Fun Fast pace.
I had a little trouble getting started because of all the different factors involved but once it got me I couldn’t put it down.
Excellent
Great read in exploration mysteries!
Part of a series, a few of which I had already read. These books are well-written, fast-paced stories that take place in diverse settings. All-in-all intertaining reads.
This book was great. Kept me guessing till the end. I recommend it if you like action packed books.
Great book from a great author!
Rather stupidly over imagined, with little realism, bordering on fantasy land to the extreme. a 3,000 mile underground railroad,?? Come on now…. A recognizable Stetson from Colorado to the Bering Sea? Somebody is nuts and it is not this reader. Why I persisted to the end I will never know. Must have been terribly bored with nothing else to do at the time.

I have loved every book in the Sam Reilly series and this book is no exception. Such a great story with lots of twists and turns.
Not quite a Dirk Pitt but it was a good easy read
The Aleutian Portal
Sam Reilly, Book 8
By: Christopher Cartwright
Narrated by: David Gilmore
This is an Audible book I requested and the review is voluntary. This book takes three different events in different places and some how they come together. Lots of twists, adventure, action, and thrills as usual. Love these books. The narration was on par as usual too!
Really fun to see a novel that combines criminal masterminds and actual historical facts into one roller coaster. Another excellent book from Christopher Cartwright.
I wish the author would combine a couple of these books into one. The last ones have been considerably shorter and should have been one book total. I am getting tired of paying 4.99 for under 300 pages.
