Kelly Bradley isn’t impulsive. Unless you count that time she walked into billionaire power player Jack Sutton’s office and proposed on a sticky note. He said yes, by the way. With that one word, he saved her from crippling student loan debt and his company from a takeover that would mean its end. What could go wrong?A lot, as it turns out. This is a standalone fake relationship … standalone fake relationship marriage-of-convenience with a twist of suspense in the Sutton Billionaires Series. A shorter version of this book was previously published in the Sutton Capital Series under the name Legal Ease.

Genre not to my tastes.
I am really enjoying this series. The women are smart and the men are not stupid – which are not really the same thing. I like it when everyone tries to do their best and do the right thing and the love grows due to prolonged exposure to each other. If there is a crazy aunt and other entertaining supporting characters, so much the better.
I really enjoyed this book of discovery and a bit of mystery! I loved the main characters! They were real and I could see them together. The author did a fabulous job of writing. The story moves quickly and was very enjoyable! A great read!
More people’s lives should turn out this way! Girls, don’t you ever wonder where your billionaire is?
I love billionaire stories. It is so good to read about someone’s success and happiness after they have dealt with a tradgic event in their lives.
This was just an okay book for me.
I love the premise of this book but for some reason I could not connect at all with the heroine of this story. All we know is she wants to go to law school. Where’s the rest? Is she a good person? Does she want a family? Who is she? Her only motivation was law school. I found it hard to cheer for her as a person when I didn’t know enough about her. You can give this book a read, it might be a better read for you but it didn’t work for me.
Jack needs a bride and Kelly needs money for law school tuition so they strike a deal. But they both discover they want more and each recognizes s/he wants a real relationship so they get beyond their wacky start to something real
I liked the switch of the roles with the woman being a take charge and the man being somewhat blindsided. Good Cinderella story with a twist.
This book caught me by surprise. I expected the usual rich guy falls for a sweet gal story but this one turned in an unexpected and dangerous direction. Happily there is a happy ending.
Typical romance tale. An entertaining beach read.
Have been reading the series of books, enjoyed the inclusion of previous and future characters, not sure what is going to happen next, so had to keep reading, look forward to the next book in the series.
Very good read.
Page turner
Very good storyline with characters you can root for
Light happily ever after type of read however if more backstory was brought in to the crime ring it could have made for an entire great series.
Awesome book!
The premise was interesting and I liked the characters in the beginning. Once Jack and Kelly had sex, it seemed like that was the entire story. The sex was not crude or too graphic, but it seemed that the story took a back seat. Jack’s attitude about “possessing” Kelly was a turn-off. A little suspense was thrown in, but after awhile it was as if the author couldn’t decide where to go with the story. When the suspense was resolved, it all came together very quickly and ended abruptly, without much resolution for the relationship, and leaving a wide opening for the next book. The excessive sex scenes, the fast and incomplete resolution, and the opening/cliffhanger for the next book are the reasons I can’t recommend this book.
The characters are quite believable. The author made Aunt Mabry somewhat despicable. Space I like how Kelly and Jack’s lechon chef
Enjoyable book — interesting characters
