A space-pirate-in-training, a shape-shifting barbarian with an ancient secret, and a baby boy who just might be the clone of Nikola Tesla… Raina yearns for a chance to discover new things in the galaxy, just like the famous explorers she read about as a child back on Earth. But Leif Erikkson and Magellan didn’t have to deal with the pressure of a tough-as-nails pirate captain demanding results, … captain demanding results, or the distraction of a hot-as-hell alien shadowing her every move. Raina spends her days dreaming of exploring new worlds, and her nights resisting the temptation to explore her budding desires.
Nick has just awoken from stasis to find himself alone on the luxury cruiser he was hired to defend. He’s looking for answers, but finds something he never expected – his blood mate. Raina is brave and beautiful, and Nick burns for her from the moment he sees her. But it’s hard to trust a human, especially when she is only onboard to steal things.
When a hostile creature attacks, the two must team up to get themselves to safety, and their growing attraction reaches the boiling point.
And then they discover a baby whose DNA could change the new world.
Can a baby in a stasis pod rein in Raina’s wanderlust, and give Nick the impetus to trust her? Or are they all going down with the ship?
If you like strong women, sexy aliens, wild adventures, steamy sensual scenes, and happily-ever-afters, then you’ll love the world of Stargazer:
Stargazer Alien Mail Order Brides
Stargazer Alien Barbarian Bridesmore
Raina is left a deserted cruiser to tag anything of value so her employer can back and collect her and the items of value. Raina soon discovers the cruiser is not deserted when she runs into Nick and another life form that appears to be hostile. Raina and Nick have to team up to protect a baby they discover in a secret closet compartment. The baby may be a clone of Tesla. It isn’t long before an attraction become apparent between Raina and Nick. Nick is aware Raina is his blood mate bur she is a human and Nick is not sure a relationship with a human can work out. Loved the book, fast paced with great characters.
Stargazer Alien Barbarian Brides — a mouthful and not what I expected. In a very good way. An Alien and a human come together on a derelict spaceship which holds a precious secret and a threat. A page turner. A romance. A standalone but even better when read in a series. Bravo!
I received a free copy of this book via BookFunnel and am voluntarily leaving a review.
So cute!
Raina is a women from earth who joined the space cadet program but something bad happened the portal to earth closed and the ship her pod and two other women were on was lost for hundreds of years. she was saved and works for the captain of the Stargazer a privateer ship.
Right now she is now an very old ship with a biodome that has a huge forest .
Nick was just coming out of stasis it was harder then it had ever been before and he wasn’t sure what had happen. He is a barbarian , able to change forms and in charge of keeping the ship safe. A new Comer was on the ship and one look at her told him one thing, she was his mate. Together they find Tesla. Who or what that is you will just have to read lol . Oh and there is a monster.
Loved the action , mystery, intrigue, drama and everything else this story has. The characters are fantastic and really pull you in. I can’t wait for the next book. It’s an amazing series and story keeps getting better. So don’t miss it.
Voluntarily reviewed a copy and I honestly loved it.
The second ship for salvage was large and had unexpected surprises. First, a huge forest. Raina hadn’t seen anything like it for too long. Then there was the huge, hunky man who appeared out of nowhere since they had no signs of his existence. Neither were expected on these space vessels. There were more surprises to come.
Nick had been hired to protect the ship. How long had he been in stasis? What was the evil that fought to keep them from escaping the ship? And how could they save the baby still in a stasis pod? Was he really who his name implied?
Then there was the biggest surprise of all. Nick and Raina were connected–Blood Mates. Would she, who never planned to mate or even get serious, accept their mating? There was no way she could resist him for the moment. Of course, that is if they could get off the ship before the evil holding it killed them all.
Another interesting love story adding a sweet baby to the mix. The cover got me before I even began, big handsome and with a happy little baby in his arms. I’m a goner. I’m also ready for book number three. These are complete stories with an underlying connection. You can’t read just one. (well you can but you won’t want to)
I’m falling for this series, it just keeps getting better. The barbarian concept can really hold its own with this very interesting plot, the baby add sweetness and the romance is the yummy buttercream icing on the cake. I also love the BFF’s which adds even more uniqueness to the series. Fulfilling story which again leaves me anxious to read the next one. I am voluntarily reviewing a free copy.

Wooooo another action pack, fantastic book. This one is just as good as book #1, Tolstoy . Definitely a Must Read!
Raina joined the Cadet Program, but something happened to her space pod, her a two other girls drifted for more than a 100 years before they were awakened. Raina loved mapping hoping to map the galaxy, 100 year later it’s all done or so she thinks. Now she tags for Mama who she owes her life.
Nick is a Barbarian, Polar Bear or was he a Rat. He was Head of Security of this now empty ship that he just woke up from his stasis. Finding his mate was unbelievable, while finding his ready made family was phenomenal.
I enjoyed reading this second book in this series, it is filled with action and intrigue. The chemistry between Raina and Nick is wonderful. Loved the scene when Nick emerged after the big fight. I can’t wait for more from this author. I received this book as a FREE ARC copy to read and I voluntarily leave this review.
great read
Wow! “TESLA” is the 2nd new must read story in the brand new amazing Stargazer spin-off, called the Alien Barbarian Brides that combines various sub-genres! This unique PNR mash-up offers something for every fan of contemporary fiction, including romance, suspense, fantasy, sci-fi, aliens and shifters 😀 With a fresh new plot, wonderful characters, both new & some recurring that you’ll love, or not! 😉 lol … Plus, witty dialogue, awesome attention-to-detail & surprises that grabbed me from the start and held on til I finished it in record time! Steamy romance and some suspense will keep readers guessing & turning pages! Even tho I always volunteer to read Ms. Black’s books in advance (coz I hate waiting in between release days 😮 lol) these are my honest feelings without any outside influences, in fact I’ve already pre-ordered my own kindle book to keep forever, like I try to do most of the time! That’s how much I love her books and highly recommend them to 18+ adult fans of fiction! So, here I go, back to waiting again for the next one coming 😮 lol
Engrossing, that’s what this book is. This is the second book in the series. Sometimes book two in a three set is just like Wednesday, just something to get through to get to Friday, book three. Not the case when written by Tasha Black. This book is as engrossing as book one. A human, Raina, a pirate ship employee of mama, and Nick, a barbarian, meet and find out they are mates.
Raina who is a strong willed progressive woman meets Nick, a barbarian, and find Tesla. They have battles to fight and the beginning of a relationship with her mate to enjoy. Hold on for the time of your life.
I received this ARC book for an honest review.
