Being an archer myself it is needless to say I very much enjoyed the story including the hardships and rewards. Always enjoy Cromwell.
Clever writing about a unique period of time.
Great historical novel ending with the famous battle in Crecy where the English Longbow routed the flower of French knighthood. Crecy marked the beginning of the 100 years war.
TYPICAL CORNWELL. REALLY GOOD DEPICTION OF BATTLE SCENES
The entire Grail is very entertaining and informative. Very realistic battle scenes. I recommend the series for anyone interested in period.
Exciting and seemingly realistic. Plenty of action with well-built characters.
