I love everything Ms Dobbs writes, and this book was no exception. Hopefully, this is only the first in a series of books she writes with these characters. Enjoyed every page
Interesting murder mystery with good characters that continue in a progressive series filled with twists and turns.
This is a good story, with good characters, and an interesting plot. It would have been more enjoyable for me if it was not so obviously written as one episode of a serial. I like continuing series, but I like them best when each story comes to a definitive conclusion.
Sorry to have it end. Have the next two in the series and looking forward to the fourth.
I almost didn’t make it through this one. It’s pretty ho-hum, but I was just curious enough to find out who the killer was. This is another example of a free ebook that didn’t persuade me to buy another by this author. But I appreciate the opportunity to find that out for free! The dog was the best part of the story, although she was an improbably good investigator with impossibly impeccable timing in solving all of the mysteries. This was just silly.
Can barely remember the story, but I was happy when they adopted the dog!!!
Book one in the Sam Mason Series by L.A. Dobbs. I am looking forward to reading more!
I would recommend to reads . You can put it down and come back and still follow the story.
Leaves you wanting more
Sorry. Knew who the killer was half way through the book.
Interesting take on a murder mystry
Entertaining police mystery
Great read!!!
Quick, easy to read with believable characters. Loved the unforseen ending. You have to read it, I’m not telling.
Quick paced police procedural with just enough romance thought to move along the story.
Great easy read!
Good read! Enjoyed it very much!
Day readers are enjoyable
I enjoyed it so much that I went out and ordered the second book in the series.
Looking forward to reading the next two in this series as well as the other books the author has written.
