Cynical Billionaire, Sean O’Leary, watched his friends find the loves of their lives through an online dating service, but has doubts it can help him find his perfect match. He and his brother were raised by an alcoholic father. He worked his way through college. His brother enlisted into the military. Sean joined as an officer after college. After multiple deployments, he and his brother left … the military. His brother committed suicide after he got out. Sean considers himself too messed up to marry.
Working as a new assistant to Leslie, Ava is raising her little girl alone. Her husband died on his first deployment while she was pregnant. After five years, she’s finally ready to date again, though she’s not interested in marriage until her daughter, Mica, is grown. Having been raised by an unloving stepfather, she doesn’t want that for her daughter. But she could use some adult companionship.
Though both of the adults have only dating in mind, little Mica wants a daddy, and she’ll do everything in her power to have one by Christmas. Sean and Ava don’t stand a chance. When BODS matches, and one little girl sets her mind to it, love will find a way.

What a fun and entertaining read this was.
A blind date with a billionaire, even though she had no clue turned out to be so much more.
Little Mica wants a daddy and she’s an expert with batting her eyes to get her way. Will her mummy fall in love and give her what she desires?
Ava and Sean were a great couple, their story fast and yet it fell into place perfectly. I thoroughly enjoyed it.
**The Billionaire Daddy Test:Billionaire Online Dating Service book 4
5 stars
I received a free copy of the steamy short novel The Billionaire Daddy Test:Billionaire Online Dating Service book 4 Sean and by Elle James and this review was given freely.
A nice balance of serious and humor this second chance at love romance contains another strong guy who rescues kittens, a cute five year old girl, the sad undertone of PTSD and Military related suicide along with a heartwarming but emotion packed ending. While Tag continues to wait for Leslie, perpetual bachelor and former Navy SEAL Sean “Decker” O’leary agrees to try BODS on his dating quest for single minded bachelorettes only to be matched with Leslie’s friend and new receptionist single mother the military widow Ava Swan.
Take a billionaire plus the single mum of the cutest little girl and you end up with this great romance! I’m not a lover of the whole billionaire genre but coming from this author I decided to give it a whirl and was not disappointed.
Sean doesn’t want a soulmate, even after his friends start falling from cupids arrows after using an online dating service. Ava is a young widow who is determined not to fall in love again, at least until her daughter is all grown up. She lived with the OG stepdad and she’s never subject her daughter to that.
When her boss makes her set up a profile as a teaching “tool”, she gets matched with Sean. But once her little girl gets too meet him and she asks him to be her new daddy? Oh my, all bets are off and Sean has a whole new set of targets!
Tears, tantrums, emotions and all the feels!
ARC for honest review with no compensation
The Daddy Billionaire Test is book 4 in the Billionaire Online Dating series (BODS) by Elle James about a cynical billionaire and a single mom and neither looking for a HEA…but can BODS change their minds?
Sean O’Leary has watched his friends fall in love and find their HEA through BODS but he is determined that will never be him as he doesn’t believe an online dating service can help you find your soul mate….
Ava Swan, a widowed single mother has no interest in any relationship other than maybe dating a few times then calling it quits. She starts her new job as an assistant to Leslie owner of BODS and is asked to do a profile so she has more insight to help others. What she doesn’t expect is to connect with a match…
Can two cynical people wanting nothing more than dating find what is missing, with a little help from a little girl who wants a daddy! Lots of laughter, some tears, introspection and realizing all you need is love for your world to become a better place!!
Sexy, sweet, fun story. The BODS computer system is working well, matching billionaires with dates. It’s just a coincidence that those matched end up in love. Sean is looking for a no strings sex partner. But love always finds a way. Great series, standalone, hea.
I voluntarily received this arc in exchange for an honest opinion.
The fourth book in this wonderful series and just as much fun as the previous ones.
Ava works for BODS the billionaire dating service that this series is set around her boss gets her to fill in a questionnaire even though she is quite happy as a young widow raising her daughter Sean is a billionaire who has seen his best friends all find their one true love through BODS (Billionaire On-line Dating Service) but he knows he isn’t marriage material after all even his mother didn’t want him, leaving him behind when he was seven they most he hopes for his some adult companionship. When these two are matched the attraction between them is instant and off the charts but neither wants a serious relationship When a strong bond starts to form between Ava’s daughter and Sean will he walk away or will that be the thing to finally make him admit what he wants
Sean is about to do what he swore he’d never do….give BODS a try. Sean doesn’t want a relationship and definitely isn’t looking for a wife or kids. After growing up with an alcoholic dad and a mom who left he and his brother, he KNOWS he’s not daddy material. He wouldn’t mind dating, but that’s it! Until Ava…
Ava, a widow and single mom, vows to never marry again. Ava believes in love, but doesn’t think she could ever risk her heart again. Ava also wants to protect Mica, her daughter, at all costs. Ava doesn’t want Mica to become attached to someone, only to have them eventually walk away or resent her because she isn’t his biological child. So Ava vows to not love again until Mica is grown and on her own. Until Leslie talks her into trying BODS…
Although this is truly an enjoyable read, I did get frustrated with Ava. I don’t know how many times she said, “we only agreed to dating, so I have to break it off with him”. She enjoyed his company, he treated her and her daughter with respect, but she had to break up with him??? Other than that, I LOVED Sean’s interactions with Mica! She was adorable . I could just imagine her giving Sean sad, puppy dog eyes to get whatever she wanted. I also loved that she wasn’t a brat and disrespectful. Sean was too good to be true! I’m glad he got his HEA and that Ava truly loved him for him, not his bank account! I can’t wait to see if Tag and Leslie finally realize they’re “it” for each other. I read a gifted copy and all opinions stated are my own.
I really enjoyed this storyline. Sean and Ava thought they knew what they would do, but a little matchmaker named Mica helped them out. I enjoy books by Elle James, she is a talented author. I also like happily ever after and this is definitely one. Treat your self to this book for the holiday. I was given an advanced copy and this is my voluntary review.
I received a complimentary copy of this book and I am voluntarily reviewing it.
Wow! I LOVED this book. I wish I could give this book more than 5 stars. It is a book that I could easily see myself re-reading over and over again.
Mica, Ava’s young daughter was such a delightful addition to a romance novel. I laughed in several parts as she really seemed like a real person and I could see it really happening!
Sean is the next to the last in his group of friends who has not signed up for BODS (Billionaire On-line Dating Service). He doesn’t want to get married. Growing up, his father was abusive and he doesn’t want to turn into his father. His friends convince him that there are some women out there that don’t want to get married. They just want to date and have a nice time before going their separate ways. Ava, is a widow, her husband died while in the military. She doesn’t want to get married and subject her precious daughter to a mean self-father like she had while growing up. The rest of the story was one that was enchanting and was extremely hard to put down.
The plot was very well written and flowed so nicely. I was extremely sad to see the story end. I look forward to seeing them in the next book as prior characters have made multiple appearances here. This book played out in my mind just like a movie but only better as I could see what was going on in their thoughts. The book was written in my favorite dual POV format. Getting a glimpse into the characters’ mind while reading really helped me to identify with them making them more human then characters in a book.
There was a sexy scene in this book so for that reason, I HIGHLY recommend this book to anyone over the age of 18. The scene was well written and NOT overly graphic or drawn out (like erotica). This book can be read as a stand-alone.
I received an ARC Copy of this book through Prolific Works and I voluntarily chose to review it. This is a well written story and the characters are so loveable. I loved this book, it was a winner from the start. I am a fan of Elle James, she is one of my go to authors. I would encourage everyone to get this book, it is worth your time and effort. It is a feel good story and it has a HEA ending. Plus the child in this story makes this one a winner.
ARC review For honest review. This is a beautiful story of Eva who is a mother to mica and joins her friend’ s Leslie BODS dating app and sets her up with sean(decker) oleary what a beautiful story.
Sean has no plans to ever marry. All he wants is a good time. He reluctantly joins BODS an online dating company where he finds Ava a widow with a young child who also is reluctant to marry again.
What happens to their plans and their future makes a lovely well written story which I thoroughly enjoyed.
I thought that this was a wonderful read, a solid addition to this series and just an all around heart tugging romance. I loved Sean and Ava. These two were pure perfection as a couple and I adored watching their story unfold and seeing their relationship grow and deepen. This is a really beautiful story about two world weary, wounded hearted people that find the love they so richly deserve. This is a heartwarming read filled with heat, sweetness, humor and emotions.
Book 4 in this billionaire dating series sees us with Sean. A man who doesn’t want marriage or anything else because of his dad and how he ended up. Being talked into joining BODS (Leslies Billionaire Online Daring Service) might be his downfall as he is matched. Ava is a single mother after her husband died. Mica a 5 year old wants nothing more than a daddy. I love this series and I had to giggle at some of the things Mica said. It’s soon clear that things may not be what they seem and it could all end in heartbreak. Loved the story, the characters and the ending. I can’t wait for Tags story. Now that is going to be good.
I loved this book. Sean and Ava both sign up on BODS, an online dating service, but neither one wants marriage. They just want someone to date. But Ava’s 5 year old daughter wants a daddy. I was given an ARC of this book for an honest review. I loved it. I loved Sean and Ava, but Mica is just great. This book contains humor and romance and I didn’t want to put it down. Its great to see people from the other books in this series, but its a stand alone too. You do not have to read the others to enjoy this one, but I know that you’ll want to go back and read the others because they’re all great.
This is a wonderful, heartwarming story about finding love and a family. Sean and Ava weren’t looking for love but, from the moment that they met their chemistry was undeniable. They just wanted someone to date and Ava didn’t want Mica to get her hopes up about a daddy. This was a wonderful story with endearing characters. I would definitely recommend it.
This book is everything that is good and has that Christmas happy ever after. Highly recommend this book and the whole series. Awesome read!! I didn’t want to put it down. Nice to see familiar faces as well from other books.
Ha! Ha! Ha! Never say never!
The Billionaire Daddy Test by Elle James is a deligtful addition to her Billionaire Online Dating Services series. This is book #4. Billionaire Sean O’Leary wants nothing to do with relationships, let alone marriage and a family. Leslie Lamb, founder of BODS (Billionaire Online Dating Service), is determined to get Sean to try out her dating service so she persuades him to participate by telling him he can list that he is not interested in a relationship and is looking for dating only. Leslie’s new assistant, widow and single mom Ava Swan, isn’t interested in a relationship either, at least not until her five-year-old little girl is grown. Leslie convinces Ava to participate by telling her the same things she told Sean. Lo and behold Sean and Ava are matched. What follows is lots of laughs, much needed introspection and rethinking of wants and needs and a little girl’s determination to have a daddy. It was really enjoyable getting to see the characters from the previous books. I love this series and this book is now my favorite.
The Billionaire Daddy Test by Elle James is a fantastic contemporary romance. Ms. James has provided readers with a fun, well-written book. I love the characters in this story. Billionaire Sean doesn’t want to get married, but lets himself be talked into signing up for the Billionaire Online Dating Service to date women that only want dates, not marriage. Ava lets her boss talk her into signing up for the BODS service only to date, she doesn’t want to have men in and out of her daughter’s life. Ava and Sean’s story is a quick read, perfect for those with limited reading time. It’s packed with drama, humor, sizzle and a tiny bit of suspense. I enjoyed every page of this book and can’t wait for my next book by Elle James. The Billionaire Daddy Test is book 4 of the Billionaire Online Dating Service Series but can be read as a standalone. This is a complete book, not a cliff-hanger.
I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book that I received from Prolific Works. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
