Her seemingly rock-solid faith is pushed to the limits as she faces the most momentous choice of her life-to embrace or to end the untimely life within her. This edition includes discussion questions for individual or group use.
Love this author! this is one of the top books I have read from this author. A very different romance story. It had a happily ever after ending that you are praying for. Rivers is a great writer, not the kind that writes story after story that are basically the same, just different city with characters with different names. Each of her …
This book. This book has stayed with me, and I don’t think it will ever leave me. It changed me. It was the first book I ever cried while reading. I love this book. It was the first book I’d ever read by Francine Rivers, but not the last. What an introduction. Amazing.
I love Francine Rivers. This book has wonderful characters in real life situations that could happen to any of us. She writes about faith and hope and how God can turn around our mess and give us a message.
Another Francine Rivers incredible book. One of my favorite authors writing about a controversial subject, weaving a life building story with great characters.
This is my favorite Francine Rivers book. I’ve read it several times. Although it deals with serious issues it is also a healing and uplifting book.
Anyone undecided about abortion should read
This is a very interesting book. Really makes you think about both the choices you make and the choices those before you have made.
We need more books like this in the world! Dealing with real issues in a Godly Manor. As someone who has experienced the pain of un planned pregnancy this is such a great book for someone who has experienced the pain or is trying to make a decision!
Love this book so much that I’ve read it more than once. What’s a young woman to do when engaged, raped and then discovers she’s pregnant? Then, when those who should support and stand behind her, doesn’t?
I’ll say no more as not to spoil it for those who wish to read it.
Great story!
The plot builds very quickly then takes turn after turn after turn, tearing at you as you identify with the conflicting viewpoints of the characters. It reminded me of Tevya, the father in Fiddler on the Roof, having the discussion with himself when his daughter would ask for his blessings on their pending inappropriate match/ marriage he would …
This book brings to light the emotions and guilt that women who had abortions may face and how the deal with this decision.
This book kept me on my toes. I loved this book and I would recommend to everyone. A tearjerker for sure. I loved the ending.
Loved this book. I also love every book this author writes and have even pre-ordered an upcoming book of hers. I enjoy every book with its own grace and mercy and love and faith lessons. It makes me strive to be better. Just a great read.
This was a unique perspective that I had never taken the time to think about. It tied up all of the loose ends very neatly, although I am not sure that would happen in real life. It was a good read.
A book I’ve shared with many. Some students told me this book changed their view on the value of life!
This book was instrumental in speaking into my life in such a profound way that I did a complete career change leaving a job that paid very well to pursue my writing career. The Bible verse in the book taken from 2 Cor. 6:17 “Come out from among them and be separate, says the Lord” depicts a message that we all need to adhere to at times in our …
