EliahnGetting pregnant after a booze cruise hookup was not what any parent wanted to hear, so I picked up my entire life and moved to Paris to start over. Six years later, I was ready to go home. I was a single mom and the only thing I knew about my son’s dad was his name—Luca. I didn’t need to know anything else. The universe had other ideas because on our second day back home, the man came … second day back home, the man came crashing back into my life.
Luca
Attending a welcome back party for my boss’s daughter wasn’t how I wanted to spend my Sunday. But walking in and seeing my hookup from a cruise six years ago knocks me on my ass.
It was a weekend of fun and now I’m seeing a pair of eyes, identical to mine, staring right at me. The boy standing next to her is my son.
Now we’re living next door to each other and attempting to co-parent something that would be easy to do if the pull that brought us together wasn’t still there making things more complicated.
For six years she haunted my dreams, now she’s haunting my every waking moment.
I let her get away once, now I want to make her mine.
This time, permanently.
Only one thing left to do. I have to tempt the hookup.

When Eli walks back in to Luca’s life not just alone but with a beautiful son Luca realizes he’s the luckiest guy in the world. Their one-weekend stand brought left Luca wanting so much more and he never thought he’d find Eli again. Fate had other plans! And what unravels in this story is just funny, and beautiful and wonderful. Thoroughly enjoyed Tempt the Hookup!
I tell ya, Natasha Madison can do no wrong! She hasn’t written a single book that I haven’t enjoyed thoroughly. Tempt the Hookup was another delightful read. First, I love reading series. I know for people coming in and seeing 5 previous books in a series may seem daunting but there isn’t much better than getting to really know a group of characters and getting to revisit them throughout years of reading. Reading Tempt the Hookup was like getting to revisit a group of friends! All the characters are fun and so loyal to each other. I just adore the scene Madison has created.
In Tempt the Hookup, we have Eli and Luca. They have a single parent, surprise baby, second chance thing going on. I couldn’t get enough of this story! They are insanely hot together! There’s this magnetic like pull for them to be together. And Good Lord, Luca, who knew he’d play my heart like a fiddle?! For a total workaholic he was incredible and sweet. So, the story itself might not feel totally believable or real, but if I wanted real life I wouldn’t be reading! Right? I read for the ability to transport and go wherever the author takes me. I love to visit Natasha Madison’s worlds!
I received an ARC of this book with the hope that I would leave an Unbiased Opinion. I was not required to leave a review, positive or otherwise, and my opinions are just that… my opinions.
Loved it! This series is a favorite of mine and this is a great addition!
I love when Natasha Madison comes out with these cute little Rom-Com’s, they make my heart so unbelievably happy. Tempt The Hookup left me in the best of moods, from the lightness of the story-line, to the absolute hysterical dialogue. Eli and Luca are what dreams are made of, throw in an adorable 6 year old boy and you are never gonna wanna leave their story. Seriously, Eli and Luca have this kind of chemistry that can not be explained. They just fit, like peanut butter and jelly. I could not have chosen two better characters for one another. Madison made dang sure that this story developed, and in a timely manner at that. The secondary characters were also a huge part of this story, I loved to see previous characters from past books and catch up with them. So it goes without saying, SOMETIMES LIVING IN THE PAST IS A GOOD THING! Tempt The Hookup is yet again, another reason I keep coming back to this talented author, her stories ground me, they keep me sane! They make living easier.
Eli knows how to make moves. She is not afraid to do things on her own, as a matter of fact she’s done that more than once, no matter the challenges she has faced. She is an amazing mother that will always put her sons needs above her own. She doesn’t have many friends, but she still is social.
Luca is awkward in the best kind of way. Most consider him gay because he is not your average playboy, but his standards are just raised. He is smart, like really smart with this amazing witty personality who essentially gets along with everyone.
When two pink lines appeared after a cruise hookup, Eli was forced to do things her way. Now with the past staring straight into Luca’s eyes, he has no choice but to TEMPT THE HOOKUP, to get her to see things his way.
*I RECOMMEND THIS BOOK!
Oh wow. I realllllly loved Luca! After being ribbed by his buddies for being too prepared, too buttoned up, too straightlaced for their booze cruise, Luca let’s loose and has a steamy 4 day affair with Eli. But they don’t exchange names and 7 years go by til they meet again in a surprising way. Natasha Madison can write a love story like nobody’s business! Tempt the Hookup was sweet romantic passionate, it just gives you all the feels and I loved it so much! Charming, I totally recommend! 5 stars!
LOVED!! This whole series has been amazing, but Tempt the Hookup was epic! Eliahn (Eli) and Luca’s story was so worth the wait! Sweet, funny, steamy and perfect! FIVE HUGE STARS!!
What can I say. Natasha Madison knows how to do sexy and funny all in the same breath. I love this series and the story of Eli and Luca is no different!
Eli is fiercely independent and she makes no excuses for her choices. She loves with her whole heart and it’s obvious when she’s with her son, Aiden. I think we can all agree he is probably one of the most important characters in this romance and as a 6 year old he delivers on every level. There is no shortage of laughter where he’s concerned.
Luca simply melted my heart throughput this whole story. He was loyal and his heart was pure gold. Hot, sexy, put together. He was seriously the whole package
I think one of my favorite things about her stories are the secondary characters. They never detract from the hero and heroine, but add such a great depth to the characters. Let’s face it, we usually get to enjoy more of them in her other books too and I hope this is no different. If you’re looking for some fun, check out this series!
Temp the Hookup is Natasha Madison’s latest release. It’s the third in this series and it is a stand-alone.
You can always depend on Natasha to deliver a great read! In this fun second chance romance we meet Eli and Luca. They met several years ago on a booze cruise, and it was first names only for them. When Eli found out she was pregnant she tried to find Luca but couldn’t. She moved to Paris to have her son and start over. But she never forgot her short time with Luca.
Luca also fell hard for Eli, he tried to find her after the cruise and almost got banned from all cruises in his attempt to find her.
Flash forward to Luca attending his bosses picnic only to find the one that got away…..and his son.
I absolutely loved this book. Getting to see Luca fall in love with his son and for Eli all over again was just so heartwarming and romantic. You can’t go wrong with this book.
Omgeeeee how freaking fantastic was this book? Gahhh it was so adorable and swoon worthy and full of so much lust, love and booze cruise sex. Well fast forward a few years and SURPRISE! I’m so in love with this story and these characters. All the characters made me laugh. Especially their son. Omg the mosquito bites. LOL! This book is so so so fun. Gahhh I couldn’t get enough of Luca I mean OMG he’s everything you’d want in a man. Talk about stepping up.
This is a lighthearted read that will keep you smiling from start to finish. I WAS SO EXCITED ANOTHER BOOK IN THIS SERIES WAS BEING WRITTEN. I was not disappointed one bit. Thanks Natasha for another fun filled feel good book.
Cute and sweet – those are the best words to describe this book. I loved that there was no drama in it. I loved the banter and Aiden ; that boy was hilarious. The whole concept of the story was written so beautifully that it kept me turning the pages so quickly it was over before I knew it. The chemistry was there even after being apart for 7 years. I adored Luca and his need to make sure they are taken care off. And don’t even get me started aboutEli. She’s my soul sister
I love second chance romance and this one was everything I wanted and expected it to be.

It’s amazing how much a hook up/one-night stand with a stranger can alter someone’s life with just two little pink lines, but for Eliahn and Luca, the hero and heroine in Natasha Madison’s newest release, Tempt the Hook Up, what complicates things further is they have no way of communicating with each other about the bundle of joy headed their way in 9 months, which means that Eliahn will have to raise their baby on their own and Luca will never know he has a child.
But it seems fate has more in store for these two because 7 years later, Luca and Eliahn come face-to-face during an unexpected reunion and if the situation wasn’t already uncomfortable enough, the fact that they have a child together and Luca’s just finding out means these three will have to figure out this whole co-parenting thing while getting to know each other and doing what’s best for their son.
Tempt the Hook Up has a fast moving plot, and while some readers might find the pacing a bit too fast given the dynamics of the situation, to me, the timeline makes sense. Eliahn and Luca didn’t part on bad terms and they even tried looking for one another because they were constantly on each other’s minds, which means that the chemistry they felt on the cruise ship is only amplified once they start spending time together with their son.
It’s been awhile since I’ve read a romance with an accidental pregnancy, especially like the one in Tempt the Hook Up since Luca doesn’t meet his son until he’s 7. Because of that timeframe, Madison could have drawn things out and made anger and frustration the overwhelming emotions in the story line, but she doesn’t and it’s actually refreshing to read a story of this type where the hero and heroine act like the adults they are and put their child first.
I’ve read several of Natasha Madison’s books – some that have a more serious tone and address relatable and difficult topics and some that are more light-hearted and drama free. Regardless of the type of story, Madison illustrates her talent as a writer in being able to craft both kinds of books, and that’s what keeps her readers coming back for more.
4 Poison Apples
Well, Natasha Madison has done it again! Tempt the Hookup is another book in the Tempt series that I devoured in record time! I just couldn’t get enough of this sweet, steamy, hilarious at times standalone (but there IS some mild crossover of characters from the previous two Tempt books) that made my heart soar and gave me ALL the feels! This book ended waaaaaay too soon and I loved every second of it!
I immersed myself in this one, completely wrapped up in Luca and Eliahn’s story that starts with a four day college booze cruise where they meet, the chemistry is off-the-charts and they agree to just using first names only, not getting into anything personal, parting ways at the end of the cruise…except Eli gets a surprise a few weeks later when she discovers she’s pregnant with no way to contact the father! Fast forward 7 years and Luca gets the surprise of his life when he meets his boss’s daughter at her “homecoming” party and he realizes just WHO his boss’s daughter IS…and meets the son, Aiden, that he never knew existed! Let the FUN begin!!!
Ms. Madison has created this AWEMAZING, completely engaging, heart-felt, sweet and sexy read that is one of my favourite reads of hers! If’s a definite MUST READ, in my opinion…Bravo, Natasha!!!
4 stars
Sweet, fun, sexy and gorgeously romantic, this is such a great read. Easy and fun with no angst or drama, I sat down and read it in one afternoon, and I loved it!
That blurb! It’s Natasha Madison, so I knew I’d be reading this one as soon as I could get my hands on it, but that blurb sucked me right in and I have been desperate for this book, and it was just what I wanted!
This book does tie in with the other Tempt books – Luca works with Noah (Tempt the Playboy), and his assistant is Lauren (Tempt the Boss) – and though those connections are fun for fans, they’re not key to the story with only limited character crossover and this book can absolutely standalone.
Luca and Eliahn met as college students on board a ‘booze cruise’. They connect instantly and share an incredible four days together, but knowing it can’t go anywhere they keep it to first names only and don’t share anything too personal. But their short time together will leave a lasting impact on both of their lives.
Seven years later, Luca is a successful lawyer who is married to his career and Eli is a single mother who has spent the last six years living in Paris. It’s now time for her to come home, and when Luca’s boss invites him to his house for a welcome home party for his daughter, they’re about to come crashing back into each other’s lives.
“I turn my head, and my eyes meet the blue eyes that have haunted my fucking dreams since I walked off that boat. Her long blond hair is tied on the top of her head in a ponytail. She is looking around, and when she finally turns and her eyes meet mine, her eyes go wide. Her face goes pale, and then I look down at the little boy holding her hand, and I take a step back. He may have his mother’s looks, but those are my eyes.”
I was tingling with excitement and anticipation as Luca and Eli are reunited. I could feel all that they were feeling, and I was desperate to see where their journey would take them (especially as it turns out that Eli and her son, Aiden, have moved into the house right next door to Luca. OMG, win!). It’s emotional, honest and raw, and they handle it functionally and sensibly, and their feelings for each other are right out there.
“I haven’t dated in years. Seven to be exact.” He gets closer and closer. “So I don’t have a girlfriend. Only because they had to live up to this woman I met seven years ago.”
The chemistry is fantastic and the sexual tension builds beautifully as they fall hard and fast. They have a lot to deal with, but they are absolutely devoted to each other, and their son, and though it moves fast, it feels natural, and I loved seeing them be so open with each other.
“What if it doesn’t work out?” I ask, trying to swallow, but the lump in my throat is suddenly huge.
“Baby,” he says softly. “Do you think we went seven years without each other to finally finding each other for us not to work out?” he asks, and I shrug. “It’s you, Eli,” he says. “It’s always been you. Even when you didn’t even know.”
*dreamy sigh*
Things more seriously fast between them. From the moment Eli and Aiden enter his life, Luca is all in, and Eli is more than happy to just go along with it. Honestly, parts of it felt a little unrealistic with how quickly it all unfolded, but I was caught up in the chemistry and excitement, and in the joy of seeing this little family together, and I just went with it.
Little Aiden is a delightful addition to the story. Sweet, funny, charmingly innocent and blissfully accepting of all of the changes in his life, he is absolutely gorgeous and his relationships with his mum, dad and grandparents is just adorable.
For those who are not fans of the ‘surprise child’ twist, don’t worry – hidden pregnancy books usually have me running for the hills, but this is the way to do it. There was nothing malicious, cruel or secretive, they were just completely unable to reconnect
We get to see glimpses of their time together through memories and flashbacks, but this book is all about the present and watching Luca and Eli find the happy ending that they always wanted. It’s fun, easy and so freaking romantic, with a gorgeous epilogue, and I finished this book with a big grin on my face.
I loved it – 4 stars.
When I started reading this book I didn’t know what to expect since I haven’t read the previous two books in this series, but it can be read as a standalone, and it is just perfection!
Natasha Madison writes the most lovely and funny families! I don’t know what it is with her books, but pages fly by and when you notice, you are already through the middle of the book and not wanting it to end!
The way Luca and Eliahn face their new reality it’s just perfect!
What started as a hookup during a cruise, left its mark in the world and let me tell you, it’s a precious one!
Luca’s protector and alpha male side it’s to die for! I loved how he fought for Eli’s love and how he assumed she was his from the first moment. So HOT!
Eli never forgot Luca. Seeing how strong and determined she is to get him back but at the same time fearful that he wouldn’t feel the same about her, made this story even more engaging!
And Aiden… omg he’s so so precious! I think everyone will love this kid!
There are so many hilarious situations in this book that will make you laugh from start to finish and you wont be able to put it down!
Love, love, love this!!
I love second chance romances and I love books with kids so this was the best of both worlds. It’s cute, funny, sexy and I absolutely feel in love with the characters and their story.
Luca and Eli have a fling that resulted in a pregnancy, not knowing each other’s last names they try and go on with their lives. Fast forward 7 years and they come face to face. Great story, fabulous writing and an all around great book.

A sexy fun rom-com! Ashley @ Carolina Chic’s Read
This is a fun, sexy and sweet rom-com! What happens when a college booze cruise and the fling you couldn’t get out of your head show ups seven years later as isn’t alone! This is a fun and sexy rom-com that I couldn’t put down! Natasha has me laughing and crying from the goodness of this book!
*4.5 stars*
Tempt the Hookup is the 3rd in the Tempt series, but can be read as a standalone. You do see some of the characters from the previous books. It’s an accidental pregnancy trope. Luca and Eliahn meet on a booze cruise and leave with only their first names. She ends up pregnant from this encounter, moves to Paris and the story picks up 7 years later with her returning home. Her father puts on a welcome home party for her and her son, Aiden, and as fate would have it, Luca now works for her father and they come face to face again.
This book was so freaking good! I didn’t want to put this down at all. These two had great chemistry and watching them learn how to co-parent was so sweet. I loved all the characters, including all the side characters. Everyone brought so much to the story. There were great characters, excellent storyline, and terrific writing. The only thing I had a problem with was how fast everything moved, and that we really didn’t get to see everything that happened on the booze cruise. But, this book brought me so much joy and I ended with a smile on my face! I would highly recommend this one!
* I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
I love second chance romances! This one was perfect! The connection between Luca and Eliahn is so electric I was swooning just from reading. There’s humor, there’s love, there’s the pesky work of trying to make co-parenting work. I couldn’t get enough and would read this again in a heartbeat!
Tempt the Hookup by Natasha Madison is a second chance romance with all kinds of feels. Eliahn and Luca shared some hot and steamy nights together during a cruise years ago. It was fun while it lasted but both knew nothing would come from it. They knew nothing about the other expect their first name. Imagine Eli’s surprise when she finds out there were in face consequences. You know, the life-changing ones.
Years later, when they come face-to-face again, imagine his surprise when he sees his own eyes looking back at him! The chemistry between them was definitely still there and just as steamy as before. I loved how Luca accepted his son and was ready to step up. He was charming, caring and sweet. Eli was strong and determined. Watching them fall and support each other was everything! Another great read by this author!
