Their scenes just burned my kindle whether they were sexy or not. Their chemistry was just palpable.

This was a short a sweet story. But I have to say at times I wanted to smack Brian. He could be such a jerk. But, we get to see him grow throughout the story. Connie was a great character. She has this amazing personality but then you get the I wanted to smack her as well because of how things were playing out. Both characters were well developed and this story is very down to earth. It is a great story that is definitely worth reading.
