When Good Girl Nadine Winters finds herself given a second chance with a sexy bad boy from her past, she seeks help from her boss, the brazen Maxwell Stryder, to shed her innocent persona and adopt a sexy and dangerous new look.My whole life, I’ve always prided myself on being safe and making good choices. Good School + Good Job = Good Life. Yep, no bad choices here—except, there was that one bad … there was that one bad decision…six long years ago…
At eighteen, this good girl did a bad, bad thing. And by bad, I mean I snuck into the bedroom of my BFF’s older brother, shed my clothes, and…well, struck out.
But that’s ancient history. Now, I’m a squeaky-clean goody-two-shoes who doesn’t take ANY chances in life. Yep—no bad decisions here…
Except…well, my dating portfolio hasn’t exactly been chock-full of good choices. I have a taste for bad boys, in torn jeans, riding motorcycles, and arms full of tattoos.
And now that my biggest crush, Tom, has come back into my life, I’m determined to finally make this work. With Maxwell Stryder’s help, I’m going to go from squeaky clean to Bad Girl Nadine.
Note to Self: Do NOT fall for your boss no matter how bad it makes you feel!
The Bad Girl is a standalone romantic comedy that fits into the bigger Beguiling a Billionaire world! If you LOVE to laugh! If you CRAVE a sexy SIZZLE! And if you HATE cliffhangers—this book is for you!

I love Nadine Winters and Maxwell Stryder! What a pair.
But I also LOVE Prince Harry, and wish like hell he’d get his own book. Maybe even a sitcom.
The was a hilariously funny story. I loved the plot which was entertaining. The storyline flowed smoothly throughout. It did start a little slow; however, when the transformation started the humor began. I really loved “Prince Harry”. He made the story! I want to read his backstory. I loved Max! He and Nadine complimented each. The only downfall to this story is the way Max let his lawyers treat Nadine. It wasn’t fair.

Great characters for a great story
I loved the characters of Maxwell and Nadine.
They seem the exact opposite of what they want: she wants a tattooed, biker badboy and he’s clean on him; he wants a girl that is a little sassy, and she is the cliché of the young woman always dressed with her cardigan. But she works for him and when their two worlds meet, the situations are explosive and often funny, sometimes moving.
The story is full of twists and turns, with excellent dialogue from the first page to the last one.

Lark Anderson, ‘The Bad Girl’.
Beguiling a Billionaire, boo 4.

Rating: 3,5 (of 5 stars).
In general: A bizarre love story.
Main characters:
– Nadine Winters (24).
Personal assistant of the CEO of InStryde, a fashion company. She is a very organized, decent woman; her only weakness is that she often falls for bad boys and losers, who disappoint her regularly.
– Maxwell Stryder.
He inherited InStryde from his father and made the company successful again. Max really appreciates Nadine as his PA: she’s an intelligent control freak, a great planner and works very conscientious. He even made her the manager of his ‘one night’- girlfriends agenda.
At the start of the story Nadine is invited for the wedding of her best girlfriend from her youth, Allison Decker. Since college they had different careers and grew apart.
Together with Allison’s invitation she got a message from Allison’s brother Tom asking her as his date for the wedding. Nadine used to have a crush on him but at that time he gave her the impression that he didn’t want to date his sister’s best friend. After his unexpected invitation Nadine googles him and discovers that he has become a gorgeous looking man who loves bikes. She realizes that she needs a ‘wilder’ image to make an impression on Tom and after much consideration she asks the only ‘bad boy’ she trusts, her boss Maxwell, to advise her to achieve the image she wants.
Then the author, Lark Anderson, describes how Maxwell trains his highly rated PA and doing so, he discovers her ‘wilder’ side, her sexy body and her mental courage. That results in an unexpected, strong attraction between the two main characters. But also a lot of complications, misunderstandings, bizarre action scenes, funny dialogues and unpredictable twists in the plot of the story. For me not always credible but often hilarious. So, all in all, a nice book to read.

It grew on me:
This was a fairly enjoyable standalone book in the Beguiling a Billionaire series. I found it a bit immature and snarky at times. However I came to be fond of the various characters and enjoyed the latter half of the book more.
When Nadine enlisted her boss Maxwell’s help in transforming her image from good to bad girl, little did they know that they’d soon be falling for one another. However there were many obstacles in their way and I enjoyed seeing their transformations along the way.

Wow. Just finished this 4th book in this series. This one is my favorite. is both sweet, steamy and lots of humor. What at well written story!
Some really witty banter. I loved the relationship between Harry and Nadine – b*tchy coworkers. Maxwell is hot and protective and finally sees another side to Nadine’s Type A personality.
Lots of action, some steam, wonderful characters and an HEA.
This was just insane and hilarious with Prince Harry the constant protagonist Nadine trying to leave her good girl image behind a wealth billionar Maxwell Stryder who has been living the high life for too long.
Naddy organization skills could never be called into question but her dating life could after another failed attempt at attracting a bad boy all she dose is attract the attention of notorious bad boy billionaire her boss Max who is now trying to figure her out. Also her former bestfriend has asked her to her wedding which brings up all kinds of drama from her past mainly Tom her bestfriends brother and boy dose he have a secret to tell. Kinda saw that one coming though. Now Nadine needs a make over she needs to be a bad girl to get Tom’s attention the only person she can go to her boss Max.
Maxwell can have any women he wants and he dose then his assistant asked him for help he is in way over his head hes catching feelings for Nadine and when theres a crises the clothes come flying of people tell there secrets. And someone will have and extra special secret to tell and one chaotic wedding photo shoot will cause one major uproar and one major jerk will be revealed.

This a well written and fast paced story that captivated me from the start. The storyline is entertaining and action packed. The characters are wonderful. Can not wait for the next book in this series.
This was such an entertaining story! Nadine is the ultimate good girl who is attracted to the total bad boys who are scruffy, built and have tattoos. When her high school crush contacts her, she needs to turn her persona to that of a bad girl. So she enlists the help of her boss Maxwell who brings in some help. Chaos then happens with some makeover and some wild adventures. In the meantime, chemistry sparks between Maxwell and Nadine. From start to finish, this story will keep you turning the pages until you reach the HEA on the last page.

I volunteered to read this ARC for an honest review. I enjoyed this story about Nadine and Maxwell. He’s the CEO of his family’s company. She’s his assistant. They have a unique relationship. But when she sees his help to win over her high school crush, it changes they’re dynamic. When their lives are put in danger, Maxwell vows to keep her safe. Great HEA in the end.

This was such a fun read with the characters having plenty of chemistry although Nadine didn’t realize which bad boy she wanted. Good thing Maxwell did. The storyline flowed easily from beginning to the end.

This is my first time reading something by Ms. Anderson and I have to say I enjoyed it. It had an interesting storyline and the story flowed nicely. The characters were great, all relatable and likable which made them more authentic.
Nadine and Maxwell had a great connection and strong chemistry. There was plenty of funny banter and antics that made this a fun rom-com. Overall a fun read and I look forward to trying other books by this author.

3.5 Stars
The story line was good, the character work was great and the book had a fairly smooth flow to it. The book seemed a little slow to start, but it was an entertaining read once the story really starts getting traction.

This book took a few chapters to find it’s stride, but it was worth reading. I enjoyed Maxwell giving Nadine “advice” on how to land the guy she had a crush on when she was younger. Her “education” on how to land a “bad boy” made for some funny scenes and witty banter. Early in the book, I wasn’t sure that Maxwell was going to be redeemable, but Ms. Anderson won me over in the end!
