Great read
Very enjoyable read
Good story. Periods of good writing. Then long periods of drudgery to get through.
Good book
I hate sci-fi and never read it but really enjoyed this book.
This is a ‘para-normal’ romance. A smart feisty girl is taken from her village to the home of were-wolves who are kind and smart. She is eager to become a woman and is open minded to the people in this village. She finds her true love and a role she enjoys in the group. The story continues from there to more adventures in other books. Despite there being other books, I was satisfied with this one. It wasn’t a cliffhanger, just further adventures of this gal and the band of wolves she allied herself with. A good story. Not a ton of erotic scenes, so kind of a bland & typical romance story, for me anyway.
I started out loving this book. And then it went all over. The h has sex with different people. Ends up with someone else in the end. I was like what?? It was a no for me.
A little bit long, but it had to be to cover all that it did. Parts were unpredictable and tragic but that is why it is called fiction. I haven’t read the rest of the series yet.
Boone Ia reader.
It was very depressing most of the way through. I t wasn’t for my tastes in most areas of it.
Amazing read at over 400 pages (nook)
Great character building and details. There were some characters that I found myself hating and then liking a bit later, and some I liked and then hated. The chemistry between characters is amazing and for me came through in the writing.
I do feel curious about 1 thing that I wish would have been explained. At one time Netya talks about her monthly times and something being off about them and Adel says it shouldn’t be that way (Netya knows she is not showing any other signs of pregancy) but other than that the subject got dropped and not brought up again.
The details throughout the storyline kept me hooked throughout. Really gave the reader a good image of surroundings for the plains and villages.
The story has a happy ending, but also has a snippet of the second book in the series which continues on with Netya and her meeting with another pack. I was hoping for a different character to follow, but am more than happy to read more about Netya and her developing relationship, see status, etc.
This author has a fresh, new way of pack life and older style thinking( women have no place in a man’s job) and it was refreshing
Very interesting version of both the were-culture as well as early man…. I really enjoyed this book & I think others will as well ! Gods Blessings !
Roped me in until I was tied to the book till the next one sails.
A entertaining & original third of a story, it’s a shame, I do not care for multi book sagas, but if you don’t mind, I recommend it!
