From a USA Today Bestselling Author, comes the first book of the Always Faithful series. When her mother died, only one person came to mind for Meg Bailey to call. Wyatt Deluca—U.S. Marine, first love, ex-husband.Seven years have passed since they’ve seen one another. To fulfill a parting promise to always be there for Meg if she needed him, Wyatt–scarred, broken, and in need of healing–returns … of healing–returns to his small hometown of Lilston, Pennsylvania.
He went to comfort Meg. In Meg, he finds solace. Can time heal their battered spirits and restore their lost years?
A heartwarming inspirational romance for all those who seek life abundant in the midst of life’s trials.
“The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.” John 10:10 NKJV

Seven years after their marriage ended in divorce, Meg contacts Wyatt to ask for his emotional support after the death of her mother. Wyatt is struggling with survival guilt and depression after the death of a close friend and fellow marine but he immediately agrees to come to Meg’s aid. Wyatt is a great guy and, it seems to me, was in no way responsible for the divorce. Meg, on the other hand, still seems somewhat self-centered and emotionally inconsistent. This does ultimately have a good ending with Meg seemingly having a moment of wake-up after reading a note from her deceased mother. I liked the story, loved Wyatt and his fellow marines
Good story line
Christian Faithfulness Second Chance Romance
This is a wonderful and warm Christian romance. The entire story is faith-filled. The hero is a young Marine who has left the service and come home. He has quite a bit of baggage from his combat tours and the loss that comes with it. It is as much a story about giving our problems to God to solve as it is about a second chance romance. This author always delivers a well thought out story with the Bible as the template. I look forward to reading more of this series.
Love this author. Always interesting and entertaining .
A story about Wyatt a Marine. The lose of his best friend and Wyatt’s struggle with this death. Wyatt leaves the service life to become a civilian again. This story takes him home again to learn to trust and find love in his life.
This story was another confirmation that we all change with time. Our outlook on life and circumstances make us more mature.
This Christian romance was inspirational in revealing that love can be rediscovered if Gos is in control and the decision to let Christ rule a marriage will not only survive but grow. The goodness of God is the common theme even in devastating grief and healing.
Great series!
Time makes us aware of what’s really important in life .
a heartwarming clean romance. Trusting GOD is not an easy thing for any of us.
Predictable
Loved this book. Hard to quit reading.
Didn’t enjoy this book. Didn’t finish it
This book has a unique plot that is interesting from the beginning. The characters show growth and maturity in several ways. The ending is a little predictable, but getting there is fun reading.
