THE GREATEST MYSTERY OF ALL TIME…
THE HISTORY OF HUMAN ORIGINS…
WILL BE REVEALED.
_____________________________________________________
70,000 years ago, the human race almost went extinct.
We survived, but no one knows how.
Until now.
The countdown to the next stage of human evolution is about to begin, and humanity might not survive this time.
… humanity might not survive this time.

The Immari are good at keeping secrets. For 2,000 years, they’ve hidden the truth about human evolution. They’ve also searched for an ancient enemy — a threat that could wipe out the human race. Now the search is over.
Off the coast of Antarctica, a research vessel discovers a mysterious structure buried deep in an iceberg. It has been there for thousands of years, and something is guarding it. As the Immari rush to execute their plan, a brilliant geneticist makes a discovery that could change everything.
Dr. Kate Warner moved to Jakarta, Indonesia to escape her past. She hasn’t recovered from what happened to her, but she has made an incredible breakthrough: a cure for autism. Or so she thinks. What she has found is far more dangerous — for her and the entire human race. Her work could be the key to the next stage of human evolution. In the hands of the Immari, it would mean the end of humanity as we know it.
Agent David Vale has spent ten years trying to stop the Immari. Now he’s out of time. His informant is dead. His organization has been infiltrated. His enemy is hunting him. But when David receives a coded message related to the Immari attack, he risks everything to save the one person that can help him solve it: Dr. Kate Warner.
Together, Kate and David must race to unravel a global conspiracy and learn the truth about the Atlantis Gene… and human origins. Their journey takes them to the far corners of the globe and into the secrets of their pasts. The Immari are close on their heels and will stop at nothing to obtain Kate’s research and force the next stage of human evolution — even if it means killing 99.9% of the world’s population. David and Kate can stop them… if they can trust each other. And stay alive.

I listened to this as audiobook. It had me wanting to take the long way home to listen to what happened in the next scene and next. Great build up all along the twisted way.
Have never read a thriller like this before, but I found myself really liking it. It is easy to follow and draws you in as the book keeps getting better and better. Plan to read the next 2 to see how this story comes to its final conclusion. Heard this book was being made into a film – look forward to that. Highly recommend!
Interesting and action packed. A few good guys and many bad ones.
A realistic and frightening world
Multi layered…Love the historic weaving of fact and fiction!
I’m new to the genre so I don’t really know what to compare this to, but I really enjoyed this one all the way through. I’ve picked up the second and third books already.
I really enjoy this author. His characters are really fleshed out. I did find the beginning of this book to be a little slow, but it picked up a lot and I am looking forward to the next two books in the series.
Holy cow, what a ride! This book was unlike any book I’ve read about Atlantis. There was plenty of action, drama, and romance. I can’t wait to continue the series!

-Okay, it was very good, just short of great. It was the author’s first book. There is a lot going on, a lot, but it all centers around the “Atlantis Gene” which is a gene to …
This was the first book I’ve read from the author and now is not the last! A thrilling mystery with an ending I didn’t see coming.
An interesting mix of ideas swirling together into an entertaining chase. Looking forward to reading more.
Fun.
Okay—sometimes you read something that you don’t love, but you have to admire the balls it took to even try to write.
This is one of those books.
LOST CITY OF ATLANTIS meets VIRAL PANDEMIC meets TIME TRAVEL meets NAZIS—YES, Nazis…
There are times when the premise(s) is/are just too much, and you have to laugh, but it’s a good kind of laugh. …
Sometimes it’s difficult to critique another author’s work without comparing it to your own. However, when I see A.G. Riddle’s The Atlantis Gene constantly positioned in the genre with my own Nicholas Foxe Adventures, I can’t resist. But I’ll try.
The Atlantis Gene is premised on an advanced civilization, from thousands of years ago, unknown to …
This book could have been made into 3 novels. Yet, it was a must read!!
provoking
Talk About Life Imitating Art!!!
I downloaded this book because I was working on tieing the backstory of a paranormal cozy mystery to Atlantis. I started to read it. Wow!
This is a long read. The characters are complex. The worldbuilding is fantastic. The way the plot loops is Wow. It’s a Love Story inside a Love Story inside an Epic Fantasy …
Very enjoyable book. A bit longer than what I prefer to read, but the action and plot made the length go mostly unnoticed.
Cool story line. Likable characters. Solid read.
I feel sorry for the kids in the book. Just saying…
Loved the series
The search for a “cure” for Autism at the beginning of this book nearly had this Autistic throwing it away in disgust. Fortunately that plot point was abandoned early, and a truly intriguing story emerged in its place. Still dinging it a star by even including such an evil point – and applauding it as good.
